Had a fantastic time there today celebrating my daughters 10th bday. The lady who checked us in was incredibly nice and there was a guy that also helped us several times when we needed it. Otherwise it was distanced, clean, and quiet at 3pm opening time. Music was great and we had alot of fun.Oh also wanted to add we attended a birthday party at this location 2 years ago that was great as well then too.

Took my kids for their first bowling experience they had a ton of fun we will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We went all the way to dundalk to be told they had no more lanes available i called this one and they said they were busy but would make sure we had a lane when we got there. We will definitely be back.

Very poor customer service. I ordered food and after waiting over an hour I went and asked about the status. I was told that that order went out a long time ago and discovered they had delivered it to the wrong table. They treated me as if I was inconveniencing them and was told that they would have to redo the order. About 45 minutes goes by and there was an announcement that the kitchen will be closing soon so I went to check on the status. They treated me again as if I was disturbing them and kept looking at each other as if they didn’t know what to do. I asked for my money back and no one said anything to even inform me that they had to get someone else to complete the refund. I had to wait for I guess she was a manger to refund my money. On both occasions I never received an apology, but I guess I shouldn’t expect that since it appeared I was disturbing them to simply fill my order

I didnt even know this Bowling Alley was even here. My friends and I went here the other night and had a ball Bowling. Atmosphere and surroundings were very comfortable. The first (2) balls were gutter but who cares, I was having fun, Im not a professional. LOL.

Every time me and my boyfriend try to get a lane they have an excuse for why we can’t stay. They only have like two employees running everything. Other than that it’s pretty nice and fun.

They are making reopening great for everyone. Every single person who worked there today were awesome. They are nice and very accommodating. They are abiding by social distancing. Will definitely go back. And the pro shop inside is amazing.

Great place to bowl my family and I have been coming here for years. Great bowling alley and a wonderful place to join a league.

That was a cool spot to chill for my daughters birthday in spite of Covid. Social distancing definitely in effect.

$220.00 for a party of 4, food and drinks, an expensive night for throwing balls down an alley, had fun though.

Hosted a birthday party for my wife! Catering staff were great and so was the food. They offered a bowling pin souvenir that everyone signed which made for a great piece of memorabilia!

Friendly staff and also very courteous league bowlers.

They need to have their staff work on placing the correct amount of games purchased for customers so that our games are not interrupted in the middle of play

It was very nice. I visited on Easter because it was about the only thing open but it was a great experience. Theres 40 lanes and they were pretty empty. The pricing was fair but the food was over priced. The drinks were cheaper than most of the food but the drinks were good. Very nice place overall.

I had a lot of fun here. I brought my nephew on 10/6 and we both had a great time. The staff was friendly and the price was great for two people. I will definitely be back again.

Did rock and bowl with a couple friends. The drinks were great, but there was an issue with the food service. My friend ordered and her food was given to another customer. They then told her they ran out of cheese for her order. Got the issue straightened out in the end. Music was fun and was not too crowded. Just the way we liked it!

We had a a really great time. The staff was wonderful. Might do midnight bowling next.

Literally just tried to bowl here with my son, Friday night 6pm. We were turned away due to their “league night”, even though there is no indication on the website of this event. There were 5 other people in the place at the time, so we explained that we’d driven 30 mins to get there and said we’d only play one game. She just offered her apology and suggested we try another place. Good customer service would had offered us a free game coupon for another time or something like that. The long short of it, don’t come on Friday night(?) Though they did say come back at 10:00 pm. I guess she didn’t notice I was there with a child? So I don’t know AMF are you here for us or are we here for you?

I came with some friends and we bought over $100 in food and drinks. I want it to be honest and ask to see if I can get some water from my car due to I couldnt drink any other water or soft drinks. The lady gave me an attitude and said I cant let you do that I told her the amount of money we spend. Still told me no. Food was so salty and I was going to the car but remember I had there shoes. Greed will not get you anywhere. Make sure you eat before you come here. Never will I buy food here again.

Nice bowling alley and the pro shop is great!!

Prices were kinda high compared to the one closer to our house BUT the atmosphere seemed much more lively n upbeat in comparison to ours... Honestly we didnt bowl b/c of the price n how late we came in so we cant blame them for our coming in so late in the session. After we left we were talking about how wed hoped hed give some kinda discounted rate beings there was only less then a hr left to bowl but u cant fault them for sticking to their prices...

I didnt go there to bowl. I was just helping a friend set-up for something. However, from what I had seen, the place is very nice. It was clean, there seemed to be a lot of friendly people there having fun. The place was nice and cool. They have a bar and a snack stand. If I were to go bowling, I would try this right off the bat!

Shared a great Saturday of bowling with the family, daughter son and grandkids. We had a great time and I can easily say that fun was had by all. Its a large bowling facility with approximately 40+ lanes. Be careful of doing a drop-in on Saturday because there may be a bowling tournament scheduled or in progress which is what we experienced. Due to the tournament only a minimal number of lanes were available for free bowling...only 4 I think. We had to wait for a free lane because all of the other lanes were committed for the bowling tournament. That being said, you would be wise to call ahead to check out the landscape. The only other notable concern is that the snack bar seemed to have a water (possibly condensation) dripping from the tiled ceiling. My concern is for the safety of the workers cooking hot food and also Im concerned that the ceiling drip in a food area could present am unsanitary environment. I hope the problem gets addressed soon. The customer service area was pretty busy but the associates were courteous. I will return again despite the hefty $175 bowling bill. At least 3 games each for 7 people. Sometimes the fun is just worth it.

We came Saturday for a tournament for first time , the alley was nice , the food court however was gross, and that’s being nice . First, they could not handle the crowd , our food just sat on the counter after being done for 20 minutes , a bill for 3 people wAs $38 and it was the worst food ever . It actually went straight to the trash ! It was cold , our hamburger had globs of mustard coming from it, my mom could not eat it . Next time I will bring my lunch or eat before u come !!!..

Its fine ,happy to see it being refreshed . Ive been bowling there now for over ten years and I love my leaque .

Felt understaffed but employees tried to make up for it. I used a Groupon with no trouble. Clean. Food was good and reasonably priced. Soda/bottle beverage prices are high. Overall a fun afternoon with my kids! Enjoyed it very much.

Skeleton crew (only 3 on staff) one person at the snack bar, one person at the front desk that also serves the bar, and one mechanic = slow service, ridiculously expensive drinks (three mix drinks and one medium soda was $29.20), expensive all around. Would Only recommend if you eat and drink first, just go for the bowling, have your own good time! $20 per person for two hours of how ever many games that you can fit in two hours on a Thursday. Weekends are a rough crowd, has been known to get violent.

My family and I had a great time!We didnt have a super long wait for a lane. The food is good I just think its over priced.

They were friendly and helpful. I had to get my bowling ball redrilled because I found one I had used as a kid. They measured my fingers, refilled and drilled the thumb hole. It was a perfect fit and they had it done same day for me! I wanted to use it for New Years Eve midnight bowling and they made sure I could have it even though I did it last minute! Theyre amazing guys in the pro shop.

Customer service was amazing. Clean atmosphere. Everyone was friendly.

If you like pizza and beer and like to bowl using house balls, this place is for you.

Three due to the price . $60 for three games. A bit steep for bowling I think. However, the facility is clean, updated with nice lanes. Drinks can be ordered and the snack bar serves better than expected quality food and the staff will bring it to your lane. A nice touch.... Get on email list for coupons and save!!!

So much fun. Bowling was awesome. Bartender was such a sweetheart and so was the staff running snack bar. I had a nacho avalanche and i highly reccomend it!

The alley itself is nice but lacks customer service. We had them cater the event and even though we prepaid for the food the food was not ready and took an hour and a half to be made

This place is horrible our lane kept breaking, the bar tender kept allowing others to but in front for whatever reason and thought it was funny, and the attitudes are disgusting smh. Never coming here again

Absolutely terrible service and place was old and dirty. Got there at 6:45 and asked for 2 lanes. Were told they had no lanes available because a party was coming in in 2 hours and 15 min at 9:00. This is considering we called at 5:30 and were told it wouldnt be an issue to get 2 lanes. Ridiculous.

Fun times to be had by all ages

Decided to bowl for something different today. Walked up to desk gentleman was helping someone so waited. Once the person in front of me (you could tell he was a regular) was finished the counter guy took a cellphone call. Finished call and then walked away. Never acknowledged me. He started talking to other guy behind desk so I went to the other end where he went to and asked him if he was going to acknowledge me. He to apologize and i had t ask for a lane at that time he told me nothing available. He basically would have let me just stand there. He apologized again after I said something about his personal call and then I just walked out in a huff. So basically he made me feel if you not a re regular you dont exist but with that kind of customer service I guess I will never be.

I had fun with my family.

The Manager was Awesome he Continually checked on us and assisted us with issues. It was a wonderful experience.

Check in is really slow. The lanes were a quarter full but they stuffed everyone together. I would have liked to space out a little

Great atmosphere the staff was pleasant and the food was good as well.

There was only one person cooking. I think she was doing the best she could however she was not preparing the food the most effective way. It took us over a hour and 15 mins to get nachos. Nothing special just nachos and cheese. The cook said she had to put the food out in the order it came in. Which is redicless!!!! A different other took and hour and a half. Our lane 34 got stuck every third player. And we had to wait for someone to reset. Keep in mind our lane was timed. When I asked the man at the desk to move us to the next lane we were told no. Keep in mind no one used that lane the 3 hrs we were there. My family sent about $500 between the $94 lanes we had two, shoes and the over priced food and drinks. And we got late and cold food and a lane that did not fully work. I we should have had better service!!!!

1 hour for.A hamburger and fries in syrofoam serving plater just waited and nobody came to the table to apologize for the slowness . no sugar free alternatives everything sugar over loaded drinks. Lemonaid. Coke or pepsi are served here. Asked for lemon aid no ice got of course lemon aid and ice . that explains everything for this place . but maintained building and lanes . pizza was good :)

It was nice, went with my girlfriend and a couple friends on the 2.22 special for bowling they have every Tuesday! The lanes are clean and the staff were nice, even when it was understandably really late and they were probably mentally done with the day.

So nice and clean. Also encounter professional customer service.

We brought a groupon and took 28 people here on Friday for family night. The general manager and his staff were super accommodating and they had very good food. We plan to return and go it again.

This is a very nice bowling alley. Shoes are new and lanes and equipment are awesome. The snack bar has some great food items too. We went on a Friday and they have music and bowl with the lights out but they have laser lights showing you the arrows on the lanes....that was awesome. Looking forward to going back.

Nice place. Little pricey.. Somedays i just want to play 1 or 2 games... But they only let you pay by the hour which is 20 sum dollars.very clean. People are nice. Balls are good. But the Bar.. If you want a drink or food good luck.. You might as well BYOB. . because you will never get served. Takes ages
