Great 360° views of the Baltimore skyline, the city historical facts and trivia could be updated, but for $6 to spend as long as you like to look around is a great respite on a hot day walking around the inner harbor.

I was coming out of the science museum and my kids wanted to do more aka not go home. So we walked over to top of the world observation. And for $6 they ran around the 360 view till the sun went down and got to see the city at night. It was amazing. Bonus my husband was getting off work and we could see him driving around in his truck the kids really got a kick out of that.

We had our awards ceremony for our corporation at the Top of the World. It was an amazing venue! The view is spectacular, the city could be seen from every angle. And the lights at night were even more beautiful. The space was large and accommodating for our 100 guests. Rhonda Douglas (my point of contact) was warn, nice, and easy to work with. It just couldnt have been any better! Every employee was just blown away by the view.

Found a great deal on Groupon for 7 dollars. The observatory had a great view of the area. There isn’t really much to do there except for take in the view. It’s nice that they have a few artifacts on the top floor. Should maybe consider lowering the normal rate or having a tour with audio

I visited the Top of the World Observation Deck during Baltimores Light City event in 2019. Because of the sponsorship of the baltimore office of promotion and arts, I was able to access the observation deck at no charge. The view from the observation area is phenomenal. 27 stories above ground removes the viewer from the details of individual city blocks and encourages them to view the city as a living breathing organism. This is a perspective that visitors and residents alike would benefit from experiencing.

Fantastic place to visit while in Baltimore Inner Harbor! Great aerial view from the 27th floor Top of the World. Its full of Baltimore landmarks along with extra information about specific areas. In addition, a beautiful memorial to 9/11 World Trade Center, Pentagon and Flight 93 Shanksville, PA. Also, a memoriam to the 68 men, women and children who called Maryland home and were killed on 9/11. Lastly, amazing historical facts from when and who created Baltimore to people in the arts, sports, celebrities and things seen in Baltimore 1st. Top of the World is a small one floor deck full of lots of history and information.

Incredible views of the city and the harbor! Not crowded at all on a Saturday afternoon so you could really enjoy the view and read about the different areas & some more detailed history of the city. Also has a very impactful memorial to those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks. Im glad we made this a stop while we were in town!

We love city views and this place did not disappoint. We visited around sunset and stayed until closing at 6:00 PM so we can photograph the city as day turns into early evening. The building is not particularly tall, which is actually an advantage as it allows for a closer view of the city and its suburbs. There are information panels that present the citys history and culture and guide visitors in locating the most notable attractions. The admission fee of $6 is very reasonable and cheaper than observation decks in other cities. There is a small souvenir shop but no restaurant.

Who Knew??? This was such an exciting find. We went to the top observation level and were delighted to see so much of Baltimore. Our guide ( I wish I could remember her name) was obviously born and raised in the area. She knew EVERYTHING about the buildings, geography and history as we out every window. Its definitely worth the trip to the top.

I always try to get to the observation deck of a city as it is a great opportunity to get an overview of it. $6 for an adult is a really fair price even though the Observation deck isnt the highest building, but the view is still amazing, especially because it is right next to the harbor.

You can definitely see the whole baltimore here. However, as someone from New York, I think it is quite funny to called a 27th floor building the top of the world. Also, it an obervation deck, and an observation deck only. There are not much else. Unless you are really into the beautiful city view, you may feel you are done after 15 minutes.

Very nice treat in the summer time. Best views and not crowded on weekdays. Did not receive a receipt. I thought that was strange. More diversity in the history at this site. I recommend it to all. My suggestion is to have the gift shopLady issue quarters out for the telescope. We had change and dollars but the quarters were left in the car. We found free parking in Little Italy on the street side of the Star spangled Banner House. No 2 hour time limit there.) Good luck

Very nice, beautiful views of inner harbor and the bay beyond as well as most of Baltimore City. The day we went, the lobby was about 80 degrees and parts of the observation deck were about 85 degrees. The observation deck is on the 27th floor which is high enough to see nearly all of the city. I would recommend but go on a cooler day, the day we went it was 100 degrees with heat index 110.

The security guard at the entrance, I cant remember his name but he was from Trinidad was awesome!!! He was welcoming and gave us some history about the building and told toto go to the 27th floor to see Baltimore. Up there we met Amy who gave us an in depth history lesson about Baltimore and all the wonderful things the city has to offer. Definitely not the dump Trump tried to describe it as. I recommend EVERYONE who visits Baltimore stop there 1st!

We decided to visit here without any prior understanding of what was at hand. Placed on the 27th floor of Baltimores World Trade Center, the cost to go up is minimal ($20 for our family of 4) and well worth it. The observation deck has 5 sides creating a full 360 degree view of the entire city and harbor area. There is a museum quality to the area with many historical objects, pictures of Baltimore from the past and many explanatory diagrams to help understand what the viewer is seeing. With the help of the telescopic viewers I was able to help my kids see the Wadington Monument 40 miles away in Washington DC. Loved this place!

The view from up there is absolutely amazing! The cost is a little steep for the few attractions they have up there. It was chilling, because when you got off the elevator was a re-account of September 11, 2001. Theres an amazing view of five different sides of Baltimore. You can see so far off in the distance. I definitely recommend it for anyone who just wants to sit there and take a deep breath and just be...
