Small yet convenient.and functional for the avid fitness enthusiast, young child and mom or dad in need of family time and relaxed fitness. 6 laps = 1 mile. Its very near the Thomas Road entrance to the Baton Rouge Zoo in Baker, Louisiana. I totally turned on this street because it was a familiar name from my early childhood and teenage years with my younger brothers and sisters and parents. Its well hidden. It also appears there were many who were victims of the 2016 Baton Rouge Flood. Some residents are still recovering while many had to leave or abandon their homes or figure out creative ways to remain in their homes.Unless you are at ground zero, you will not know the tragedy, devastation, and recovery efforts it takes to withstand traumatic events that alter lives. Pray for those who were impacted. Praise God.

This park is a great place to hang and chill with friends. You can have cook outs and parties almost anytime you want. 5he courts there are alright. My basketball team practices there sometimes. I wish they could do more with the Park.

Its nice because its new but there is really nothing for kids to do. My 2 yr old grandchild enjoyed herself for about 15 mins then she was ready to go. Also Im not happy with the way the benches are positioned. My back was to the street the entire time. Being there alone and Having to keep looking over my shoulder just wasnt a good thing.
