The best smoke and Vape shop in Dutchess County! I was a newbie with vapes and an easy target for vendors who are looking for a quick dollar. But the owner of Smokers Mecca and staff members went above and beyond to tailor my juice so it was to my liking. They were NOT pushy at all.I was trying to find a juice that mimicked my flavor of menthol and after trying a few different premade menthol juices from other shops that were terrible, I asked a fellow vapor and he told me about Smokers Mecca. They let me try their handmade juice that was for my brand, and then made a fresh juice that was tailored to my liking.They gave me knowledgeable advice on what I need to start with, working within my budget and never using those sales gimmicks we all know and hate to get the unwary buyer to spend more than they have to.This is my first time writing a review for a store on google. That is how pleased I am with their services and products. Great job guys and keep up the good work , word of mouth is the best and most flattering type of advertising!

Best customer service I have ever experienced in any store ever and I was, admittedly, a huge challenge as a customer (unintentionally of course). Both the employees that were present made sure that I left happy, and trust me, this was no easy task for them. They were both quite knowledgeable and provided me with quite enough workable knowledge to enter the wonderful world of vaping. You couldnt even pay me to go a different Vape Shop. Grant and Evan are amazing and Id like to personally thank them both for putting up with me so patiently after all the unreasonable demands I made, if you want great help, ask for one of those two but Im sure any of the workers would be fantastic because Im sure Grant wouldnt put up with anything less. Thanks again guys!

Today was the first time to this shop. I must say this is one of the best shops I’ve been to. The staff was awesome and chill. Bought a new mod and tank the dude showed me how to put it together and prime it correctly 10/10 GO HERE

Every day, theyve got something new. They have a wide selection of e-juices in every flavor and their high energy staff always helps me make the best vape mod selections. Theyre a very reliable retailer and sell only quality hardware (none of that bootleg crap). When I bought my last vaporizer, the staff showed me how to use it, clean it, replace coils, etc.

I got spoiled by this store, as it was the first Vape shop I went to. I live in NYC but grew up in Beacon and visit frequently. Since my first time here Ive been to a number of shops in both NYC and Philadelphia and across the board they either have a very limited selection, horrendous customer service, or both. Smokers Mecca has a pretty huge selection of liquids (which is what I come for) and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is that the help they provide is so focused and one-on-one, that they dont seem to know what to do if a second person walks in while theyre helping someone. Thats a pretty minor quibble though, and Id much rather get ignored because theyre helping other people than ignored because theyre rude, as it is in other stores. Aside from that minor quibble, I cant say enough good about this place.

Stopped in because heard there was a local vape shop. Reminded me of more of a tobacco store there chain smoking cigarettes. The Employee or possibly the owner was very pushy for me to buy something or leave as I was inspecting there selection. Honestly I bought one juice that I knew and left after feeling pressured. You are better off shopping right next door at the mini mart. At least your are greeted with a welcoming feeling.

The staff is very helpful. Very laid back. Smokers Mecca is legit. A ton of different flavors. Love it.... Will be back
