It was great to be able to go to movies once again even with a mask on, not a big deal just to be able to go. War on Grandpa was hilarious and a great movie to watch with family and friends. The seats were very comfortable and I laughed many times out loud and did not care if others heard me or not, but I wasnt the only one laughing! I plan on going as soon as I have an evening off.

Our favorite movie theater in town. They are slow right now due to Covid but still ensure that everyone has a great experience.

It was clean and social distancing was very well displayed overall we were just very excited to go see a movie. a little pricey even on the little kids cup I didnt expect that those should have been at least a free refill but Im very satisfied

Great theater with power reclining seats. The popcorn is always nice and fresh. Tickets are fairly priced, concessions arent as cheap as the theater down the road, but they do have a rewards program that helps out with that. Overall a terrific place to watch a movie.

All I can say is WOW! The seats are so amazing and comfortable! It’s a great experience! The staff is okay, some friendly but most work and speak like robots but the food, priced like all movie theaters food is good, you can get great ticket prices at off peak hours and the movie experience is amazing! They do have a rewards program and they do have more then just the latest blockbusters, this year 4X’s a month they were offering the oldies but goodies at a great price and even if it was a movie I can see for free on TV or rent slightly cheaper and take home it was amazing to see in the big screen! Fantastic! Absolutely great experience I definitely recommend!!!

Love this theater. There are three theater within Battle Creek MI and this is the only one Ill go to. (Yeah its 5 min from my house)... But seriously though, its got reclining seats, good sound and usually isnt too busy.

Havent been here in ten years or so, and wow what a difference. All the chairs are leather recliners and the have their own individual tables. First show of the day, so it was still pretty clean. Good way to go to your firsr movie in a decade.

Excellent cinema! The staff are friendly staff, the seats are incredibly comfy and well maintained. The whole place is very clean, even the bathrooms. Ticket prices are very reasonable too. Most definitely the best cinema in battle creek.

Saw the Gentlemen starting Mathew McConoughhay, Hugh Grant , & Colin Ferrell. It was really good but not for kids.

I absolutely love WC7! Theyre ticket prices are reasonable ($6ish). If you buy tickets ahead of time you can pick your seats in the theater, from the app or their website. Plus, you can sign up to receive points and get free stuff throughout the year. The employees are very nice and quick in the concession lines. I follow them on Facebook and I enjoy their funny, goofy lil videos they post. Oh and the theater seats are AMAZING! plush, recliner seats with a mini table. Oh and they serve alcoholic drinks! Reasoning for 4 ☆ is they do NOT carry Dr. Pepper. I would totally give them 5 and shout from the roofs tops their praises if they got Dr. Pepper :)

I took my daughter there to see Captain Marvel. The day before we ordered out tickets. It was a smooth process. once we got to the theater it was just as easy to pick up our tickets we moved right in to concussions where we got a small pop corn which was way more then both of us could eat. we also got 2 small drinks. I had a free small popcorn coupon for singing up for there rewards program so the drinks only coast us about $7. I still feel that is pricey but you do get free refills. as we walked in to the theater every thing was really clean and the seats where nice and comfee. they even reclined and had little trays you could put you food and drink on. the volume during the movie was nice it was not super load when all the action was going on. Yet it was still load enough that you could hear ever word.

New comfortable chairs that recline. There were lots of new food choices, like chicken fingers and hotdogs. They sell beer and wine now. Expensive like you would expect at the theater. Free rewards by joining club their club. If you download the app you dont need to carry a card. We get a free drink almost every time we go.

Went here today to see spiderman into the spider verse. The theater was all around good. The seats were comfortable and warm. The sound system could have been better but I cant complain the movie tickets were 6 bucks and the theater floors were clean and not sticky. I recommend this theater.

Theyre a very nice but they are pricey

Good quality movie picture, great chairs that recline, table top arm rests that are on a swivel on the right hand side of every seat. Beer is expensive starting at $4 for domestic, $5 for Coors and $8 for blue moon, but its beer at a theater. Wine is even more pricy starting at $7 I believe. Food is a bit pricy as well if youre hungry for more than just popcorn. Overall its a good experience and quality for the amount spent, and their rewards program is stellar for frequent moviegoers.

Favorite place to watch a flick...... my 9 year old and I spend ALLOT of time at this specific theater because of the reclining seats...... comfort and value for a fantastic couple of hours

This theater seems to have been recently renovated. The theater we were in had trays on the seats and very comfortable recliners. The lines moved smoothly and not too bad of a price with the loyalty program discount. You can reserve your seats in advance, which makes it convenient. If I lived in the area, we would go back.

Went in to see a movie and the lights turned on in the theatre about 5 or 6 times while the movie was playing and was pretty distracting. Manager gave us coupons for the next time we come in so that makes up for it but still kinda sucks that we got blinded by the lights so much when we were just trying to watch the movie. Owners need to fix the problem and management told us that this is a problem they have every day so why isnt this fixed?

For one of the older movie theaters in Battle Creek this place is great. They have renovated the interior with all new comfortable electronic recliner seats. This place is a staple of the movie going experience for anybody living in Battle Creek. Skip the mall, or driving all the way to Kalamazoo and go to here.

We got stuck sitting in the very front row in the theater with the reclining chairs (not sure if all of them have reclining chairs) and it made viewing the movie very uncomfortable and watching the movie was weird. I think Ill stick going to NCG at the mall. Also, I didnt like having to choose what seats we were going to sit in.

NICELY remodeled! Seats are very comfy and recline. They do sell a limited selection of alcohol. Prices for popcorn and drinks are extremely high. I went with two adults and two children and i spent 50$. This would be once every couple months due to prices. Other than that it was a nice place.

We were very surprised to see a theater with recliner chairs for the seating, very nice! Small popcorn is a large for most places, 50 cent popcorn refills and free drink refills were a nice surprise as well.Girl who helped us was friendly and accurate with a mixed soda request.

I grew up with this theater and have always loved it. However my experiences this summer left a bad taste in my mouth. First visit, I was annoyed because now they force you to pick a seat ahead of time. I picked some random seat and went into the mostly empty theater and picked a seat that looked good. Same as people have done for 100 years. At some point a manager comes into this theater where literally only maybe 5 people are in that whole empty room, gruffly demands my ticket, and kicks me out of my seat and made me go where the ticket said. The second time I went was on a weekend. There were no dedicated ticket sellers. They all had to fix pop and popcorn at the same time they were selling tickets. Made the line move very slow and people were getting angry. I wont give them my money again unless they drastically improve customer service.

Just saw the last Star Wars movie. This is the same theater we saw the first one!

Saw into the spider verse here. Had great seating and was completely immersed in the film, using fandango made it quick and easy to get seats. Cheap and convenient.

Prices are average. Seating is comfortable. This time when we were there they had one girl behind the counter. She was doing tickets and concessions. I dont think that was the most efficient way, esp when people need to be in the theater by a certain time. Nothing against her though, she did the best she could to keep it moving. I have also been there while they were fully staffed and waited longer. My advice, get there early so you have enough time to wait in line.

Comfortable seats that recline back and prop your feet up. Ticket prices are fair do to the quality of seating and movie in general. The theatre has growin so much since i was a kid. So cool you can select your seat before you even get in the theatre. My family had a great time seeing Ralph breaks the internet. We will definitely be going to see more movies here in the future.

The theater help was friendly and efficient. The theater itself was quite clean for a movie theater. The new seating was a great modern upgrade. Less seats, but with more comfort. The reclining seats are excellent, roomy and offer a great view of the screen, not matter how tall the person in front of you happens to be. Movie pricing was good and reasonable, but concessions, as usual, were priced a little high. The parking lot is large with more than enough spaces, making parking quick and easy. Bathrooms appeared clean and well kept.

The remodel made the theater appear more inviting. Seating is more limited now with the recliners, but worth it. The place is much cleaner than our other two loal theater choices too Great prices on tickets; not so much on the concessions. But hey, its a business. I like Flashback Cinema and the occasional holiday ballet too. It seems theres something for everyone.

Seats very comfortable, the rows had plenty of room so you dont have to climb over people to get in and out of your row, very clean, temp. in theater was perfect, employees awesome.

Excellent location for the BC air show 4th of July Fireworks.

Popcorn was cold and dry, had to go back to the counter twice to get more butter on it. Floor in the lobby had popcorn all over it. The seats in the theater were amazing! Very comfortable, with push button reclining.

They sell beer and wine now along with hot food options in addition to soda, popcorn, and candy. Seats are full power recliners with trays and cup holders. Very nice and comfortable.

This will be the only theater I visit. They have remodeled and it is great! When you purchase your tickets you also purchase your concesession items so it is just one line instead of two. The seats are amazing! It is like watching from home. They are wide and recline and have a leg rest to provide the best theater experience. No more icky seats and discomfort for 2 hours. Well done.

Terrible customer service - wait in line 30 minutes for tickets and then wait in line for 30 minutes for food, pay for refills and it takes 30 minutes to get a refill while your movie playing. Not to mention you get to pick your seats but if someone may be in your seat and management doesnt care. Glad they updated so its not so dumpy but now has poor management and terrible service. Sadly, cheap flicks is better than west columbia 7 yet again.. Or the Mall.
