New ownership is a lot better than previous owners. Very welcoming and family friendly. Willing to accept suggestions. Food is a lot better than before.

The owner is extremely rude and has 0 patience for children with special needs.In response to the owners rude note back! This post was not in regard to my child! You made a lot of gross assumptions in your reply.My post also had nothing to with a safety issue or any child running wild. I also hold no grudge against you. My post was an honest observation of your rude distaste and interaction/communication with people from the public and a special needs child.I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this place. The owners are rude people. Go ahead and read their responses to other negative reviews. Nasty!

Very nice place to have some fun with family and friends, theres bowling, a few pool tables and an arcade. Along with food/ drinks. Its amazing!

Such a great spot! It was clean (including the bathrooms) and the lanes were excellent. They also had pool and arcade games. Candlepin bowling is so much fun even though it is hard. The owners were very friendly. Three of us played 3 games for $25.

Fun little place with a lot to do. Definitely more of a family atmosphere, but didnt feel too out of place as 3 fun loving adults. Hit the jackpot on one game and definitely got our moneys worth on the experience and 1k tickets worth of candy :D

The gentleman behind the counter isnt very friendly to the children at all. Hes very short with them and looks extremely annoyed ! I heard him constantly and loudly scolding the bowlers from the counter. I wasnt even involved and I was getting upset. Why not get out from behind the counter for a second or two and address the issue?? Oh and when I pulled a bottled water out of my purse (which I bring one with me everywhere) I was rudely told that I couldnt have that in here. Its all in how you ask and this gentleman didnt ask nicely at all.

The place was clean, the food was yummy, and the staff was pleasant. The balls for bowling needs to be replaced, a lot of big dents in the balls. Many of the arcade games need to be fixed.

Horrible customer service the food was descent but he was aggressive towards us he wouldn’t even let one of my family members bring in a water. He acted like we could pay cause we look younger. I just am never probably gonna go there again. I just wish they more nice people on staff!!

The owners are extremely rude... Youre not allowed to bring any food or beverages into this establishment. Im OK with this, they are trying to make money.... A woman was forced to dump out her Dunkin donuts coffee and a little was stopped (her sleeve was grabbed) at the door cause she had a drink. A drink was purched and when she noticed it tasted funny she brought this to the attention of the owner. The owner said that it tasted fine and brushed it off. My wife had to get involed for this lady to get a different drink. We wont be back.

I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean, bright, and inviting. Many different activities, and not far from home.

Nice quiet entertainment center. Candlepin bowling and video games. They offer food too.

Nice facility. Alleys are well maintained. Enjoyed playing pool while here as well.

Lots of fun. Reasonable prices. Food was good.I do think the owners are a little too tough with the kids. I saw a girl tell them she didnt get her tickets from a machine. They questioned her like she was trying to scam the system over a few tickets. Then didnt give her the tickets. The nice thing would have been to just give her the tickets seriously. She wasnt claiming a crazy jackpot amount. 40 tickets costs you pennies. I saw her spend $20 or more in that arcade that day.

I really didnt want to write a review because its not a positive one. However, ALLPLay reached out to me and asked for one so they could improve their business. That is a positive move. I went there on a rainy day with two of my grandchildren and spent 40$ on games and also spent another10$ at the kitchen. The French fries were so-so and over priced. The games are expensive but I knew it before I went in and I didnt mind because it was a treat for the kids. The machines give tickets that are redeemable for cheaply made toys etc. My granddaughter was 15 tickets short for a cheap plastic slinky like toy and I offered to pay the difference in cash, that is not allowed so I had to put additional money in the games to get the tickets. The toy broke before I drove out of the parking lot.Hey its an arcade type of place and if you dont mind blowing your money on some overpriced entertainment, less than good food, and absolutely the cheapest, poorest quality toys you can find. Then this is the place for you to go.The young gentleman working there was very nice and polite. I Know they are trying to make a buck which in over taxed Belfast, Maine it is very tough to do. I wish them the best.

Very clean, up to date and accommodating! We had our year end team party here, there is something for everyone! Highly recommended!

Super nice place! Family friendly. Candle pin bowling is very reasonably priced. Small arcade with skee ball and air hockey. Cheap ice cream too! Dont let the exterior fool you, it is spic and span clean inside. Owners were on site taking pride in the place.

What a great time we had on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. I had never been candle pin bowling before and didnt even know this place existed. The owner was super friendly and the place was VERY clean. Even though our scores werent great the owner told us they were average for candle pins. I cant wait to come back.

One employee seemed so irritated that we were there.....and there were only 10 of us bowling.

Food portions and prices should be adjusted a little bit I can go The Red Barn and pay for a mountain of fries and scallops for 13$ and only got 5 . Otherwise everything is good and very clean.

Three and four year old grandsons had a blast, super nice, patient staff. Never did candle pin before, but grandsons could handle the small balls and they have gutter guards, so it all went well. They even opened up an extra lane so the kids wouldnt have to wait for each other, which was much appreciated. Kids are already asking when we can go back. Great experience, well be back for sure.

Great place for birhday partys!!

Stopped in to peruse a snack venue other than a barroom. Pleasantly surprised! Fries were served hot from what tasted like freshly changed frier oil. Only a few patrons in the building that time of night, but it made for a decent ambiance for conversation. Will go back again Im certain for billiards and bowling, and maybe a beer.

We had a great time with our family. Played pool and then bowled a string. The Onion rings and mozzarella cheese sticks are delicious. And if you put on a few songs from the jukebox you can listen to some of your favorite songs while you wait for your turn to play.

Looking for great entertainment and good food for the kids on the mid-coast... this is the place to go! Also a great place for the adults too.

Candlepin bowling was great automatic bumpers for the young bowlers, disappear when an older bowler comes up.

Very friendly staff, I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews after meeting them myself.

It was awful..cold..and don was a jerk..went for a birthday party for a 4 yr old and we werent allowed to have cupcakes inside..the kids had to eat them outside at the truck.

Stopped in to play some arcade with my son one is the machines was broken and spit out all the tickets, I was honest and have them back. There must of been 1000 tickets, the owner didnt even do anything special for my son when he went to claim his tickets and even jipped him by 4 tickets! Hate this place and wont go back, this isnt the first time weve had a bad experience here!

Other than the grumpy old man who owns it and a couple broken games....the place is fun.

We typically take our kids 2 to 3 times a month to bowl, eat and play in the arcade. Weve never been given very friendly service but tonight takes the cake. We were scolded for having a single bottle of water that my children had brought in with them. All the money weve spent there and they want to lose our business over one bottle of water.....we wont be back!
