We visited for the first time yesterday afternoon. To write a fair review I want to start with the positive. They have a great variety of games, and the options of claw machines, dining, and bowling. Very large size, and we had fun! Some of our disappointments include, price, credits, and reward store. It’s overpriced, and it costs 6+ credits per game you play, and you earn maybe a few points toward a reward. You also will pay an “activation fee” when you purchase your game cards. It’s very disappointing to pay an activation fee when I’m already paying to play, isn’t that enough “activation”? Lol. The claw machines are filled with stuffed animals from China that they probably paid cents on the dollar for, but will empty your game card just to win one. Typical claw machine gimmick, waste. The time limit of play you get per game isn’t worth the credit charge. The reward store is another cheap Chinese stock. For example; a flat dollar store soccer ball will cost you 750 tickets/credits and most of the time you have enough for a fun size airhead candy that costs 20-30 credits/tickets. Not that we expected to walk away with a game system or anything, but I could buy an entire bag of fun size candy for less. We spent over $100 for my kids to walk away with .50 candies. We gave it a try, and did have fun and playing what games we could, but probably won’t be back.

What a cool place! Definitely asian inspired. Love the oversized stuffed animal claw games. Have to appreciate the duplicates for games, which helps ensure shorter wait times for favorite games. Check this place out. Bowling, arcade games, billiards, bar, and party rooms.

Weve visited this place 3 times now and have had bad experiences every time. Its over priced, half the games dont work and the staff is moody and rude. Our family went in tonight to do bowling, we waited 30 minutes for a lane, it was around 8pm so it was fine because they were a bit busy. Because of social distancing they said they had to sit groups at every other lane. We were playing for about 2 hours, also consuming food and drink, and were the only group left playing. All of the other lanes were empty. Then the bartender shows up saying I just sold these lanes I need you guys to just and signals with his hands for us to move. He just stood there looking at us until we got up and moved. Then sat the other couple down. He did Not sweep, wipe down or sanitize the area we had just sat in for 2 hours. Now, if we had to wait half an hour because of social distancing why is it that he sat someone right next to us when all of the other lanes were open? They really need to get rid of that bartender specifically because is so unnecessarily rude.

Bowling, food, flashy arcade games- what more could you want?? We had a great time! The staff were friendly and considerate. The atmosphere was welcoming. Of course a couple of arcade games had issues (its gonna happen with a hundred or so games to choose from) but we were helped INSTANTLY by the maintenance workers. Devon especially was totally cool, sociable, funny, (and pretty cute. I kinda regret not asking for his number. Devon, Ill probably never see you again, but if you see this I hope you find someone who gives you the love and appreciation you deserve. But I digress.) 10/10 would recommend. If I lived nearby Id go there everyday

So it was fun in the beginning, until a worker called, i believe it was, Alex told our group that if we wanted to eat then to go to the tables. We said okay and started to walk. Now keep in mind we have been in this place for over an hour and about 3 other staff members saw the drinks, cause they were from the other stores of the mall, and said nothing. We werent sure if it was fine or not, but since everyone else had seen it and was fine with it for the whole hour we thought it was okay. He had barely left us to walk to the area he told us. When apparently he lied to a manager who very rudely told us that we cant have outside food and drink. She said That she knew the other worker told us. When he didnt even say that. Nor did any of the other staff members or security who saw us. But she came to talk to us before we even got to a trash can OR the food area suggested. She acted like we were being probablematic. I also want to add that i saw a LOT of people walking around without masks on their face.Ruined the time we had there and just wanted to leave. First time here. And will probably be the last.

Awesome Japanese Arcade! Rhythm, fighting, crane, racing, shooting and ticket redemption games. There is also billiards, bowling, and karaoke. For refreshments there is a restaurant and a bar. Something for every body! A great place to take friends and family. Hope you enjoy it Beavercreek!

I am very dissatisfied with service at the food court. Several employees were standing around talking for 20mins and not one of the employees waited on me. I had to wave at those employees to get their attention. Among that group was a manager standing around talking smack with those group of employees. I will not be spending money at Round one and will be telling folks how bad the service.

This place is way overpriced and I wrote a review detailing mine and my sons terrible experience back when they opened. They apparently have changed their name to round1 instead of round 1 in google and as such all the bad reviews they had previously are now gone. Very shady and honestly does not surprise me given how poor their service is. For the $25 we spent on games here we won enough tickets to get a very small bag of candy we could have purchased for $1 or less at the dollar tree. My son is very good at games and we usually leave with huge amounts of good quality prizes. This place is a total and complete rip off! Many of their games do not work and to get credit for nonworking games you have to walk to the very back corner of the arcade and wait in a lengthy line just to try to get back the credits their non working games take from your card. Save your $ and your time! Really not sure how this place stays in business. Dave and Busters is much better and you get way more for your $$$

Worst arcade ever! We had so much fun as a family at the arcade inside Kalahari water park when we were on vacation that I thought I would bring the family here and have a similar experience. Not so! So many games weren’t working correctly and we had to keep all our points on one card rather than dividing them up on multiple cards to hand out to the kids. Even the kids wanted to leave before we used all our points. Real bummer.

Absolutely loved this place! It was great to be able to go out, bowl, eat, play games, all safely during Rona. I get that the precautions that were taking can be annoying but they’re necessary! And I don’t feel as if it impedes you’re ability to have a good time. While we were there there were games that had issues, we had issues with not receiving tickets and one game just not working after we swiped our card but we told someone and the problems were fixed immediately. And those problems are always gonna happen y’all, technology is finicky. Shout out to Devon for being amazing and helping us out while we were there! Definitely a place I’ll be back to!!

To start, the customer service representatives were extremely rude throughout the entire evening. We had a party of 12 who went to sing karaoke. They did not walk you to the room, explain how the equipment works, Your time started when you paid the desk and got your microphones and song catalogs. If you wanted something to drink your eat, or drink, that was cutting into your time you paid for the room, so I would recommend if you sing karaoke, drink or eat before you pay for your room. Second, there is no alcohol allowed in the karaoke room. If you plan to drink, dont sing karaoke, because you have to leave your open glasses, bottles, etc outside of the room and have someone guard them the entire time. We were advised we can leave them outside of the room unattended, which is not happening. You are allowed to have water and sodas in the room. Suggestions I would recommend, would be, have an attendee walk you to the room and explain the information regarding how it works, rules and then begin the time. There should also be a waitress per each room when the room is rented to make sure the room has everything they need instead of losing time, waiting in line or finding a kiosk, placing your order and waiting for it before you can go back to your room. Menus in the room would be great, or even include them with your equipment when you pay for the room. There is no liquor available at the establishment, even though they have bottles posted behind the bar on the shelves advertising different kinds of liquor. Remove the liquor bottles and put up some art, or put up a sign and state there are no liquor sales at this time. There are many other suggestions and recommendations I can provide to have the operation run more efficiently and become the greatest experience possible, but unfortunately, this is not one. This is making it a buyer beware situation so your evening is not ruined and not getting what you pay for.

Fun games and a lot to do, but it costs more than other arcades because they do not offer any specials. Dave and Busters is better because they have 20 for 20 deals and half priced Wednesdays. Although this is closer to my house I will continue to go to Dave and Busters for the better prices. They do have good bowling prices.

All though the place has a lot to offer I find them very expensive if you have large family or group. Especially if they are planning on bowling. However we did enjoy The air hockey and when there was a issue with the table, the staff was quick to fix the problem so we could enjoy our night; and play our game.

Don’t listen to anyone saying it’s too expensive; the prices are normal for what the place is and it is a very fun place to be. They haven’t fleshed out everything (considering it opened literally yesterday) and some things aren’t available yet. But once it’s operating properly, it’ll be even better. Also, I’m waiting for those individual karaoke rooms so I can sing my lungs out lol!

I went on opening day November 23rd. It was a cool experience. Its different. We did Karoake which was fun, but the downside is that they didnt show us how to do it and the young staff were sometimes just as clueless since it was their first day too. They didnt have their liquor license yet...so they only offered beer, wine & wine coolers(bummer) . We got the club card and put 100$ on it and we played a lot of games for a few hours that we split amongst 4 ppl. Havent been back since but I plan to. Its still a very new place so I wouldnt expect 5 star experience yet given theres plenty of kinks to work out. But its worth a shot. Ill update my review once I see some improvement.

Few things. 1) the food people are really not too friendly sometimes, but some make my day. 2) i think the bars had some trouble with alcoholic drinks reading the other comments? i got a friend who works there, said the liqour license took a bit so i think thats sorted. 3) the game prices are eh. i really dont think theyre muchh worse than dave and busters, and i personally think the games are way better. and 4) last point, buying the card is odd. i feel like some people are on different pages but they seem fine all and all.in general i think its obvious its working out kinks right now but i like it so far. unless something big happens i guess its pretty much a 5
