Thy have done a great job updating coinless and tickless play games. The food is tasty, we always get some pizza. Prices are great, def look online for coupons!

We used to frequent this restaurant when more of our kids were under 10, but we went recently in a day off school and found it recently updated. My kids miss the ChuckE nose they always rubbed in the way in, but it was probably a germ magnet anyway. :) so many games are just intro-to-slot-machine style games.They do still have ski ball and basketball games, as well as adventure and driving games. Also a decent assortment of rides for the preschool age group. The prizes are fairly high priced, but tickets are easy to come by (wish they automatically loaded in the game cards instead of physical tickets). Easy way to blow a couple hours, and $50 or more, and their pizza is decent too, though not cheap.

This review was written during the pandemic: I noticed they had a Doordash deal for two pizzas, a bag of goodies, and tickets, so I got it for my kid. Its a nice treat after over 3 months of living like hermits with the same daily routine. Everything was exactly as expected. Thanks for helping my kid have a random special day this summer :)I also got the unicorn churros, which are supposed to be churros with colorful sour candy fruity sugar. They just taste like regular churros with a hint of fruit flavor and no sourness, but Im glad because I couldnt find the regular churros and was suspicious of the weird concoction lol. Theyre tasty.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party this past weekend, so we decided to make a day of it with our other kids. They all had a blast. We actually hosted a couple of our own kids birthday parties at this location. Its very clean inside. Theres quite a few ride-on games for the kids, as well as many action/ arcade games for them to play. We ordered a pizza combo with wings, and everything was really good. The staff are also very friendly. We are a family of 6, but not including my daughter who sat with her friends for the birthday party, it cost us around $75 for a large pizza, 8 wings, 4 drinks and 2 kids to play for 90 minutes. Considering we all ate and the kids got to play, I think the money was well worth it. We plan on going back soon!

I came here last night for a birthday party. My kids enjoyed themselves. The staff was super friendly. One of the games wasnt working and they fixed it right away and gave my sons points back. I really like their safety protocols of stamping kids and their parents at the entrance. It definitely gave me peace of mind while my kids were running in all different directions!

The location is convenient and relatively clean, (for a play place that combines children and food, it’s a challenge, I’m sure.) They have a variety of games and ride on features, my three children stay entertained the entire time, youngest is 3, oldest is 8. Monday evening is a great time to go, hardly anyone there, but after a busy weekend, some of the games needed attention, out of tickets and jammed tickets, which is understandable, and the staff did fix them after they were informed.

Recent remodel makes the space more open and bright. Kids still enjoy it and thats what really matters. Still has almost the exact same games, more rotation would be nice for the older kids.

Good time as usual, I hit the super bonus 6xs. Unfortunately Chuck missed the count down and not sure what he was doing before but certainly lacked...enthusiasm. Not my favorite location but still had fun.

Service was not good. We came for a birthday party and the server only came to our table 3 times during the first hour and a half. After we complained to management she acted mad. If you would have done your job in the first place we wouldnt have complained.

I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. Out of all the Chuck E Cheese places Ive been to I liked this one the best so far.

This location is really clean and kids had a lot of fun. I really like there new system that instead of tokens you load a card with time. Since it really gives parents full control of how long your stay is. Only complaint was that a bunch of the ticket counters where broken.

Good entertainment for the kids. Could get expensive just mind your budget. Too, look for specials either online or, in mailers. If there is deals be sure to take them with you and, look for managers specials once there. The staff seems to NOT want to offer them to you especially, if you are ordering a similar package!

This location had a great staff, They were very helpful with the birthday party. Place was pretty clean, games do not dispense many tickets anymore. All of the kids had A-blast, like the fact that they have a salad bar and appetizers. Overall it was a very nice visit and birthday party

Surprisingly, their pizza is SO good, and its only $5 right now, so that makes it an insanely good deal because the pizza is pretty big, even though its very thin crust.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Chuck E. Cheese’s location. I think all kids will find it easy to have a great time while earning coupons for prizes very easily and it is a bonus that every hour Chuck E. Cheese himself comes out to interact with the kids!

Nice layout with the small childrens area isolated from the more big kid games. Only bad part was the self-serve soda area. The straw holders where so sticky straws wouldnt come out.

Its not just for toddlers anymore. They got rid of the climbing tubes and put more arcade in. They now have time-based play cards so even older kids 4-7 grade enjoy it. Food is good too.

Different than when I was growing up, but still very fun

The staff was very friendly but Chuck E was not friendly at all. He looked like he hated his job. & all his job is is to make the kids excited and happy. He was suppose to “dance” with the kids and he just stood there. When he took a picture with my 2 nieces for one of their birthdays he stood in between this with his hands at his side. Just very disappointed with him. But like I said, the rest of the staff was kind.

Great pizza, I legitimately enjoy the pizza here. Cheesy bread is wonderful. A lot of great games, I wish they still had tokens. now you get a card with points on it. The bathrooms could use a remodel they are getting bad. They need a family bathroom with a decent changing table. Staff is always nice.

The new look and update made this place a good go to for the kids.

They dont have any playground equipment ehich is my biggest complaint, I need to wear my son out and isnt really the place for it, but the games are pretty good. You dont get a lot of tickets for the prizes so thats not great but food was good.

My wife took our 5 year old there after school yesterday. The place was empty and our son asked if Chuck E was coming. Im assuming whoever wore the costume wasnt in, and he was a little sad, but one of the girls working put the costume on and came and interacted with him. It made his day, and I appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to give one kid the full Chuck E Cheese experience!

This is my favorite location! Everything was working and seemed clean. The employees were very friendly and attentive.

I took my granddaughter there, been a good 16 years since I took my son there... great changes and a winner on EVERY GAME. Looking forward to more memories in the near future !

Havent been in a Chuck E. Cheese in over 10 years. Put aside the fact that all the tubes are gone, ball play pen is gone, arcade is half its size.....the food made it all up and just watching your kids smile is what made it a good visit.

This is the second time I come within one week on a weekday. I have a 4 year old that loves to dance to Chuck E’s songs. This is the second time I come at around 3pm and Chuck E has not come out. Also this is the time that is convenient for me, when my son gets out of preschool. The manager said that Chuck E is not here and they don’t have an extra costume even though they have like 3 people walking around with not much to do. I won’t be coming back here. We also bought pizza, play card, and a huge $35 Chuck E! So we are paying customers that expect the experience where they claim every hour on the :30 Chuck E dances.

They hosted my sons birthday party and the kids had a blast! He wants to have it here again next year. Its his favorite place to go and we usually go once every month. The staff are very sweet and patient with him and they know hes a regular! He looks forward to giving Chuck E a hug every time and always tries to give him back the tickets he dropped

Food too expensive. Paid $22 for a 6 pizza, a Salad Bar and a drink for just me.

My kids really like it, so we go once every 2 or 3 months. We like to go early, about 1030. They play, eat a pizza and we can leave around noon, before the crowd hits. The pizza is pretty decent and the games are good. They have a few things for the smaller kids but most of it is geared towards grade school and middle school kids.

This is a great place for a 3 year old!

First of all since they sell food the most important thing to me and my family is the cleanliness. Chuck-E-Cheese in Batavia is very clean their Pizza is much better than it was a few years ago. Everything at the salad bar was fresh and the staff were both professional and polite. I would highly recommend this Chuck-E-Cheese for family time especially those with younger children.

My daughter went to a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheeses. Her and her friends had a great time. Its Chuck E. Cheeses, so its not going to be great, but the unlimited pass instead of coins helped the kids have a lot of fun.

This location is really nice. It was clean and all of the games work. The staff was pleasant. Food was good. My boys enjoyed themselves. My son enjoyed the dance with Chuck E Cheese. Will definitely return to this location. Only thing was this one family was going around snatching tickets from the games when the kids would walk off. But this has nothing to do with the establishment, some people just wont let kids enjoy themselves.

Love that they changed it to you pay for minutes not per game. Makes it way more worth your money. My kids love it. I just wish the prizes we actually worth all the tickets you won

The place is clean and friendly staff. They have a great system of making sure the kids you come on with are the ones you leave with. Great family specials for pizza and play pass cards. 30 min of non stop playing was great. Sucks that one family hogged the skee ball machines. My son stood there for awhile and they wouldnt let him play. Perfect timing with the pizza (26 min) to cook. Great experience. Got a high five from chuck e cheese!

We arrived a couple of hours prior to closing and the staff treated us veey well. Extremely accommodating.

Chuck E Cheese has changed the way you pay to play games and no longer use tokens. Now you pay to play for unlimited minutes. On the surface this sounds like a great approach, but you can only pause your minutes once during the duration. Better not have to goto the bathroom or eat your pizza! The prices have also increased for menu items which makes a night out for pizza and games unaffordable for a medium sized family. This type of evening used to cost us about $60, now its over 100!. This is the last time we do this. We will visit Luigis in Aurora next time.

Really cute place to take kids, we took my girlfriends sister here and it’s really cheap to entertain the kid for a few hours. Foods a little pricey but other than that a nice place

Decided for the 1st time ever to actually plan my kids birthday parties somewhere besides our house. We were so excited for the fun and stress free party which turned into the most stressful party I ever had. My food order was incorrect, they didnt acknowledge my children when Chuckie came out for their birthdays, his focus was only on the other party. My kids were told last minute to go in the ticket booth as we were being kicked out of the party area. So nobody was able to watch besides me, we were told as the cakes were coming out the ones we ordered and paid for were not in stock and neither were their designs. This was completely unorganized by them and I will never have another party here. When I gave my original review per their email request they deeply apologized and offered to have my kids back at their cost, we are still waiting for those vouchers and it has been 2 months. Sad because my kids love this place but the day they were supposed to be treated as the prince and princess for their birthdays they were shoved to the side and never thought about. I was truly surprised and so sad.

My kiddos always have a blast here.. they upgraded from three years ago and took down the tunnels, which were my favorite when I was a kid, but it is still a great place to bring the kids.. the staff are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need...

I Like Chuck E Cheese in Batavia IL.

One of the better ones Ive been to. Ive been to some very bad ones with few games and not many activities. This one had a ton of games for the kids. Recommend checking this one out of youre in the area.

It gets super crowded and that staff never seems happy. I understand its stressful work but when you have kids all around it helps to be a little more friendly and inviting. Nevertheless I enjoy bringing here despite the fact that atleast one game is always broken. They really should get rid of the outdated games.

Power went out after half our time. At least we got our food before it happens but lost the other half of our play time (60mins)

Generally very good place for the kids. However, the power went out 10 minutes before my daughters scheduled birthday party. We understand it was not their fault. But it left us scrambling for a last minute change of venue. The staff didnt appear to be very empathetic or concerned with how distraught our daughter was. We quickly moved the party to another place. However, one of our guest arrived 15 minutes late and explained the power had been restored and they didnt even bother to call.

The place is what youd expect from a childs game place. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the kids running around. Not terrible not great.

Clean, decent staff, pizza has been improved fairly recent. All you can eat lunch was nice but they had trouble keeping items stocked on the buffet. So couldnt really eat all you wanted without waiting for items to restock.

Great Value for Birthday Packages

We just had our sons 3rd birthday this past Sunday and DAndre was our party server. The moment we walked in, he was super nice and friendly. He made a great effort to make sure everything was going well and that we were having fun and worry free. My guests loved the idea of having a party a Chuck E. Cheese but they were also impressed as to how DAndre hosted the party. Thank you so much for making our sons 3rd birthday a blast!

Was in town visiting family and the kids needed a good way to burn off steam between the half hour of unlimited play bands and the amazing Pizza (Grandmas favorite) mission accomplished!

Was there for the first time in a long while. No more tokens which is a plus, but still fun with ticket munching. Food was not good. Things were looking waits to arrive and cold to the touch when they did finally show up. Example... Waited over twenty minutes for pretzel bites. The centers were cold when they did arrive. You arent there for the food, but wish it was better since it is part of the birthday experience.

This is a great place to go with kids. The food is decent, they have beer, and the kids stay happy the whole time. One star is lost because the buffet only had spaghetti and meatball pizza for quite a long time. When you have little kids youre forced to eat whenever you can and only one gross pizza option is not cool. I wouldnt not recommend the buffet because of this, but they have lots of other options and the normal pizza is not bad.

Horrible horrible. Not enough stuff to do. Water pressure on water games were low. One machine for tickets all others were down. Soda taste like water. Servers had no clue of prices for the prices. Will never go to this location ever again. 0 stars.

Place was filthy. Bathrooms has spilled drinks all over the floors, stopped up toilets and just gross. Tables werent clean. Ridiculous.

They used to have more games, and seem to have lost a few pretty good things over time. Unless they seriously improve, I dont plan on going there of my own accord.

Good clean place but horrible customer service from the manager with curly hair. When there for my kids school night, the school provided us with coupons that he refused to accept, was trying to overcharge me and wouldnt hear was I was trying to tell him, he claim that those coupons where old and no longer good, however they had todays date on the sheet. He seems like he doesnt like people always making faces, soy men if you dont like working in an environment where you have to deal with people I suggest you quit your job and go work in a cave where you wont have to talk to no one. You ruin my kids school night, and honestly if you was even half a men you could off catch this hands, I dont disrespect poeple but you sir a scum bag. The school should move their school to Luigis, there the staff makes you feel welcome.

Its another one of those places that kids love, as a grandparent not so much. Just that its always noisy and expensive, but the kids love it. I wish Chucky would come out more often to dance with the kids. My Grandaughter loves that. Pizza is okay. Kids enjoy. The staff were pretty good and patient, especially when it is time to pick out the little prizes. My grandkids always have a hard time deciding.

Best for kids 4-8 range. Several of the games were out of service but still had a large variety of games to choose from. the ticket pay out is terrible. played unlimited games for an hour and walked away with enough tickets to buy a whistle and a few suckers.
