Went to an open house here. There was about 50 people swarming the house it was chaos. Peoples yards were overgrown with dead grass, weeds, old tires and junk. We would not buy here.

This is a clean, quiet, and well managed park. You cant rent out your mobile home, which cuts out the riff raff that other mobile parks have due to owners renting their houses to anyone.

I love living here. Michele is an awesome park manager. She is very helpful and friendly.

They have a kind of out of touch manager very serious not personable very strict very cold just to the rules kind of person no happy vibe so even though there is a problem with Tennants as far as nieghbors the problem hasnt been resolved yet theyre are annoying a hole medium sized bishons or small poodles that bark at all hours of the night aside from that its not ridden with crime like others I know most people on my block and they like me a tx pass thing occurs and they dont stop it I thought with our house being older they would stop it but no pool is not heated because someones to cheap to fix it and the spa is half the time closed you can rent the club house but they charge it use to be free well thats all I got to report hope this helps sorry for the grammar issues
