Walked in and was amazed by the layout and selection of boots. Customer service was exactly what old school is and was all about. The owner works it and talked with me about what I did for a living made suggestions and tried on some boots, he as well gave input on his favorite. Took the time with me and made sure I was completely satisfied before he even tried to ring me up. Multimillion dollar franchise stores dont have the inventory and selection these folks do and certainly dont have the customer service Lowerys has. Ive bought (2) pairs of boots with them and will go from my home in VA to West Virginia to buy from this store as I already have for the past (2) years.
