I spend way too much money at this store. Always clean and well maintained with a great selection. Beware of the awesome bargains that are hard to resist.

Michaels is my favorite place to shop for scrapbooking. Their sticker collection is amazing.

I purchased some pretty spring and summer florals for 70% off today. Their regular prices of everything is way too high. If you want something, wait until it goes on sale, which most things do every month, or look on line for a digital coupon that you can use for one regular priced item.

I am addicted to crafting and Michaels provides me with everything I need! I tend to get in trouble in there cuz I cant stop shopping. They have so much to look at!!!

They have quite a few things for sale or on clearance. Be mindful that some items are way overpriced (A wood burning kit was a 1/3rd of the price at Menards). They have a good assortment on various crafts, science projects, painting and etc .

I was shocked by the tremendous variety they had there i didnt get to make it through everything though due to my hubby being a ogre lol. Only reason its a 4 instead of a 5 is their prices do not impress me at all.

Really good fall sale this year, were getting ready to decorate for our wedding and literally only used half the budget I set for my fiance and i. Friendly staff as well.

Didnt have what I wanted, and it was the second Michaels Id been to that day and I had to drive 40 miles ,one way, after Id been told this store had what I wanted. Just really frustrated at the drive and outcome of the trip

Love this place! I love the variety of crafts that are possible. Their perler bead selection isnt great though, and I wish they had more in terms of candle making supplies. Most of what Ive gotten here has been good quality though. Staff is really nice and helpful.

They have everything for crafts. First time in the store. I had a online order. Pick up was super easy. All of the people working were nice. Ill probably be back. As a person who kind of likes to do crafts I was a kid in a candy store. All though almost everything seemed a few dollars over priced.

Favorite place to shop. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable as to where you can find stuff in the store. They offer teacher, senior, and military discounts but you have to ask.

Love this store! The staff are helpful and Vanessa ( i think thats her name) is so helpful and creative. She had some great suggestions that really helped with my project. I also think that their clearance section is my favorite spot in the store. Sometimes there are some great finds there that are so cheap!Location is great and near some of my other fav stores. It has not been too busy when Ive been there. Bathroom has been clean, too.

While I enjoy looking around Michaels Im not the crafty sort so Im sure I cant appreciate all the things like someone who is. What I can appreciate are all of the awesome kids and family events they offer. They are fun, inexpensive and for all ages. When Crystal is leading the activity we enjoy it even more! If youve never attended one of their events I strongly encourage it.

Being that Michaels was the first crafting store in the area, I use it as a basis for other crafting stores when they go in. With that being said, I have notice a severe decrease in the selection and quality at Michaels. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I usually find what Im looking for down the road. I feel like the items they offer are more box store type things versus selection for really stretching a creative muse.

Michaels has a great selection of arts and craft items. Their pricing on many items appeared to be in line with other arts and crafts stores. They have a great selection of frames and frame selections for custom frames, but their frame pricing could have been better in my opinion. I think they would sell a lot more with some better pricing. Store was clean, staff was helpful and courteous.

They have a lot of unique items, and most arts and craft projects can be completed from their inventory. They are a little more expensive than some other craft stores, but they are more likely to have what your looking for.

I went in to Michaels today and once they announced they were closed I immediately walked up front to check out and they had already taken their registers down and wouldnt ring me up for my items so I literally had to set my items down on the counter and leave! Usually as an employee you would walk through your store before you shut your registers down. You cant just assume that people can hear your announcements over a speaker. So they lost out on a sale. Not happy with them!

The layout is a little confusing here, kinda hard to find what youre looking for, and when you do find it, usually there is a a very small if not non-existent variety of brands and prices to choose from. But usually they have what youre looking for, even if its only available in one brand.

Customer service is really nice....

I went to get supplies for my sons birthday and had a gift card I wanted to use (yes, I verified the Balance, and the cards do not expire). It would not read when slid, and was coming up not valid when the cashier typed it in. Ive used this card before and didnt have a problem. She told me to call and verify my card again, return my purchase, then re-but it and use the card. She would not call a manager to help they will just tell you the same thing I did she would not try to figure this out or even humor me no matter what the manager would have said. She didnt even know how to run a gift card in the first place.

It has almost all I need for my crafts- crochet, jewelry, scrapbooking, etc...so organized. I love to buy from this store. They have a reasonable price too.

Great store and great selection.I never get overwhelmed here, as opposed to Hobby Lobby. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense.As an artist, I love going in here and buying supplies to paint with. Artists Loft is a great brand, even though it is considered low-grade; its usually my go-to brand.The cashiers here can sometimes be a little rude, but I also understand how stressful working retail is.

Looks run down. Selection much less than what I remember....although its been quite some time since I was last there.

Michaels seems more geared to artists than the other big box craft store, Hobby Lobby. I like the way they do coupons and discounts, though they have too many exceptions, which is confusing. And no big box craft store is going to offer the technical expertise of a dedicated mom&pop art supply store. Overall good, with those slight caveats.

They have a huge selection of whatever you might need for crafting and then some. Great srore for browsing, but watch prices on some items. They seem to charge a bit more but likely because if the large selection.

They do not have a lot of small flower and plant choices but I did find nice looking ones that would go with the pots I bought there.
