I would have rated Cadillac 5 stars ten years ago, 4 stars 5 years but it really is not what it once was. Service is slow and bartenders do not know how to work the bar when it gets busy. Friday and Saturday nights are really the only times worth going now and dont bother showing up until around 10:30-11:00. I would still recommended for people mostly in their 30s and 40s because it probably is still the best bar/nightclub for a night of fun for that age group.

The staff was friendly. I went at happy hour at 5pm and nobody was there and all the stools were still stacked on the bar and tables. They open at 5 so it makes sense.I met a friend there and stayed until 7ish, and during that time there were no more than 3 other patrons at one time. Apparently it starts hopping around 9.The inside was recently redone, so it looks a little cleaner than it did the last time I went. Happy hour focuses on beer deals, but its $1 off other drinks. My friend had 3 doubles of well whiskey and coke; I had 3 doubles of long Islands. Splitting the check, it came to $33 each.

I stopped in for some jalapeno poppers and was informed they had $5 burgers so I got both. Both were amazing. The two guys in the bar area were really friendly and made me feel at ease. Ill have to stop in again for drinks this time. The guys were pretty handsome too so thats a bonus.

Always fun to get out and have a blast on the dance floor. Especially when there is a live band! This is one of my favorite places! Awesome!

Music was good, thats about it. Staff was really rude. I understand you have a lot of customers. With the crowds it draws and the amount of booze sold ownership should put more bar backs into service and hire people that actually give a damn to want to work. You missed out on my party. We had several ppl wanting to spend our hard earned dollars at your establishment and I saw at least half dozen other people leave before we left due to lack of service.

Great music and great set up. Needs more than just one pool table with that much room. More than anything they need to check their drink prices and bartenders. The bartender that was there tried to charge me for a drink I didn’t have twice. Then when the bill was correct, it was still way too much for what I had. Terribly overpriced. Probably not going back unless it’s a super special occasion. Idk anyone who could afford to go there regularly.

The band Ivory White is playing at the bar tonight & if you want to have a good time go, they rock !!!!!! They were also voted best band on the Northshore.

Ive been there on several occasions and always had a great experience. Best bands, drinks are always good ( cant go wrong with on the rocks). Crowd is friendly and diverse. I guess my only thing would be leaving a tap open. When I went to close out it took quite a few minutes to locate my card.

Still shocked that the previous owner decided to hang it up after 30 yrs. However, it is a great place to have a good time.

We went for karaoke night. It was a lot of fun with a very energetic crowd. I will visit again!

Always great, always fun, owners are interactive and the crowd is mixed. Recommend it for anyone. I started going in my early 20s and its still a great place at 30!

Have been going for many years. The owners treat the patrons like welcomed friends, and even playfully rib even the newbies like theyre a part of the family. They are extremely charitable, known for hosting silent auctions and benefits. They even have customer appreciation and customer Christmas. I dont personally drink, so I have no opinion on what the drinks are like, but I do enjoy the late night fare of burgers, cheese sticks and chicken tenders. Its nice to go somewhere like Cheers, where everybody knows your name. :)

No one served us. We left after 20 mins of not being waited on at the bar.

Not my cup of tea. Overpriced drinks, unnecessary cover charge, and poor service. The live music was alright but dulled out by the bars atmosphere.

No cook was present so no food was available. Band was soso and didnt start til 10:45. Bartenders barely checked on us.

From the moment you step through the door you are tramsported back in time when gas cost $.99 per gallon and a convincingly faithful reincarnation of the Black Crows tears it up on the stage. Friendly smiles from the patrons and bigger smiles from the wait staff welcome you with open arms as you make your way around the bar to take a seat and enjoy the show. By the time your ass hits the stool the band has transitioned into Led Zepplins Rock N Roll. Never before has a person felt such euphoric satisfaction at 2am when you dance that inevitable last call song, Barry Whites Cant Get Enough of Your Love. Great people, great drinks, and great live music...thats the soul of the Cadillac. If you visit one bar in Baton Rouge, you would be making a grave mistake if its not the Caddy.
