Sucks. Place looks nasty. I had a hot dog it was salty as heck. The place look like a room full of germs.

Our large party enjoyed the facility as buisiness but the staff were rude and horrible overall. From a variety of bad attitudes to inattentive counters and when we went to find an employee the response we recieved was so rude we would have left immediately if we didnt have excited children who would have been crushed this all could be ignored if the employee would have admitted to the loss of over 15.00 on broken games instead she lied and told me that it wasnt charged the people who work here would never ever work for me and the management is totally absent... anyone with any experience with absolutely any work at all could see this places staff is a joke without a punchline.

Went for a good friends sons bday party. Was my toddler daughter, and myself. Wow did we have a great time! Seeing her have so much fun brought me the most happiness. She didnt even know what to do first! We jumped, played arcade, ate, jumped some more, then I was able to take some photos of her playing in the toddler area by herself after she got comfortable being there. While we were invited to go as guests to a bday party, I did notice that the rates seemed fair. To be honest you cant put a price on the laughter and happiness that Jumping World will bring your kid(s). Take my word for it! We will be going back very soon!

Good spot for the kids sometimes its crowed bring younger kids early. Decent prices I personally follow my kids around sometimes the employees just sit there and dont really do or say anything to control any situation that may occur especially in the corner by the jump pit and basketball goals

Nice Morning staff, my little one loves his Jump Guard friend!! Such a friendly and energetic employee.No doubt in my mind that the rest Jumping Worlds Jump Guards are as amazing as that young man. Ive only come across one other worker with the same energy and carisma as him, one of the boys Ive seen at my nephews birthday party, a tall Hispanic young man with glasses. Yet mainly I am glad to vouch for those two Jump Guards!! Keep up the great work guys!!

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday party today. Every single kid had tons of fun and did not wish to leave. Staff ( Shakira) and the manager were very friendly and accommodating. Would go here again and would recommend all my friends and family!

I had an amazing time today with My sister Brother in law and Niece today and I had a blast.

The Hispanic lady and the black man are top notch. They always make our visit memorable. My son is on the spectrum and they are always very accommodating and patient with him.

Alexis was a wonderful party host we were grateful to be met with a smile Hello Im Alexis your host she was patience kept assuring me that it would be okay our last guest arrived 45 mins late, keep me up wirh what was next and made it so easy for me to sit and enjoy the parents there. We have been to this location 3 times over the last two years and each time it is better! Today I took my 8 yr old daughter, 5 yr old nephew, and 7 month old niece. They all had a fabulous time. There are a lot of new activities added since we were there last. The facility was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, nice, and all were monitoring the kids. We will definitely go back next time we are in town!

My kids have always LOVED Jumping World so we decided to have my daughters birthday party there (today). I bought the 10 jumper package with an extra pizza. In all I paid $275 for this party! First of all the girl that assigned to our table was fantastic and super helpful. The party was scheduled 10:15 - 12:15. The pizza was not delivered until we were literally walking out the door. They did refund my money for the pizzas and gave us a $50 gift card to come back another day and let MY kids play in the arcade. They also gave us extra time for them to jump and play but by that time we were all ready to go home. I wish I would have been refunded a little more than just the pizzas seeing as all my daughters friends were told not to eat before they came but Im satisfied with what they were able to do. The staff was very friendly the entire time. I just think they need a better system as far as being a little more organized when it comes to people paying hundreds of dollars for everything to go smoothly. I WOULD still recommend this place to anyone just wanting to bring your kids to have a good time. Maybe just not so much to book a party.

We usually love coming here because it is not busy on a Sunday morning when they first open. But this morning was different. The computers were down and there was only one person passing out waivers to be manually filled out. Then we asked if the heat could be turned on because we had my 8 month old granddaughter with us and were told that the heat never gets turned on. The manager then tells me that it would take two hours to heat up. I said then you should get here earlier. She and I had to sit in the car for the hour that our family jumped. We will definitely be trying the new fun center across from the mall and not coming here again.

I went there today and had a wonderful time with my toddler. It’s a super clean facility and the staff and new management seems to be top notch compared to our last visit a few months back. One thing though is some of there arcade machines are almost too difficult to play and win something. I put 17$ in one arcade machine for a prize and made the prize win twice! But it rejected it for no reason. I’m probably going to call and speak to a manager and I’ll have an update...Definitely recommend though.

Easy access good parking & great place for childrens birthday parties. It was my grandsons and all his friends had a great time they also have a short-order area for adults. I did go over and get a Frito pie and Coke as I did not want to eat pizza. Just be ready for the kids whooping and hollering and having a good time

3 1/2 stars.Its fun, but...Kids can walk out the door. No one watching, no security or anything. The place is too big to not have door watchers or some type buzzing door lock.The party package comes with a helper. Which is basically a teen that stands and watches you. They have no direction really and are supposed to help do stuff but ours didnt, and honestly they should give you an option to not have a helper. Hell, Id pay extra to not be in that awkward situation. I felt bad for her standing there for 2 hours looking tired and awkward.The games are nearly 2 bucks a piece so when they get their 5 dollar game cards they dont last.If there had been more than 1 person over the age of 17 wouldve been great. Attitude for days isnt something I wanna deal with, I have kids..get plenty at home.Other than all that, the place was spacious and had plenty to do. Though the no jeans rule sucks.Take note of that or youll be buying blue basketball shorts from them.

We just had a birthday party here, and it was great. The facility is very clean and there is a lot to do for all ages. We were really impressed with the toddler area. Keishaunna and Tynesha were very helpful, friendly & polite party hosts who seemed genuinely pleased to help us with whatever we needed from welcoming guests, serving pizza, cutting cake and even cleaning up wrapping paper. They were very enthusiastic, and I truly appreciated their help! The only thing they are missing is high chairs for the little ones. Everything else was great!

Personally as a worker here I think I can leave a rating. Ive worked at jumping world since 2017 and the thing I love the most is that our staff is wonderful and we try to work together to make everything work in whatever way possible. Another thing, weve come so far and its amazing to see how big the buisness has grown over the past few years. I love seeing families come through and having such a fun visit and I love helping them as much as possible when they need help with something. I can only be so excited to see how much further the buisness is going to grow which *Hint hint* new stuff coming soon for a fact. But anyways, cant wait to see more smiling faces come through. Pleasure working with jumping world.

Kids will always have fun here

Great place to take kids as theres a lot of other children to play with and plenty of ways for them to get their exercise in a fun way. In addition they added a food area and a decently sized arcade area.

Had a great time here! Plenty of jumping space, lots of different areas for all different ages and the price is very reasonable. Better than the one in lake Charles. I wish ours did cost as much, because my kids and I enjoyed it and wed go here more if the price was a lil lower.

Great place to take kids especially because I have to sit! But still priced too high! We dont go often.

In all honesty the staff and most management do a great job at ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the falsity but the main problems are the rules and regulations put in place by corporate. they play the same distasteful music every day we go. and none of the imedient staff (the boys) are cross trained to do anything so when you want to purchase anything from the snack area someone has to leave their post to go out of their way to serve you when the boys are right there. its a very inefficacicnt and sexist way of doing things. Theres are the only things that Ive noticed so far but Im sure theres more that I didnt.

I been here one time and it was a good experience. Recently my sister brought her 2youngest here and said the experience was horrible. The kids enjoyed it but she mentioned that she saw and heard the manager curse at either the jump guards or front desk. Which is bad management and unprofessional to do when they all look like they are teenagers and are trying to keep the job. I will not be back here but will rather go to Urban Air. Thank you.

I had a Birthday Party there over the weekend an the staff as well as the hostess were very unorganized.I was told that the hostess are to help serve food an drinks,Instead I had to keep calling her over to the table to get things or ask questions while she stood along the wall watching, laughing an talking with another hostess the whole two hours of the party,she also failed to even explain that several things that did not work,the whole arcade was down as well as the bucking bull ride.At the end of the party, I was pulled in the Office claiming that I had a balance due when I paid it in full, she then told me I could not have paid because it was not in the computer so I owed, after like 30mins of looking at the computer she tells me here it is I found it. I will never recommend anyone to have a party here you pay all your money for the attractions it has to offer an nothing in there is working.

Best idea for kids of all ages! We, as parents, enjoyed it as much as the kids! There Friday and Saturday night events are wonderful! It is also well worth the money. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful!

A good place to take your kids they have freindly ppl at each section to help you if needed

Went there for a party. The staff does not monitor the jumping matts. The pre-teens and teens were running over the smaller children. My children had burns all over them. That form they want parents to sign to make them not liable for accidents or injuries is BS!! They simply want to be not liable for injuries because they refuse to do their job properly!

Overall my childhood friend had fun it was just the lady at checkout named Jasmine that wasnt efficient on doing her job do I plan on going back yes I would but if I walk in there and shes there I will walk out not saying I want her to lose her job I just dont want to not get what I paid for

My daughter had a great time

This place features trampolines, a small arcade, a foam pit, and plenty of other small attractions. Great for kids and teens alike. The aesthetic of this place is slightly kiddy, and when I went there was a lot of kids, so I felt slightly out of place, but I still had fun.

I and my wife played with the kids and had a blast. We had a great family time and burned a lot of calories while having fun. I’m definitely coming back.

I’ve been to this establishment afew times and by far In all honesty the only two truly memorable times we’ve been there was because of two jump guards, Michael, and Lelo. These three are the in you ones who truly care about there the impact of their job in customer service. They not only played with my child but they also went out of their way to put a smile on her face and make her day. They also engaged me in conversation and I was stunned by their riveting intelligence and vocabulary. I have never had a more engaging and mature conversation Two 18 year olds fresh out of high school (while simultaneously paying attention to my child playing and several others).Another time we went I witnessed Michael and Lelo very patiently playing ball with a little boy with autism. I started talking with Michael shortly after, I noticed he had afew tattoos and I asked him about them and he pointed out one on his ankle of his brother with a puzzle piece in it. When I walked him what the puzzle piece was for he explained to me that his brother has autism. It truly warmed my heart to see and be around these young boy who have full unconditional love for everybody.In all these three guys are awesome. They need a raise

Good price for an hour of jumping. Their foam pit is cool, but the blocks look a little dirty which is to be expected in such an environment. The building is huge and they were doing some renovations in the back which made the place smell like paint. They have a new arcade with some really cool games, but it was pretty expensive to play.

This place here. is one the best. out of them or urban air, i picked this place out of everything. my peoples be having the time of their lives here. recommend this place.

Me and my wife took our kids to this place and they are 1 and 2 and they had a great time we stayed the full hour that they give you and we are considering having our 2 yr old birthday party here in the summer we had a great time and there is stuff for adults to do as well.

Something there for all ages of kids. Kids could spend hours in there and never get bored.

I gave them another chance but now Im done. For the past 5 visits I have taken our church group of kids and my children. They switch up prices and dont honor the prices they display.This isbthe 2nd time. The last time was at my sons 1st birthday.But todayClearly on the display they show they charge $6 for toddlers Monday- Thursday and $8 on weekends. Today while the display was on it showed the same thing as always. The lady at the register said its $8 but in big lights it showed $6. I could pay it but I believe in morals and honoring what you show. Even if its a two dollar difference. The worker would not honor the price that was displayed so I asked for her manager. The manager came and called the district manager and said they would not honor the price they had displayed. The manager then had a worker come and change the price while I was standing there and told me we dont have that price abaialble and that shouldnt show during the summer. Its been up all summer. So what I will do is just leave a bad review and make sure that none of our church groups return here and give our business to another company like Urban Zone or Chuck e Cheese who will honor what they have displayed for prices.Its only $2... But integrity and honoring your word is priceless.Taking my 2 sons elsewhere. Shame on you Jumping world

We had a blast!! Our entire family enjoyed it- two adults in our 30s, and children 10, 9, birthday boy 5, and our 2 year old toddler. There was something for each of us and we cannot wait to go again!!The monitors (I think thats what theyre called- the ones watching to make sure everyone is playing safe) were very kind and informative.

The kids will have a blast here. Us parents will not. The rate of 60 bucks for one hour for my kids was pretty steep in my opinion. Most of the staff is pretty disinterested and are standing there like they want to leave. The girl working the snack bar was the only one who smiled and said thank you. If your looking to let the kids jump their hearts out, this is the place for you. This place would be much better if the quality of the staff would improve.

We always have a good time here with my family. Our 3 year old enjoys running off some energy. They have a separate area, away from the bigger kids. Its a good place to go every once in a while. I would say that its a little too pricey to go very often.

The kids love this place. Weve been twice now and had a good experience both times. Bathrooms were clean. Can get crowded but still lots for the kids to do. Make sure you have cash for things after you pay like drinks or video games.

Great place for kids of all ages! Theres a concession stand and a vending machine that has sodas and the prices arent too bad. weekends are a lot busier than through the week so if you have little ones its better to bring them Monday through Thursday.

It’s a nice trampoline park and all but The jump guards don’t interact with people at all they used to, they just stand stand there at the little stations and look miserable.

Great atmosphere, nice and clean. Kids had a blast. BUT..... the service was horrible. No, thats not true. There was NO service. A 5yr old birthday party with no pizza, had to look for someone to get drinks, when it was expressed that this wasnt a very good experience one of the employees LAUGHED! We drove over an HR in this storm and it didnt even matter. Management needs to step up. A $50 discount??? Really??? Dont know that we will be back. Bless the birthday girls heart.

Total Garbage! Hot inside, dirty floors and rude staff. Itm active duty military, home on leave from overseas. I just wanted to take my kids for a fun day. They took my money (looking right at us) and let my kid run around for 5 min, then kicked him out for wearing jeans and refused to give me my money back. They offered rental shorts (gross) for $2 or a voucher. I dont want a voucher for a place I will never return to! Thanks for nothing Jumping World Beaumont. You can take your rude staff and draconian policies and go out of business for all I care. I have been all over the world and the rudest staff I have ever met work here.

Nice staff, really playful. Food is ok, but Friday night is Teen night and that means pizza and water included in your time if you stay til 12. There were two things I wasnt too fond of: the smell of feet and the lack of activities. But the place is called jumping world so of course its going to have mainly trampolines and smell like feet.
