Small but a clean and up style movie theater with clean seating, fresh popcorn and candy. Very enjoyable for a casual night out! A bit of a long drive from 29 Palms but very refreshing to get out of the house! One gentleman who explained the process of the seating spacing was very polite and professional! I would highly recommend this movie theater!

This is an awesome Historic Theater that first opened in May of 1928! It is a smaller theater but its nice you cant beat the prices matinee $4 after that $6. Its a great little vintage theater its like a walk back in time. I Love this place and will definitely be back. Affordable prices and great friendly workers and a cozy, clean theater! You cant go wrong by taking a walk back in time!

I have be coming to this theater for 30 years, since I was a little kid. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We have always had a great experience.Has cheap prices so its affordable to bring the entire family to see a movie and still get popcorn.It is also a famous historical movie theater so I think its real neat to look at all the old pictures and see how the place has changed over so many years.

Goodbye to the senior set. Third rate movies and online tickets at a 60% increase. DPlace Theater in Banning will more than likely not be DPlace for seniors as these new owners squeeze out their largest audience demographic. Thanks for coming into our small town and ruining it. You should be so proud, especially since you don’t even live here. We’ll wave as the once-wonderful small town theater gets boarded up.

Well... it was affordable ($5 each for matinee). And the Sony 4K experience was nice. And the general low-key nature and friendly staff was nice. Didnt know they didnt take card until I got to the window (had to go inside and use an ATM to get cash)...also, took quite some time to get the movie going (technical difficulties?)...they eventually just skipped previews and went right into movie. Will visit again when in town...but my expectations have been slightly lowered.

This is a two movie cash only renovated theater that plays new shows for cheap. $5 before 5pm daily. I suggest not going at night as Banning has an unfortunate homeless and drug problem right now and it doesnt feel safe. The seats are comfortable and the sound has always been perfect.

Good place to watch a movie close to home. Walk in and reminds me of when I was a little kid going to the movies in the 70s. Retro overdose...lol. I just wish they would accept credit card or ATM card. Its a cash only place...and wish they did free refills on their large or extra large drinks.

Great for the price and location. Sony sound is good. The third theater is tiny with entrance from the ally. They have first run movies. Wednesday’s a bargain. Buy a large popcorn and get a large drink free. Get there early or pre-buy your ticket for popular movies when they first come out.

I love going to his movie theater especially because its not expensive to go to this movie theater and I hopefully the new owners keep the prices about the same

Love this theatre!. Have been going my whole life over 25 years!. I love that its still classic. No advance tickets, no picking your seat off a screen, no kiosk, a real person selling me my ticket. I hope this theatre never changes to update with the times. Its classic and no need to change anything.

The Classic Fox Experience!!! There is something to be said about the nostalgic feeling we get when we come here. I Love the fact its location sits on a main strip. The tickets are bought cash and affordably low priced. It has a small arcade and the staff here is friendly. But the kicker here is the comfort of the standard theater when watching Amazing SONY HD (Possibly 4K) projections. The sound is awesome as well! Lets keep this place going and the pass area growing! Gave it one star because I can’t go lowerThis place is full of rude people got there a little early to purchase tickets told me I couldn’t get them until 15 min before the movie it was freezing outside the security guy told us to come in because we had our kids after waiting 30 min there was a line outside no one told us they we had to buy our tickets outside since the booth in the front was closed we had to stand in the back of the line didn’t get good seats got stuck in front of two adults kicking my chair rude attendants at the Concession stand to get drinks and popcorn I know movie Theaters aren’t the cleanest but this place is down right Filthy it’s an older movie theater but that’s no excuse. The prices are cheap but I guess u get what you pay for but it’s not worth it for rudeInconsiderate People and no common Courtesy.

I love Fox Cineplex in Banning!! The staff is friendly, the restrooms are elegant and theatre seating is very nice. No >level< place for a wheelchair though. Prices are like yesteryear Just make sure you have $cash$

It’s good for the price very cheap and near to my home , and the pop corn is cheap comparing with other theaters ,the only thing I don’t like that the seats is uncomfortable at all it was really horrible seats they have to upgrade it my back hurts from the seats they have inside other than that everything works good

Had to change my rating because we went to see avengers end game Friday April 26 for the 9:45 showing and in the middle of the movie it shut off!! Took them 30 minutes to fix. Basically skipped some of the movie. No refunds or apologies. So unprofessional. Staff Yelling at customers for being upset that we missed 30 minutes of the movie we paid for! How could they be unprepared for a movie that they knew was gonna be sold out!!

5 stars, considering the low price of admission. This is not a new, high end theater, but a nicely renovated old one with $6 adult admission. Picture quality is very good, as is the sound quality. Treats and popcorn are affordable, and there is a small arcade in front as well.

I love this theater. Have been coming for... well the first movie I saw here was Muppets take Manhattan! Why some have to drive out of town for a name brand theater is beyond me. The Fox has great prices, great food, all new movies, special events, great sound, great screens, air conditioning, comfortable seating and its clean. What more can you ask for. And dont even start me on the staff (Fantastic)!
