After the very first visit to this particular Urban Air, we purchased 2 unlimited passes and its been well worth the money. Its similar to the other trampoline parks in many ways but theres so much more here including a zip line, rope course and multiple rock climbing challenges. The ninja warrior course is great and with the white balls and laser light show it looks awesome!! Plenty of places for parents to sit comfortably all through the establishment as well as a snack bar with more seating. I was very impressed with how few people were there most times we went. Staff were all friendly and helpful. If youre sensitive to loud music and laser lights you may have trouble here. Overall I love bringing the kiddos here great way to have fun and we always do!

This business clearly does not care about the health and safety of the community. Local businesses are working hard to create safe environments so people feel comfortable coming out. Urban Air recently opens and is directly going against state guidelines. The state specifically says, Close ball pits, foam pits, indoor playgrounds, inflatables, etc. as those areas promote congregation and are difficult to properly clean and disinfect between . Found on indoor entertainment re-opening guidelines. But they have all those things open. Is it really worth having these sections open? When asked how they are allowed to have this open they just say visit our website for cleaning procedures. This doesnt answer the question at all. There is no way to directly sanitize foam pits and ball pits in between customers. None of the staff can answer how they are keeping the equipment sanitized in between customers, they are wiping tables and counters down which is great but what about all the other stuff throughout the day?? Disappointing to see a brand new business in the area show absolutely no concern about cleaning or follow guidelines during a pandemic. I would definitely recommend thinking twice about giving your business to them, seems like they are acting as a shady business.

Absolutely amazing! I have a 3, 4, 6, 15, and 16 year old, they all had a total blast and cant wait to return. The membership pass makes it so worth it!!

Awesome tons of fun for the kids. It best for kids 4 and over. Only not enough staff biiger kids not taking turns purposely jumping on Littles tramp to scare them .highly recommend parent pass to keep eye on little kids younger than 10

There is so much to do that it is difficult to limit ourselves to the current 2 hours that are currently the max because of covid 19. Once those restrictions are lifted, play is unlimited and one could stay from open to close each visit. While visits are expensive, the memberships are not and are highly recommended. The staff is friendly and kind, and the place is kept very clean and sanitized. We intend to visit at least biweekly!

Good atmosphere and a lot to do. Two hour blocks seem short but the kids (13 and 8) were wiped out and did not have Energy to do all of the attractions. It was great. Interactive and spread out. I recommend this park for kids of all ages.

Today I went into the place and thought it was good but I saw some employees today not wearing any mask at the food café. And you also gotta have a membership to just enter the place so I wouldn’t waste my time here at a place were you have to get a membership just to play games and enjoy the inside of other things they have and besides it cost $7.99 for one month that’s a lot. And some of the costumers didn’t wear any mask either

Staff does not watch zones. very rude owner. ball pit bottom in shallow and very hard i broke my ankle. do not recommend!! especially if you have little kids!!!!! There is one girl who is SOOO sweet she was working the beam jump things when i went she helped a lot. but yes i walked in so excited and walked out with a broke ankle

I went today with my daughter and 2 grandsons and they had a blast. The facility was clean and well kept,and the staff was very helpful and great with the kids. A big shoutout to Emerald for helping with the the climbing wall.

For a 7 year old it was kind of expensive and not alot to do, even opting for the middle tier package. Certain areas like dodgeball and basketball seemed to be in the dark in a corner. Maybe if she was older perhaps.

Kids had a great time! Lots for them to do :) food and drinks are pricey but all in all a good place to hang out with the kids for a couple hours

Best thing ever

Horrible facility, rude staff and for being slow they did not seem to sanitize a lot the equipment thoroughly. Doesnt seem smart during a pandemic. Wouldnt recommend bringing toddlers here either, place is mostly geared for older ages. Will not be returning here and I would urge others to not come here too.
