Homes are well kept. The first impression is positive. The layout makes one feel they have space and privacy. Close to downtown and interstate . It has been in existence for many years but its age doesnt show ,due to the excellent careby the owners and resident. Families and single or retirees blend well...

We just moved into this park. A neighbor came out and helped us move. People are friendly and its quiet most of the time. Would recommend.

Awesome neighbors and neighborhood but people are leaving due to prices and lack of management.

Very nice park with very friendly people living within it. The one thing that youll have to be understanding about is half of the residents are Intellectually disabled but most are very nice and respectful people.

Ive came to many yard sales around this park and most people...keep a really nice clean yard.. always nice to see!
