My wife and I have been bringing my son here every other month for about 2 and a half years now. We absolutely love the environment, and always have a blast. The place is ALWAYS spotless and clean, and the staff is consistently so friendly. The lady who was working the floor today was awesome that a he even went into the foam pit to grab my wife’s phone when she didn’t even realize that it fell from her pocket! If you decide to give them a shot invest in the flight club, well worth the money!

They loved it. Pretty cool place not too busy and plenty of activities to do. They played for a hour and a half. The cost was reasonable and we got a military discount of 15%

Had a blast

Everything was great, up until a man decided to take his mask off and cough knowing what the world is going through right now. The worker that saw that happen did approach the man and said something to him so that was a good thing. The only reason I said 4 stars was because of that reason alone. Other than that my child had a great time. I just wish there was a way to enforce the ignorant people who feel like they arent entitled to wear a mask to be considerate of others in public places and follow the rules for the safety of everyone.

Pretty great place. It was my first time last night. I do think they could do better with one or two kids being there without the supervision of their parents, which I taught was a bit dangerous, but the place is good for kids and even adults. ADULTS l,who like to visit places like these that remind them of great and amazing childhood memories.

My kids love this place. Not too many kids there, maybe because of covid, so that was nice. Masks are required even while jumping. Great place to bring kids to get some energy out.

Would not let us use our other jump park socks, which we could easily show them had the correct bottoms on them. This meant another $10 in socks. Not to mention, way over priced for midday on a Tuesday compared to other parks in the area. Tried this one because of proximity, but will be sticking to the other surrounding jump parks - which all have more options, lower prices and let us use our previous socks. However, facility was clean and staff was pleasant.

What a fun place for kids. Helpful staff who wore their masks. Challenging and playful activities available for kids.

About a week ago I had the pleasure of selecting this trampoline park to give my child his first experience out post COV-ID. We came in the staff was very friendly and they were very organized. While I was there I noticed a young man walking around checking on everyone and making sure that everything was running smoothly. And I actually approached him and told him what a good job he was doing and he let me know that he was the general manager of the entire park. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely be back. Since my son has a birthday coming up there’s no other place in Baton Rouge I would rather have his party at than Defy BR.

The employees are caring and patient.Mr. Key was very helpful, poised, and professional,explaining everything about our new membership amongst a 100 kids running around having fun. Well done buddy.

This location is little old. We had season pass to this location however we did not use it due to old equipments.I would be careful.Over all friendly staff..

Takes awhile to get checked in. Do waiver ahead if you can. They charge for socks. $3. The young man in charge of Dodge ball did a very good job and was fun with the kids.

Today was my daughters 2nd birthday and she had a BLAST. The customer service was amazing Manager Matt was magnificent in any problem that we had. I can’t not wait to come again. Really soon.

Great place to burn off energy for young children.

It was a great night out! Even with the masks we had a great time!

First thing first Customer service was the worst. And on top of that we only have 20 to 25 minutes to jump and we could not receive a refund, we waited in line for an hour and a half. We did a waiver way before we arrive at the place then we had to turn around and do another Waiver. And to top it off I guess it was your manager Austin was so rude about it saying we need to take it up with Groupon it was nothing that he could do about it and we asked to switch for another day. The cashier had quickly redeemed first set of children so therefore we had one more set of children to redeem and she she is she’s selfish and he chose to redeem the other side of children wow we were in a debate if we were going to get our money back for that set. So Austin quickly said there is nothing he could do because she had already did everything. And for Austin to tell use that was on use about the time frame.O yeah I forgot to tell you we spent $258

Seriously one of the coolest places Ive been too yet lots of different obstacles and other fun areas for other activities/ dodgeball/ basketball/ and there pretty laid back follow the rules and dont act out youll have a perfect day.

This establishment offers fun and excersiize for all.its cautious to covid and very clean.the workers set a good example.i would recommend this place to your family to come and join.

We went today (July 3rd) for the first time and had so much fun with my 3 and 1 year olds! Everything was very clean and everyone was wearing masks. There was plenty of hand sanitizer available around the different areas And they have everything laid out where you can play but still socially distance. That being said, we were the only people there anyway. A perfect way to beat the heat right now. It was a blast!! Def recommend

Kids had a blast but because of the coronavirus the water fountains were closed and the drinks out of the vending machine were $3.10 with a card, which I thought was a bit much. I think they should have water coolers or allow you to fill a bottle up from the fountain at the least.

Everything was great. My 1yr1/2 old son had a great time.

Very friendly staff & they go above and beyond to make your visit a good one. Will definitely come again.

My child attended a birthday party today & had a great time. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there were plenty of employees to run the place, but it seemed as though they weren’t placed well. 3 people at party check in & 1 at the gate to get in & 1 more to oversee the entire jump park. Needed more supervision, to enforce rules(I was watching my kiddo, but did t know all the rules). Great place for a party, we will be back & recommend to other party seekers!!

I love this place but during covid 19 i would not go back. The sign on the door says masks required but i saw several families enter in without one. And about 90% of all kids jumping did not leave it on. Couldnt really enjoy it because the whole time i was just thinking about how i didnt want to touch anything.

Enjoyed this place so much! Such a great friendly and fun atmosphere. So much to do to keep everyone interested. The staff there are amazing and interact with the kids. I would recommend this place to everyone. I plan to make this a regular weekly trip with my son.

My kids enjoyed themselves and me & my husband enjoyed ourselves like we was kids lol the staff was friendly and welcoming .

Horrible and would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible place to bring your kids. The place I go to is very run down and my child has fell through the trampolines multiple times. Kids have been severly injured there because of poor material. The people do not replace the foam or clean the sweat off of equipment. My children have gotten sick with lice, the cold, the flu, measles, etc. And it all shows up the night after going to the place. I do not reccommend going here.

I love bringing my little one here to get that extra energy out!! Very clean and the staff knowledgeable and friendly!!

At this current time, Defy is not upholding regulations due to governors orders with Covid-19.There were large groups of kids and young adults in the gym, and almost all not wearing masks correctly or at all. Just in the dodge ball area, the employees called for a dodge ball game where I counted at least 30 kids grouped together- shoulder to shoulder- interacting in the game.The facility was dirty - from the ground up, and no form of hand sanitizer could be found anywhere Inside of the gym.

Definitely worth the money . It was fun ️

Had a great time with the kids! Loved the variety of jumping areas; especially liked the “ninja warrior” type of jumping barriers. It didn’t smell like feet as soon as we walked in so that was a major plus!

Usually when we come Defy not all of the time are the front desk people super attentive. However, today they were awesome!!! My son loves coming here and the crew that’s there now from the attendants who watch the different zones to the front desk are all very good!!! We will continue to visit.

I love taking my two toddlers here early in the morning. Great facility with a lot of different things they can do. I highly recommend.

The facility has some fun additions, the lower rating is due to the staff... they’re not enforcing rules as they should. There are a few staff who do their job and keep the kids safe, but majority need to be coached & empowered to enforce the rules. The manager was great though and said he’d make sure to handle the situation, so overall we still had a fun time.

My first visit to Defy Baton Rouge was while attending my nephews birthday party and it was an amazing experience. The check in process was very quick and simple. The birthday attendant was extremely attentive and took care of all our needs allowing us parents to sit back and relax while the kids had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Defy Baton Rouge to anyone looking for a place to host a birthday party or if you’re just looking for something fun to do with the kids.

Staff was super friendly!!! Place was great and son had a ton of fun. My only complaint is you can tell this place has been used and abused. It needs a little upkeep/refreshing. Safety mats were coming undone showing the springs. (I kept recovering them). But overall had a great experience.

We always have a great time at Defy. It’s easy to see all around so you can track your kiddo. All the workers are super nice, helpful, and encouraging. I enjoy jumping as much as my kiddo!

Great place for fun and exercise when not crowded (weekdays). Kids of all ages love it and leave wiped out in a good way, even the 2 year old.

I liked it but definitely would not recommend anyone over 18 to go here I understand kids want to have fun but it’s very dangerous when they run in front of you when your trying to do tricks or something staff didn’t care about their safety either definitely not coming back

Been here many times, including when it was Area 51. My kids love it. The visit today was a bit less than positive. Had to buy DEFY’S jump socks because the other grip socks we came with were not ”their brand”. That’s just petty. And the staff even affirmed it’s a corporate gimmick. Really got annoyed when I couldn’t go sit with my drink, instead the employee suggested I leave it on the floor by the stairs. Unattended. So much safer that way, right? smhThings weren’t so petty when it was Area 51. Other trampoline parks have an area for observing parents to sit and relax with a drink while the kids enjoy themselves but not here. Elevation Station in St Tammany is much more family and customer service oriented. I’m quite sure the rebuttal to this will be something along the lines of “We have to ensure the safety for all our guests” because so many people are injured every year due to inept grip socks and spilled Cokes (eye roll).

We took the kids for a birthday party. We brought them there. They had so much fun. The jumping, flips, jumping off the high board with supervisor, it was great. They really enjoyed themselves.

Brought my son to play in their early hour specifically for younger children. Had a great time until another patrons child began punching and kicking me in the face while I was playing with my son. No parent around to stop the child, and no attendee to intervene as well. In their defense, it was only my son and I playing in the area for a bit, so maybe thats why no attendee was present when this all unfolded....

Kids had a blast!!! Slushy drinks were delish!!! Workers were courteous and pleasant!!! Gave us a lot extra time to jump!!! Will go back!!!FYI...Was very cold for non jumpers!!! Understandable bc those jumping are getting warm so I’m sure it felt great for them!!!! Will still go back!!! just bring sweatshirt!!!

Its a safe and great place to take your kids no matter the type of weather and its tired them out and they sleep very well lol

DEFY is awesome! Always a fun time, Great work out alternative , and a good way to break from school and video games . The Desk staff are friendly and helpful and make it easy . The Membership Cards are a HUGE plus! For sure would recommend this place to anyone looking for some family fun

With a group of 50+ kids, change of plans sent us here last minute but they handled it great! 2 or 3 birthday parties so it was crowded. But on a Saturday evening I’d expect nothing different. Plenty of fun activities and things to do, fun for the adults too!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!! My husband, myself, and my 8 yr old had a blast. There was plenty to keep us busy; the 2 hour visit was perfect. All the staff was super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fun place to get some energy out. We had a blast there on a Monday evening trip. Seems a little dirty....cubby by tight rope was full of garbage and random items. But other than that we had a great experience. Staff was super nice

The person having the party needs to be there about 45 minutes early and all the kids should be there around 15 minutes early. Our hostess was great. The kids all had a good time

VERY helpful and polite staff. I’ve visited several trampoline parks where the staff weren’t so attentive, in regards to jumpers nor customer service. We walked in, did our waivers and before we could check in someone else was at the counter giving a staff member their waiver information. The young man didn’t direct him to the computer but assisted him personally. I admired the service but didn’t really want to wait, before I could blink another young man came down to check me in. They made sure everyone jumped safely, took turns & enjoyed their experience. The staff today provided efficient, personal and friendly customer service and definitely exceed my expectations. Will revisit!

I go at least twice a week with one or both my sons. They love it so much and great exercise for kids whom dont really have alot of play area. Friendly staff, always very friendly people there. A good place for any child to go and have fun make new friends and get exercise they need too. I would recommend this place to anyone kids teens and adults.

A good time to let the kids jump off some extra energy. The enjoyable experience somewhat supersedes pricing ($16.00 admission/ $2-$4 for mandatory socks) but the time allotted to jump (1 hour) doesnt seem to be enough.Oh yeah...Bring hand sanitizer.Nonetheless, I would recommend this as a go to for laughs, exercise and a quick outting for the family.

“Best. Party. EVER!”We had our little girl’s 12th birthday party at Area 51 this past Sunday, and we all had a fantastic time! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were set up in a nice large party room upstairs, and they handled all the decorations and set up plates, cups, etc. all as part of a super reasonable package! I couldnt believe how much value we got for the money!! Our party hostess was fantastic. Her name was Destiny, and she was super sweet and was smiling the entire time. She set out the food we brought, and even decorated the light up board with a mermaid when the birthday girl told her she likes mermaids. She was so attentive, and checked in with us every 10 minutes. She made sure there were plenty of drinks for everyone, and that all the kids had the appropriate waivers signed and wristbands to jump. She even took several pics with our cell phones so we could get in the photos, and also took pics of the gifts being opened so we could just enjoy the party. She got some great panoramic shots! She kept the party room super clean throughout the entire party (not an easy feat with a bunch of middle school girls!), and kept us on schedule with jumping, eating, cupcakes, gifts, etc. She was prepared with a lighter and lit the birthday candles and passed out cupcakes for us. The manager checked on us during the party, and several other staff members went out of their way to ask if there was anything at all we needed. It started storming during our party, and this sweet girl put all the party gifts in large plastic bags and brought them to my car in the pouring rain! Everyone at the party commented on how perfect this venue was and how organized and nice the staff was. You can tell that the entire staff really enjoys their jobs, and that makes a huge impact on the fun atmosphere. We couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you for a wonderful party for our little princess and her friends! And make sure you ask for Destiny if you have a party!!!

I really like the variety of obstacles they offer here than just plain bounce parks weve visited before. I also like their variety of cute socks to choose from. The people behind the desk were very friendly.A lot of it is worn, torn + dilapidated. What I was NOT impressed with the temps. The have GOT to turn the air down for everyones safety in this place! Installing some fans in certain areas would definitely help as well. The water in the fountain was room temp :/ Our kids only jumped an hr. They along with all the other kids had white rings around their mouths and were sweating profusely. We were just watching and WE were sweating too! Sorry, but 3 stars was the best I can do given the conditions.

My kids had an absolute blast here. Tons of stuff to do! This used to be called Area 51. Under the new ownership theyve made things a little safer and have replaced/update old equipment and activities with new stuff. I highly recommend it!

Had a great time playing with my two year old. Made for long naps for the both of us. We will be back.

We love Area 51! This place is safe, fun, and a great place for a workout for all members of the family....all while having fun! One suggestion is to offer some sort of membership deal, such as pay a certain fee for family to go once a week for an hour. Of course other options can be made available. Our family would take advantage of a membership like this! Thanks for the fun!

Places like this are always fun. I prefer the one in Denham Springs (Airborne) bc it’s got more trampolines but I am sure that people enjoy the mini ninja warrior course at this location.It was clean, well maintained. Overall, a decent experience for my two year old and me. (It was a tad hot, but not stifling).

It was a great experience! Our host, Keon, was extremely helpful for my daughter’s party. Even when we realized we’d forgotten candles, he was quick to find some for us! The process was seamless and the kids had an amazing time! We’ll definitely be back.
