This has been my favorite santa house ever. This man is the real Santa Claus and thats the truth. Ive got a picture of my son there every year form the time he was tiny. I would highly recommend checking this one out, especially if the lines in Midland are too long.

Small and cozy with quite a wait outside. Still its a fantastic place to bring children for a visit with Santa or an opportunity to feed the reindeer.There is no cost outside of picture prints or pins, although donations are accepted and appreciated, so its a great option to make your kids day. The staff was all extremely friendly and Santa was excellent with all the kids. Easy to see why its somewhat iconic this time of year in Bay City.

Very special place. Watched Santa arrive on a train. Really great. Place was packed. Full of the holiday spirit. A must attend seasonal event.

I wish this had the correct hours and days on it I thought today was the last for sure day and then it says hours might differ for tmrw and Wednesday... but Monday it says 6-830 :/ On the sign outside of Santa house we just drove by says 22nd

Went to go there today got the kids ready to get pictures because online they said they were open. We drive by no lights on then proceeded to call and they said they closed yesterday.

Magical. Santa gives each child their individual attention at the childs pace of accepting him. Budget friendly. So much to see. Bay Citys best.

Long wait, but it gives you time to check out the reindeer, admire the detailed decorations, and take pictures. Some of the staff are a bit cranky, others are extremely kind. It is a wonderland inside and the kids are told, by the staff, not to touch anything!!! I had trouble with that. You may have to wait in line for quite some time, but when it is your turn there is no rush. Santa and his staff are professionals. This is such a wonderful family tradition. We have been going for 13 years and plan on going for many more. Great place to make memories!

Very quaint, cute place. The wait was insanely long for such a short walk thru, but it was a neat experience but Im glad to say Ive been here.

Santa is the best! He takes time with each child and makes sure to tell them to behave and work hard in school etc. Photos are affordable and you can take your own as well. The decor is cute and not creepy.

The best place in Bay City to take your kids to see Santa. They have the best and most friendly staff. We take our kids every year to have their pictures made with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. You may have to stand in line a little while but it is well worth the wait. The decorations are great too. Great for kids of all ages.

Great experience for our daughters first trip to see Santa. The Santa seemed a little quiet, and not quite joyful, but overall the experience was good.Expect a wait the closer it gets to Christmas, and if its particularly busy you may be waiting outside for a bit. Dress appropriately.

By far one of the best Santa houses I have ever seen in my life. They always seem to have to live reindeer while in season. Picture prices are extremely cheap.

The inside is interesting, I liked Santa alot and the workers are super nice, but kids cannot touch anything or get scorned(u generally wait about 10-15 mns walking slowly in line thru the house is why its hard for little kids not to touch)And u have to wait quite a while outside in the cold, before u can get insideBEST part is its free, they just ask for donations
