If you like quiet this is a very quiet place to live. Friendly people and Sunrise Estates is a safe community to walk around in. There’s always monthly events with lots of eating lolI have the best neighbors ever on both sides of me although I’m moving it’s been a good safe place during my residency!

We love it here at Sunrise Estates. Lovely neighborhood and personable neighbors. Very clean park. Feels safe enough and weve had no problems :)

Great safe,people have a lot 2do here. And we have a neighbor hood watch and I really like that the neighbors look out for each other here and thats great.

The place looks nice and the streets are in great shape and the people in the office are helpful and nice. The homes look nice. Its only the second time Ive been in a mobile home park, the place is well kept!

A senior park with absolutely no Security Patrol. They rely on B.P.D. to arrive in a quick and efficient manor. No judgment... just saying. As well they let my trailer get stolen from secured parking by leaving the gate unlocked. As well...They let the City cite and remove vehicles from a pay by the month secure parking area.In my opinion, this is not a place for homeowners that expect honesty and transparency in atheir business arrangements or simple honesty and good faith in negotiating a contract.Shame on the Management Team and ownership.The fact that they let my dads truck get towed away by the city when he was current with his space rent is a Got Damn Crime! They should be ashamed of them selves!!!!!! Ph4kt4rds, @#$%&!?

Management and ownership is the worst in the industry. They rented me space for RV parking when they did not have the authorization needed by property owner and truck was towed off by city of Banning...(The property owner) after years of paying my space rent ON TIME. My little utility trailer was STOLEN OUT OF THE STORAGE AREA BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT UNLOCKED BY THE MANAGEMENT EVERY DAY, ALL DAY. The management at SMP are straight up liars and thieves.A Mobil home park for 55+ plus citizens in which there have been many thefts and burglaries and the ownership and management REFUSE to hire a security guard. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PARK A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU CONSIDER LIVING HERE YOUR STRAIGHT UP STUPID.

Me in my wife come every year, we love western lot of history ,music food live shows

I have bought and sold homes in this Manufctured Home park. People are quite personable here. I like it!
