They dont fix any problems. I know of someone who lives there and their home sells in a swamp because the owners wont fix the drainage issue

The out of state company which manages tbe park has raised the lot rent an average of $10.00 a year for the last four years without any noticeable improvement in the park. Most tenets are retired without children and on fixed incomes and there are no facilities for children, so not very family friendly.Drainage is horrible and most lots become swampy with standing water that takes a few days to dry. The roads are cracked and the pads are to. More people move OUT than in.Beware the guy who sells the substandard trailers left behind by those fortunate enough to leave. The park allows him to hide the trailers problems and sell you the money pit without any fair warning.Live anywhere else and you will be much happier.

Secure place to live , cameras throughout dont have to worry about theft or anything outside
