What a great idea!!! Perfect for a birthday party. We even did a kids painting party. Great space!

We set up a display of artwork that our consumers created themselves. Momentum Incorporated is a program that works with individuals with challenges to overcome in life cognitive physical mental. We were offered a great open space White Walls high ceilings all the tables and equipment to set up displays and patience and understanding. I would personally recommend this space and this location for its very accommodating.

Disappointed. Communication is terrible. Nobody answers the phone, and no one responds to emails, or the Inquiry form that I filled out. I have waited several days for a response. Unfortunately I see other people have had the same issue, and I can not wait several weeks for a response. We tried Top of the Nine in Bangor, and we got a response almost instantly. Coespace, please work on your communication, we would have loved to host our party here!

No much heat

Beautiful space and reasonable prices for what they offer but I am giving one star because communication between the owner/POC is horrific! I sent my initial inquiry over a month ago and it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me. During those three weeks, I tried calling the phone number listed and never once did I get a hold of someone or receive a phone call back when I left a voice message. When someone did finally email me back, all they said was yes, we have your date open! Please send payment via the link below. Like how sketchy is that? They never responded to me asking for a tour and I am tired of waiting for a response. No way in hell I am going to pay for a venue that I have not toured yet and have not spoke to the POC/owner is person. I will be booking somewhere else and I am very disappointed. I would suggest reevaluating your booking process before you lose more business.

The noise level was unacceptable, felt like rock concert after. Buzzing ears and a headache after less than a 2 hour bridal shower.Im sure something could be placed on the walls and our ceiling to help .

Attended a Birthday party here with my son. There were at least 40 people in attendance, the space was perfect.

No air conditioning. It was too hot in there

I made a reservation inquiry on Friday April 27 through the website. I wasnt sure how long it would take to hear back so I called that Monday and when nobody answered the voicemail greeting said they would reach out within 48 business hours, great. I waited to hear back until Wednesday (72 business hours later) before calling back again. They didnt answer again, thinking they may just be busy I hung up and decided I could wait a bit longer. I called back again on Friday after a week of waiting and once again, nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail explaining what was happening thinking maybe they never received my request from the website. I have now tried to call AGAIN and I have still yet to reach or be contacted back by anyone. Im very disappointed because I really wanted to book this place but unfortunately I live out of town and cant just swing by. Regardless I feel 10 days of waiting to hear back, with still no response in sight, is ridiculous.

Small space but my son did a wonderful fun show there! I would of course go again!

BEWARE! I am sure this is a great concept and the owners have good intentions. But heres the thing, THEY HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION! The space has been reserved and paid for for our event, but there were some issues with the additional services we requested actually being included once the confirmation e-mail was sent (which was automated BTW) Tried to contact AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING to no avail. Three emails have been sent, many phone-calls have been attempted (no message can be left as their answering service just hangs up on you) So here we sit, hoping (fingers crossed) that we can access the space on the day we reserved and pre-paid for. TERRIBLE customer service! If we had not already sent out invitations with this address and had not already paid for it, I would NEVER consider utilizing this space given the complete lack of response to their customer. BEWARE!
