Great Art supply Store. The staff really knows about all the products on the shelf. This store has a lot ot supplies that Big chain stores dont have. Like screenprinting and printmaking supplies. Every kind of paint imaginable. Huge selection of brushes, pencils, charcoals, you name it. Prices are very reasonable!

It was my first visit to Mos and I was very pleasantly surprised. For a small space they had a great deal more than I expected. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly. My offhand remark about the best pencil was rewarded with being taken directly to the exact pencils I had read about! There is much, much more in stock and I know I will be returning soon.

Where to go to get items that are higher quality, with better care, and supporting a local business. TY very much Mos the help and info from fellow artist working at the store are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making the right decision esp when trying out new medians.

It’s a nice business with very nice staff. The only problem I have is the price of their supplies. The art kits they supply to college kids are over priced and can be bought on amazon or blick for half. Some smaller items are also a bit too much. I understand convenience, but selling a pack of paint for $50 and seeing the same thing on amazon for $20 (with free shipping) was ridiculous. I understand making a profit is another thing but $30? I’m sorry but I can’t afford it.

Went to get art supplies for my art class. They showed me a kit that was specific for my exact class . She told me the price and the next day, I came back with the exact amount, and they changed the price to be 10 dollars higher. And not only that. But when I got to class, people got the same kit and they had more supplies than me.I dont have all the supplies I need for my class, and when I bought the kit, they said that they dont have that many kits left. And when I came back next week, they had a truck load of kits because they ran out of space in the store. If you are an art major, make sure you dont get swindled. Go to hobby lobby or Michaels instead.

Great selection and I found everything I wanted for my artistic endeavor. Plus a little more for the little ones in my life.

Lots of great art supplies, and a very friendly staff! Prices are a little high, but they have a lot of specialty stuff that you cant find just anywhere.

Love this place

If you ever have any questions about art, supplies, or tools this is the place! From the moment we went in the took control. We were completely lost as we have just started dabbling in the art world. The clerk didnt push us to purchase things we didnt need and also offered us less expensive alternatives. This wont be our last time shopping here.The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they dont have a public restroom. She did however give me an option to use the restroom at the coffee shop in the same shopping center. I just wasnt comfortable doing so.

So thankful to have a local art supply shop again! The staff at Mos is very friendly and the store is well stocked with a great atmosphere. They will try to order something for you if you they dont have it. Grateful that we do not have to order online or go to a big box store.

I went in for some large, single sheets of watercolor paper And they had many great choices. The staff here are so helpful and I love being able to buy art supplies in my neighborhood.

Great local art shop. I knew they were my best shot for a specific item. Big box stores dont have it. Online shipping is costly. Mos didnt have the item in stock but they were able to order it for me! When I run out, Ill know to call ahead for the order.

Tons of high-quality products, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable employees. Especially recommend if youre an LSU art student - they work together with certain classes (ex: Printmaking) to have the supplies youll need available to purchase as a bundle, so you can grab & check out instead of searching the store for each individual item. Shopping for class supplies is usually a pain and I was really pleasantly surprised by my visit here; cant recommend highly enough.

Cute place would like to support but prices are outrageous. Michaels or hobby lobby way better on most items of similar kinds

They have everything you need for traditional art. The staff is very helpful.

It looks tiny from the outside, but looks are deceiving. They have a huge selection of art supplies, I could have spent hours drooling over everything but for my kid (who was drooling over the childrens art section - Santa will be stocking up here!) The lady working was knowledgeable and friendly; the prices were right.

I bought my husbands Christmas presents from MOs on Christmas Eve. I bought two Faber Castell Pens and a pack of ink refills. It cost $185.00 for 2 pens and ink refills. The ink refill was $50.00. My husband said he already had one of the pens, so I told him he had to exchange it. I wanted them to keep the money and our business.When we tried to exchange them at Mos, they refused to let us exchange the pens. They said they couldnt take them back because they didnt know how much ink we had used. The pens werent ever removed from the box.I had tried to return them the day after Christmas but they were closed.I really messed up my husbands Christmas gift. I feel terrible.Purchase at your own risk!
