Everything was good. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, but it was very very cold. The weather was nice outside so I didnt think of taking an xtra sweater. Other than tht I enjoyed myself

Very nice theatre. Even in what they call their smaller theatre the sound and screen size was excellent! Comfortable seats as well. Good value at 10 dollar evening showtime

Seating is very comfortable. Only issue we had was getting a drink. 6 staff were on the opposite end of the alcohol section and my wife had to go get someone to help us. Then they had to get a manager to help us, apparently due to the kid not being old enough to serve.

Nice comfortable seats that even rock a little and are high enough to lay your head back. Got a free refill on my drink but there were black things floating in my cup. I think it is residue from the nozzle, but put a damper on an otherwise really good time.

Nice theater, they keep it pretty clean. Also have the bigger screen so that was nice. Seats are pretty cozy but not cuddle couches. Paid about 20$ to see a new movie on the bigger screen.

I generally have good experiences with gqt, but my most recent visit wasnt so pleasant. I took my wife and daughters to see frozen 2 the Tuesday after it came out. Im assuming they had call in(s) because there was only two people working there to do concessions and tickers... I arrived 20 minutes before start time and I still missed some of the beginning of the movie because tickers/concessions took so long; and no there wasnt that many customers lined up for either lines.I guess a combination of call in(s) and one of the theatres having technical difficulties really set the two worker up for failure. Lastly, the one customer in front of me had to order practically over half of the food menu which slowed things down even more. I dont blame the workers because it was easy to see they were trying their best to keep up. I didnt say anything to them since it wasnt there fault, but whats annoying was the customers were offered no explanation as to the slow service and we werent even offered any type of incentive for the inconveniences. I sure hope they dont normally staff only two people on Tuesdays...

Nice, clean theater. Service was great and popcorn was delicious. We went to a childrens movie on the middle of a weekday so had the theater to ourselves so that was pretty awesome :)

It is easy to come and go. The restrooms are nice and clean. The seats are comfortable

Our son and his family treated us to a movie there just after Christmas. We enjoyed ourselves. We watched Jumanji. Clean atmosphere. Chairs comfortable. Lots of buttered popcorn and pop. But everything is too expensive. Just for two medium drinks and 1 medium popcorn was $18.00. Would have liked to buy popcorn and pop for the three grandkids. But couldnt afford it. I could just imagine what my son and daughter-in-law spent on five adult tickets and two childrens tickets. Then pop, popcorn and other items. A family cant go out for any cheaper?

Clean, friendly and fast service. Very nice place for taking grandkids to see their favorite movies. Would highly recommend.

Went to see Birds of Prey...the movie was fantastic. Bay City 10 theater has friendly staff with great popcorn. This is my favorite place to watch a movie.

Very nice stadium seating. The screens are awesome, they have 2 extra big screens that cost more to see a movie on. But the prices here are not bad. The sound system here as well is amazing. Saw Avatar here and you literally felt like you were in the movie. Apart from seeing a movie at the IMAX this theater is one of my favorites. They even have the viewing of a new movie a day ahead of time. I know some theaters do this and this is one of them. The parking lot is hugh so you never have to worry about finding somewhere to park. They even have the 3D movie selection if that is what you are in to. The theater is located in the Bay City mall, so you can get you tickets and browse the mall if need be.

I found a new product that I had just seen for the first time this week.

The surrounding mall is fairly empty, there are some places to eat and shop around however. The line to get tickets was not too long and went by very quickly. The grounds of the area was cleaned up very nicely and the staff was working hard to handle the busy Friday night crowd. The theater itself was roomy with plenty of leg space available. It was clean and the temperature was comfortable all throughout the movie. Pleasant experience overall.

I got stuck behind someone buying multiple gift cards and having problems. Even though a manager was there and saw the situation, did not help out. My own fault for not giving extra time. Got so late, I left.

Great food as always.. I was there picking up a take out order.. there were six other customers there doing the same.. the time was Thursday around 4:30 PM.. the cashier was also taking orders over the phone, getting orders from the back to include preparing tubes of mashed potatoes for orders.. in my opinion there she should of had some help with servicing the customer.. she didnt look at all bother.. she pushed through it.. and the customers there took it all in strideHowever there will be a time that there will be a customer that will not like waiting and will in turn give your workers a hard time.. please provide more help up front when needed.. and avoid those types.

Dont really like movies. Most of them promote gun violence and fantasy world bs. Hopefully one day movies will be good again but its been a while. Theater is nice some of the employees were awesome others were so so not very well mannered.

Seen Jay & Silent Bob Reboot here, which was SO GOOD! Theater screen was in good shape, seats were decently comfortable, but the theater is self was a little messy and service was a little slow too.

Great movie theater! The theaters are always well kept and there are usually never any distractions during the movie. I had one incident where there was, but they gave me a free drink, so all was good!

Great experience! Loved it! But I saw 2 things in need of great improvement. Cost. For 3 tickets cost $31! Not great. And they kill you again for beverages and snacks. Medium popcorn and 3 large drinks was$29. Thats$60 for a family of 3! Horrible! Cleanliness. Popcorn pieces litter the floor and I watched the worker cleaning drag her regular dust pan across the floor. This obviously did very little. But I am still giving them a 4.

My husband and I have been coming here for our date nights as a tradition, for years and then years before we even met! Its been here since I was born maybe even before that so 29 plus years! Awesome service and the GDX experience is amazing we always love going to the shows in those special theater sections! Friendly staff and basically a landmark for Bay City as its very special to us. Highly recommend!

Went to seeChirstmas Jarsmovie with my church--Bay Valley Christian Church. Excellent movie on loving&giving to others!!!

Always clean in the lobby and in the theaters. Crew polices immediately following a showing, picking up after those who were brought up in a dumpster. Dropped popcorn is cleaned up and trash is removed. Restrooms are cleaned regularly. Personnel are mindful of appearances and friendly and helpful. It is a long way from parking to the furthest theater but there are benches available once inside.

Hobbs and Shaw was a great experience and theyre not afraid to turn it up sound quality excellent better picture than most theaters I have attended

Tuesday $5 days are fabulous. Nice clean air conditioned theater.

Being a lifetime fan of cinema, it is disappointing that the digital revolution has resulted in such a poor experience going out to watch films at the theatre. Digital projection is way way, way less bright as compared to film projection and the dimmer pictures are even more noticeable on the GDX displays where the screen is curved. 10 years ago before digital and GDX, going to the movies provided an experience so lifelike, clear and bright that you often felt you were actually inside the movie. An optical illusion, of course but still an incredible experience it was to enjoy. With digital, there are no more audible booms and clunks or flickers heard or seen as splices in the film fed through the projector, but even with those distractions the experience of film projection was infinitely better than the dimly lit digital displays of today.The experience I have watching movies at home on my aging but still very bright 70” plasma TV, with stereo surround beats the dimly lit digital GDX experience hands down.The cost of buying tickets isnt even a factor.The digital GDX experience just isnt good enough to watch films on, even if the cost of admission was offered for free.

We caught a late matinee on a Friday afternoon and the theatre was busy. The staff was very friendly and the movie price, $7.25, is hard to beat. Except for the area around the popcorn machine, the entire facility was very clean, including the bathroom. The theatre seats were comfortable and the overall viewing experience was enjoyable.

Has a great time with the kids seeing Peter Rabbit for my daughters birthday! Great time and kind staff. Make sure to get the FMG Rewards to get discount and earn rewards.

My family and I enjoy this theater because its clean and the staff take time to go the extra mile and improve your experience. There are games in the lobby to play while you wait as well as additional seating. However the concession stand is a little pricy especially when you have have young children.

They sent us to the wrong theater. We missed an hour of our movie. After telling me she would refund our tickets, the manager then said no. Very sad state of affairs.

The employees are friendly. And more than willing to help out if theres an issue. They also have a decent number of theaters that offer stadium seating which I think should be a standard in theaters. Overall I think its one of the best theaters Ive been to.

This place is UNDERSTAFFED always! You wait in line every time for tickets, for food. Their will be four workers, and only one will be waiting on people. I dont think the manger, knows how to managet this place at all. She seems to understaff, so she gets a bonus.I would highly recommend going to the Saginaw location. As they always, are well staffed, much more friendly. And you will not miss part of your movie here. As you do in Bay City waiting in line for popcorn and pop.

This is an excellent theatre complex with 10 screens. The audio/video quality is exceptional. There is handicapped seating available, too. The staff is very friendly and professional. The concession area is well-stocked and offers free refills on beverages. One of the best features must be the reserved seating. You can pick and choose your seats on a display at the time of ticket sale. One downside... the theatre carpets need to be cleaned more often.

Love getting tickets in advance and still having to stand in line. Stood in line to get a drink for 20 minutes and ended up not even getting anything. Usually have a good experience here but today was not one the case

Their seats are really out of date and very uncomfortable. They need to think about upgrading to some reclining seats that are way more comfy. Thats the only real flaw, they had good sound and picture and the staff was friendly.

Ive always enjoyed watching movies here but since they made some upgrades and additions this place is even better. The seats are very comfortable, new snacks, drinks, excellent sound system, additional bathrooms and lots of seating. The only thing I would like them to change is to add craft beers to the menu as opposed to the typical domestic fare

Lines moved in a timely manner the popcorn was fresh and delicious. Place was kept clean and tidy.

Prices are fair and the staff is always helpful. A few times the staff has been less than professional but teenagers can be that way. They keep the place clean and it isnt as crowded as Birch Run. Its a 30 min. Drive for us but well worth it

Good place to go see a movie on the weekend or for a date. A big plus for serving alcohol, i love the fact you can have a beer and watch a movie. Watch out thought; for some reason the beer in the cup will shock your mouth. The only con is that they dont IMAX, wish i could see some of my favorite movies in IMAX.

Pretty decent theater; living up north you don’t have many options! I miss the large reclining seats I’d grown accustomed to in Metro Detroit like Emagine, but everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Concessions and tickets were average prices.

Very clean place and friendly service. I had fried with a side of cheese, which tasted very good.

The Movie Theaters Are Still Alive!This Movie theater is absolutely awesome! Ive been going to Bay Citys Movie theater since I can remember. It always has a great environment, and nice people. Very Family Friendly! The screens are always being updated my favorites are the big ones for obvious reasons. The best part is the ticket prices! They are one of the cheapest movie theaters around! Plus they have a great reward system I recommend! This is a place Id love to work, because they seem like a family and that makes the experience so much more! Trust me when I say this if youre going to a movie choose Bay City 10!

This is a really good theater. The prices arent too high, even on snacks. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there always seems to be something out of order in the bathroom. Its never the whole bathroom, but the recurring issues with one or two toilets/urinals/sinks every visit is noticable. That being said, I prefer this theater over others in the area. Its clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and its a really good location with lots of parking.

Good, but the one theater, #10 could use new chairs that doesnt have tall back chairs..you strain looking over them..its uncomfortable. Also, if you order your ticket online, then the ticket taker should have a scanner. Why should I wait in line to get a ticket when it on my phone and paid already. Thx.

I have been going there forever, even before my little girl was born. She loves to go there with her friends. It is the best movie theater in Michigan. We love to go there to watch all the newest movies. I hope it continues to be a movie theater for many many more years to come. :3
