The people working there are generally nice. Plenty of equipment that seems well maintained. The place is clean.

This is a great facility and the only reason it is shy of 5 stars is the fact that there is not a huge variety of camps and sports but other than that, it is a nice place to go swimming or play sports

My cousin had held a Engagement Party in the Oak Hall Room and the air conditioning was turned off for the whole event. They tried to fix it and tried several attempts to turn on but nothing happened. The last hour of the event the air came on and by then it was too late. Im hopeful they will discount us in some way, we will see about that. Overall experience was good. But air conditioning would have been great. Almost 5star review. No cigar.

Had a scheduling/weather issue with a snowboarding class thru Villa Olivia and a couple of employees both went above and beyond to make sure the situation was rectified and handled!

We had just hosted our annual Volleyball tourney..here..a nice place overall so will give 4.75 points...they need to have stands for refree on each of the 3 VB courts inbthr gymnasium...

I go here all the time and its a lot of fun. I dont know why people dont like it. I have not had any of the same experients as the other people, tho that may be because Im 12...

Dont waste your time trying to book a venue. They dont bother getting back to you. I tried 3 times even went through an events service. Still no response. I might be lucky though, as I have since found reviews on how poorly run previously run events were handled and how unorganized they are.CASE IN POINT! I posted my review 2+ years ago, today 2+ years later they reply... it has been so long since I posted I forgot my password for this review so I just added this case in point.

Multi-use facility that services all of Bartlett,. IL. Its all there - Health club, pool, basketball and much more.
