Quiet, lots of room for 7 of us. Plenty of windows and great view of trees and squirrels. Safe, comfortable neighborhood.

Very large park. All the basic stuff. Easy access. I go there for lunches every week.

Amazing place if you live in the neighborhood. By requiring the fob, only locals can come in, usually leaving it pretty empty (which is awesome). I work out in the gym (basketball court) every morning and evening, and I have plans to use the humongous flat screen TV at some point or another.

Went for the fourth of July breakfast, wish we could have attended the rest of the activities with our Oak Hills friends.

Rec center project scheduled to take a year and complete by mid May 2016. Latest projection is completion mid June 2017. Also, HOA ineffective at enforcing CC&Rs.
