We had a new home here for a few years with a large backyard on a lake and added a 3 season room. We always had a cool breeze blowing from the lake and neighbors were so friendly. We really enjoyed our time spent here.

I have lived here for 20 years and love it more than words can say. It is family owned and they treat you like family. Everyone should be so lucky.

Please dont believe the website of this place. It is pure marketing hype with little basis in reality.First, they mention Quiet Streets. Ha! Countless have been the times Ive heard cars go by with their radios blaring whatever music the driver wishes to share with the unsuspecting pedestrians and home owners. There is practically no recourse if your neighbor is blaring his music at 2:00am on a work night. Oh, you could complain, but it gets your nowhere.Next, they mention in their FAQ section that the place is gated and secure... Yeah, not so much. The only gate is to the lot with their model homes. Anywhere else, and youre wide open. Nice, misleading text there!The offer Manicured Lawns. Yeah, again, not so much. The lawns have to be cared for by you, and theyre not exactly draconian when it comes to enforcing neatness ordinances around the properties. You may notice their Gallery area on the website is empty of pictures... three guesses as to why. Oh, and when they DO finally provide pics, you can be sure theyll be of only the model homes, not the typical areas where people live.On a positive note, they ARE conveniently located to everything they say they are... which, of course, only adds to the noise. Nothing they can do about that though, so thats not really a critique of their service.All in all, stay away. Or, if you insist on looking at what they offer, keep an open mind (and closed pocketbook) to make sure it really fits what you need. This place really is shady!

Love the new playground they installed with security cameras. Overall Spring Lakes keeps a neat appearance.

Nice quiet like a resort what a great place

We love it here been living here for 6 years now have two spring fead lakes the owners are very nice and and helpful take great care of the park all so very quiet here

Between my brother and i weve been here 19 years...which should say something. However..in the last few years the driving habits of the residents have become worse and worse....sometimes danerous at the corner of jones and 6th where i live. Speeding....no stopping..in fact i was nearly hit by someone flying around the corner in a.m. I fell into my rock garden trying to avoid being hit. Ive been flipped off....ciggerettes tossed at me..ect. when ive yelled for them to slow down. Stop signs are a joke here if nobody is gonna inforce it. Maybe stop and speeding cameras should be installed since nobody is around to inforce. Maybe speed bumps .....where my daughter lives they have a 24 hour security driving around........especially on weekends. Printing this in the newsletter is not gonna slow these people down.

Not a safe place to live.. Ppl braking into trailers and the landlord does nothing to help..

Has a very nice view. Too noisy since it is next to the train tracks.

Large mobile home community. Well maintained by caring park staff. Brand new park for kids.

This place is really unkempt & has major rodent problems due to being next to a major railroad yard. It also has to endure noise from trains passing all day.

I love it , I live here for 11 years , I don’t know why so many people make to many complaints, if you don’t like here , easy move out that simple .
