Well overall looks ok no problems walking by.

I really like it here. Its like an oasis in the middle of the city of Beaverton. I love all the old growth trees, and though the mobile homes are old, everyone tries hard to keep them up and are constantly upgrading them. I also have to say that Rob the Manager here is fantastic. Hes helps the residents where he can and is tough when needed. Ive always found him to be very fair. If you are looking for a small, safe and secure park to live by yourself or with you kids, this is the place. Ive checked out dozens of parks before this one and was not impressed with their atmosphere like I am here. Just my two cents :)

Its quiet a friend of mine live here and they love living there.

Under a canopy of huge trees is Pioneer. Old mid 50s trailers, many that have been added to and fixed up with extra rooms. Some are for sell at any one time. It also happens to be a nice place to walk your dog.

Ive lived here most of my life and altho the houses around here improved the neighbors are unpleasant ,inconsiderate and dont pay attention to their children. The management is attentive and so are the land owners. Ill be moving soon. Aside from the neighbors its an alright place to live . Not much extra parking tho
