SOAC is such a great facility. The staff are always so nice and who doesnt like a drink when they hang out at the pool!

Extremely uncaring of the community around them. Constantly firing up leaf blowers at 7am (including the weekend) despite multiple requests to wait until after 8am.

Great place been going for years, they have a phenomenal pool with a great staff of lifeguards.

Wonderful gym, love the instructors, friendly staff, owners are great, responding quickly to emails. The pool is nice, can get overcrowded at times during the summer and you cant find a seat. The kids love it though. Reasonably priced!!

This is absolutely my favorite gym ever. The staff are what makes this gym so amazing. I never thought my first comment about a gym would be the staff, but they create a family atmosphere. The other members are great and the facility is always clean. The weight room is fairly small, but that wont stop you from getting agree workout. There is plenty of equipment and never a wait for the cardio machines. The pool is perfect on a hot summer day. We have purchased the meal plan and absolutely love it.
