A great day for a walk around the park. Then we ordered great tacos at nearby Cocina Luchadoras. Nice few hours in the city!

Patterson Park is a beautiful park right in the middle of Baltimore! And the Pagoda is just one aspect of the park that is incredible, including the huge Lake that it overlooks!

So fun for the kids to bike the paved paths and ride down (walk up!) all the hills. It was fun to find the geocache and people watch.

The Pagoda at Patterson Park is just absolutely stunning! I loved visiting on a warm summer day and learning about its history. I wandered up the winding steps with the beautiful stained glass windows that led me to the most gorgeous 360 degree view of Baltimore. You can see the lush park, the skyline, the water, and the neighborhoods all for one. This truly cannot be missed if you find yourself wandering in the park on a weekend afternoon. In the winter, the pagoda is beautifully lit up with decorations and lights as well. An icon of the neighborhood and Baltimore in general!

One of the reasons that I love this place is because of the dog park it was my first time going there but Ive been a Baltimore native for a while. The park is very big and spacious good for jogging and running and sightseeing check it out

The Pagoda at Patterson Park is Baltimores greatest hidden treasure. Every summer weekend that Ive lived in Baltimore has been spent with at least one trip to the park and a stop by the Pagoda. When its open, theres no better view of Southeast Baltimore or downtowns skyline that can be had. It truly makes us feel like we have a small slice of paradise right here in Baltimore.

Absolutely beautiful! I would have loved to tours of the inside, but it appears to be only open one or two days a week. If you are not going on a Saturday or Sunday, you will not be able to enter it. Otherwise, the view from outside and the Pagoda itself is absolutely gorgeous! A little Oasis in the middle of a city.

Patterson Park is a a lovely place to visit. It has so many activities and even a great view of the city. You can go ice skating in the winter or play tennis or basketball in the spring and summer. It has a dog park that separates by the size of dogs. If you want to go for a long run, there are different paths you could take. It has a playground for kids. Even after leaving the park you can go up Eastern Ave to Highlandtown and there are a ton of shops you can go and eat at with the family. Great park and location

A beautiful, historic icon of Baltimore. Its beautiful to look at any time, but if you go to the Friends of Patterson Park website, you can see when its open to climb the staircase to the top (free of charge). The view is nice and there are some archeological artifacts (civil war era and older) from Patterson Park in a display case. Worth doing if youre in the area.

Beautiful, classic edifice stands at the high point of the park overlooking green lawns. Views from the top are spectacular to the South and East, with all of Southeast Baltimore in view. A solid but classic structure, recently renovated. Historical setting surrounded by Cannon and representating a pivitol point in American history.

The Pagoda offers the best skyline views of downtown, in addition to many iconic buildings along the harbor. As you take the stunning spiral staircase up a few floors, each floor offers 360-degree views with informative/historical signage. The Pagoda is free to enter, but only open at certain times/days, so make sure to check when its open. There were friendly greeters at the doors. The surrounding parkland also offers some cool preserved pieces old parks used to have. Dont miss them. It seemed pretty safe to be sporting a nice camera inside the large park paths, but shady characters can always be around. Always watch your back (especially near the street sidewalks), and enjoy the best views of Baltimore.

I will go back to Druid Hill park where you have more human then dogs. Dont get me wrong im a dog lover but not picking up from your dogs it wrong and who need to smell that while eating your BBQ with your family. I will stick with Druid Hill Park.
