Was tough to find help today, but usually the store is crawling with very friendly and helpful workers. All registers staffed...fast moving lines. Might want to make aisle numbers easier to spot...especially those in the center of the store.

Just awesome everyone so nice so helpful. I was working on a project for work. They had everything I needed. Plus gave me the dicount from their website because I didnt have the app. Saved money on great products. Thanks again for being so awesome.

I love this store. They always have just what I need for all my crafting. My girlfriend loves the extensive wire-wraping section and I always find something new to keep my hands busy. My latest hobby, Diamond Dotz.

After going on-line to find what I was looking for, it was nice that their website had the aisle number where to find the product. Everyone online should have that feature.

Michaels in general is a pretty great craft store, and this location is very good too; the store associates are very nice and helpful, and the store is clean and organized. 4 stars only because it does seem to have a smaller selection that other locations, but overall a good store for most crafting items.

I love it hear they have nice staff and amazing supplies! They never mind me coming in to train my dog! Totally recommend it.

Michaels is pretty much the only place left where you can find everything for your craft needs. They are doing much better with having sales than in previous years. They kind of be to pricey with certain items but will still have a nice sale here and there. They could use a lot more customer service out on the floor for customers to ask questions but, other than that, its clean usually dont have to wait a super long time in line & Iove it!

Four stars because they always seem to be out of sculpey clay.

Pro: Stocks one of the largest array of craft supplies and home decor. Con: expensive and store layout is confusing if your not a regular customer. This specific location always seems to have a long wait to check out.

Not crowded at all, clean didnt see many cart there were basket very stocked

Pretty empty these days so the wait isnt that long but you have to search for an associate I guess they only have a few working since the covid.

Michaels is an excellent place to shop for arts and crafts supplies. Its always clean and well organized. I appreciate the COVID19 protocols that are in place to ensure staff and customers are safe.

I love to shop at Michaels but this time when I asked for help in the frames area, the employee that tried to help me was sooo rude and not helpful at all! I was ready to purchase a very nice frame and all I asked was if she thought I was purchasing the right frame, she went on a rant about bringing my painting so that we dont waste her time in returning it etc!! She was definitely a rude employee, I left the store and did not buy the frame. She should be trained to be civil to all buyers!

Store a Manager by the name of Mary has the worse attitude. She is very rude and dismissive. Not only was she rude to me but to another customer who only asked her about canvas. I asked her a question about my coupon she slammed the cash register drawer and proceeded to talk to me as if I was less than human. I couldn’t do nothing but look at her like she had lost her mind. Training in customer service will do Mary some good.

Curbside pickup was convenient and fast.

For an impoverished region of the Rust Belt this Michaels is solid. The roads leading here are treacherous, I literally felt I was putting my life in Gods hands, by driving here. But gosh it to heck I needed art supplies. The parking lot is meh, but better than the roads. Inside is smallish but well stocked and the staff are friendly.

This store has absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need for all of your artistic, creative, scrapbooking, etc. needs. Some things seemed a bit expensive to me, but I dont usually buy these items so maybe thats the going rate?!?! I was there to grab some poster board and poster paint for my 10 year. I actually got sidetracked quite a few times and found myself drifting and looking at other stuff and planning other projects lol!!! The store was clean and the associates were helpful and friendly. Will visit again in the future and also recommend to others!

Products easy to find. The staff could have been a little nicer. But all in all, it was a good experience.

High prices and half the selection of what pat catans had. Bought out all of the good craft stores then shut them down.

The store is always clean and there are always people around to help with whatever you may need. Their seasonal section is always up early enough you can start planning holiday crafts with plenty of time to execute them.

It was fine, they had what I needed although they seemed a little short on floor help. It could have been the time of day that I was there but the floor staff seemed scarce. The cashiers were very pleasant and courteous however.

Its a pretty good place. Not particularly well laid out and they dont have enough staff. There is no Hobby Lobby or Walmart nearby, so they are the only game in the area. One thing that annoys me is their coupon policy. They only count toward full priced items, and there are very few of them. No coupon, full price, makes me feel ripped off.Regardless, they do a pretty good job and they usually have what I need.

Nice store. I was looking for specific Christmas decorations they had last year. I didnt see them this year though.

An excellent selection. Love their Tiny Treasures line -- I got a bunch of it for the D&D campaigns Im running as cheap (but nice!) set pieces. Michaels often has good sales and the employees tend to be very helpful!

Its a huge place and there is never anyone around to help. Rarely do I see floor staff to help find things. They do have great membership deals

I called about to see if they had a product. The woman who answered seems mad I even called and told me they dont carry the product I was looking for. I called back and some one else answered and was helpful. They said we dont have that product specifically but we simmilar products. I went in store and found they do carry exactly what I called about the first time. This is such a Cleveland thing. Call once it doesnt exist call a second time and its there.

Michaels has the most beautiful inventory of art supplies, florals and baking supplies. They are a little more pricey than Catans or AC Moore but they have good sales and coupon.

Didnt find what I needed but staff was great in helping me look. So stuff that will be useful in the future!!

Just ok. Didnt have items I needed...out of stock. Customer service underwhelming. Could just be a seasonal matter. Ill try them again
