Fantastic water park! Dont forget about the sand area in the back. They have a little shower area to clean off.

I love this place my only reason for not giving 5 stars was last year on 1 of my visits I stepped on something sharp and when I brought it up it was part of the pool floor. I went over to the edge by a lifeguard and told them that the floor was coming apart and they called for a manager. He asked if there was any more pieces and I told him there was. He asked me if I could grab the remaining pieces and I did. When I asked if I could get my family 1 free day at the pool I was told no. Now I didnt have to go and do something that is part of there responsibility but I did so I didnt think asking for 1 free day at the pool was too much.

Need to be trained to answer customers questions more politely... a simple “ no mam unfortunately we can’t or you have to” would of done. 1st time here last time as well..

A nice pool with zero depth and a large sandbox area for kids to play in. Also a toddler, small child water play area with a giant bucket that pours water onto the persons below with a water cannons. Limited number of beach chairs and shaded areas on the grass. On a hot day, there are not enough rafts to be used for the Lazy River because the same rafts are used for both water slides, and there are limited quantities and they do not limit patrons number of turns on rafts when the water park is at full running capacity in the summer. So if you want a raft, arrive early.

I will be emailing the village. It has been a steady decline. The pool and bathrooms are not kept clean. The available rafts for slides and their lazy river are inadequate to the amount of patrons wanting to enjoy the facility. The wait to access these attractions could be well over thirty minutes. The managers are young kids that dont seem to care much about the bacteria levels in the water or the risk of illness. I find it appalling to Bartlett residents who should be able to enjoy the facility in the town they pay to live in.

Definitely getting a season pass to this place next year!

Lots of fun for the entire family. There are many life guards, so you dont have to worry about the safety of your children in the water. You can even borrow goggles if you want. They do not let you wear face masks because the mask covers one of your ways to breathe. Also, my daughter was not allowed to wear her mermaid tail.

Its fun & relaxing. A nice place to get away & float on the lazy river.

Only reason i gave it one star is because 1. I havent been there yet and 2. I called and all it did was play a recording and automatically hang up. This was before closing too. I wanted to talk to an actual person so i can find out information on the water park before i went. Is it free? Can we bring outside food? Are there lockers to put our things? How deep does the pool go?? I need to know these things and Im pretty disappointed that i couldnt talk to a real person about it. The website doesnt tell me that information either... Just wish you were more on top of communication with possible customers..

One of our favorite places to chill at each summer. Its close by and convenient. The fees are fair and the lifeguards are very friendly. Good options of a pool or slides. Lazy river is a plus!

The pool is fun. It is nice to have passes that you can go as often and as long or short of a time as you feel. There are height requirements on the water slides, it limits the good swimmers and kids that are just under height limit, but old enough. Overall very fun.

Perfect for a hot summer day.

Got boring after about an hour and the staff was absolutely terrible. All had an attitude and didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs. Went to the snack bar and saw them all on their phones... Also it was way too overpriced for everything. Don’t recommend.

This is one of the best water parks around. Lots of fun for the kids and adults too.

We celebrated the fourth of July/my daughters birthday here and it was the perfect location for everyone, ages 2-60+ I loved the wide variety of activities and we took full advantage of them all!

Excellent water slides for toddlers. My kids love this park.

The lifeguards would not allow my 7 year old daughter down any water slides (including the tube slide riding with me) due to height (which is understandable and she is very small for her age) but refused to make exceptions based on her swimming ability that we happily offered to demonstrate. There seemed to be a shortage of tubes for the lazy river so we had to wait in a crowd of people at least 20 minutes before someone was willing to give up a tube. It was also not clean by ANY means - we dodged used bandaids everywhere we walked. The main pool was too crowded for my daughter to swim without being hit with an elbow or unsupervised children wrestling around. The only reason we went over other local pools was because friends wanted to use the zip line, which was closed the day we visited. Worst $22 ever spent and we will not be back.

Always a great time. Watch for swim meets Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings.
