Very professional staff. Attentive management that are great with entertaining the kids and families. The party was well within our budget. Very, very clean, safe and family friendly environment.... While there, found out they host fundraising events also. What the community needs.

My kids love this place

The kids had fun for my granddaughters birthday but it could have been better. Lighting was bad. Only 2 bumper cars were working. The concession stand needs a upgrade. Some of the video games werent working. The host did a good job making sure we had all we needed. Im not complaining just hoping that it gets better. It has the potential to be a great place

If/ when everything is operational is well worth the price. However, I just went lady weekend and there were only three bumper cars working, no golf equipment was available for miniature golf and a few of the laser tag guns were faulty.Additionally, the staff could all use customer service training. The young man working laser tag was the most professional of them all.

Our families had a wonderful time. The staff was on time to let us set up early. Ms. Carolyn was a very big help and I will recommend others to fun City.

Loved this place as a good chuck e. cheese alternative until my youngest daughters skates were stolen. They were found and removed from another little girl whose mother decided to take them because a bunch were just sitting there in a row... Smh. If it wasnt for the trifling mom we came across my girls would have had a better time. The prices are reasonable.

I think this place is closed for Good. I visited today and gate is closed and there sign that says private property

Fun City has a very inviting atmosphere with friendly staff!What a great place to take kids to have a birthday party or family celebration.We can go from one activity to the next under the same roof --- from Roller Skating, Laser Tag to Bumper Cars and then play some games!!Fun Times :)

Did not like this establishment..we got there today it was freezing cold, they had all the dooors in the building wide open like it was 90 degrees outside. The old lady in the office was very dismissive when approached. Let alome the skate floor had speed bumps all in it. Overall my daughter was happy but freezing while skating in her coat. We stayed because I paid and they assured us that we will have heat. They turned the ac on instead. The games were barely working..the change machine was broken. Our hostess was pretty good cant remember her name Caucasian lady with brown hair..very sweet. Also the bathrooms looked like the are never cleaned they were very gross. The pictures they are advertising are from when it was first built. IT IS NOT THAT CLEAN NOR NEAT IN THERE.It was food and crumbs on the floor upon arrival. Final review. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Fun City was no fun!! no air conditions and its 95 degrees outside!!, no food ready to buy, only 2 bumper cars out of 6. They need to clearly post rules and restrictions on website. Im really disappointed!

My kids claim that they had fun ....$20 for unlimited everything yeah rite,but to me the laser guns wasnt working,bumper car was broke down,the other kids was playing in the moon bounce,and the lady in charged got rude, and pull the plug to let the air out on my 18month old toddler about to get in, and say in a rude way ITS CLOSED,and also crazy because they only get to play for three hours. First and last time coming here to waste my money. Dav & busters or chuck e cheese for us...... I dont not recommend this place 0 stars

When I went to Fun City, I went on a school trip, so things might change if you were to go casually. In my experience, the floors were dirty (i.e. food particles, chip bags). There was also a problem with the bumper cars. Only three of them worked forcing my friends and I to have to share. In conclusion, I had fun somewhat, but I wouldnt recommend this place.

First of all I just left this place a minute ago I got on Groupon and I got a 65 dollar coupon and It call fun city but for real where is the fun The bumper cars where crappie only three work out of four and the Mini Golf look like your kids could have set it up in there rooms and last but not lease the laser tag was bull because there was know sign pointed to where it was supposed to be and also the food crappie and drinks how come they only serve Mountain Dew to kids what ever happened to giving kids apple juice or fruit punch and I waited also most over and half and hour for them to warm my cheese for my nachos and the cheese was still cold and when the cashier gave me my fountain soda it had nacho cheese around the lid Black Business we have to do better smdh

That place was decent the bumper cars wasnt. Working they didnt have any golf clubs for mini golf the only thing u could do was skate.

This is an amazing place for kids all ages , I really enjoyed myself as well with laser tag, nice area great atmosphere and a place for families to let the kids get a total package of fun under one roof!! Ill return with my children as often as possible I loved the prices of the food they were cheap we ate for a party of three with combos for under 20$ !!!

The best family fun center in baltimore. Prices are very affordable. Skating, laser tag, bumper cars and so much more under one roof. I WILL BE COMING BACK!!!!!

They need to be renovated. The bumper cars were out of order and so was the laser tag.

It was OK but I didnt like on of the people working there, a little attitude from that young (16) year old so yeah but over all m it was a fun and good for the kids.:);).

This is not a family friendly establishment. It is extremely hot, there is no air. Absolutely no free WiFi. We talked previously before and was told we could bring our refreshment and food with no payment necessary. We were told we had to pay as soon as we got here. The food was not prepared at all, with extremely high prices. We were being looked/watched the hole time we were here. The service was very rude. Overall my experience was horrible I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I was there for my 6 yr old grand daughters b-day. The kids look like they were having a ball skating. Im in a wheelchair so I was rolling rite w/ them. LolOn another note itz so dark & cold in there.

Its a great place for birthday partys and the staff was nice and respectful and the kids was able to enjoy more than one task especially laser tag.

Parents dont Take/Allow your Children to go to Fun City @ 3131 Washington Blvd. when they have Big Parties were All Teens Are Welcome. Because some of the Kids started Fighting & they Couldnt Get Thing Back Under Control. So that tells me they were understaffed. So their Solution was to put all the Kids out. In the back were theirs Nothing But Warehouses !!! So the kids had to walk to McDonalds in the cold. We dropped Them Off at the Front Door and thats where we were EXPECTING to be able to pick them up from. We get there to pick them up police everywhere because they started fighting again at McDonalds.Thank You, But Too Many Kids In OnePlace & Under Staff No Never Again!!Jesus Loves You

Absolutely horrible, I had my sons 5th birthday party here last night (10-22), I will never recommend this place to have a party. First off I was asked to pay the balance of the party while holding a full sheet cake, I had to ask if I could go out it down first. I saw my hostess a total of 2 times during the party. When the drinks were bought out Carla told me that a little bit of lemonade got into the water pitcher and if I wanted her to take it back for fresh water. Why would you even bring that to me? There was a deflated moon bounce in the middle of the floor the entire night. When I asked why I was told because there was not enough people to have it up. They could have at least folded it up. Thats a fall hazard. I waited an hour for extra cups. Somewhere in the middle of the party Carla asked to pay for the remaining balance of the party and the extra food I had ordered, not knowing I already paid the balance, a major break down in communication. They played old school R&B, there was no dj or Mc! The pizza took FOREVER TO COME OUT. Half of the food they list on the website, they didnt have. They actually had about 3. Hot dogs, pizza, & nachos. The staff was unprofessional. It was an overall bad experience. I had children who wanted to play mini golf and there was no one running the game, no clubs or balls. I will not be going back to Fun City. I wish I could give negative stars!

Awful! Kids and I were ready to have fun, only to get here and the doors were locked!!! Guy comes to the door to let another staff member in, looks at me and the other customer, said nothing. Opened the door and locked it back up again....oh did I mention this was at 11:10...thought you guys opened up at 11....now my kids are disappointed. Bad experience for a 1st time expression....

The place SUCKS ok? I do not recommend any family going there. The people working there were very rude. The laser tag equipment didnt even work. I went inside and its very small. Even my gun wouldnt shoot. Then the bumper cars...the guy working in the bumper cars area wasnt even paying attention, only 2 cars worked, the cars kept cutting off, and everytime the car didnt work we kept calling the guy and he didnt even pay us any attention. Their skates stink inside and their wheels are very dirty. The skating rank isnt even real! The floor isnt even good to skate on it feels too sticky. Also I played a game that cost a $1 and it took my dollar. My lil cousin told one of the workers and they didnt care. I had a terrible experience. Just dont go there. The place isnt even that great and it doesnt even look great inside.

Oh Im heated! Where to Even began... first off I heard of them on fb so when I went to book it was packed so off first sight looks like kids were having fun. I payed $265 for a combination party and I definitely wasted my money!..only two bumper cars were working and they had 3 parties including mine so it was at least or not more than 30 kids were there.. they told me to be there 15 mins early ( light-skinned heavy set woman) told me too who I booked the party with... But only for them to open up the doors five mins after the time they were suppose to open to the public and it was pushing 95 degrees outside!!!.. a lady that worked at the snack stand so happen to pull up and see us outside to let us in and she even said she doesnt know why they keep telling ppl to come early and they dont open the doors on time! So when we finally got inside it was completely dark and congested! So we had to wait for them to blow everything up which was another 20/25 mins couldnt get skates because its a bunch of kids who work there and they werent even there yet.. SMH couldnt play golf because no one was there to give us any golf clubs or balls and the laser tag guy was the ONLY professional one!. And dont get me started on my host KIA a hot mess.. she didnt cater to a damn thing but her phone!! I had to go up to the concession stand to put in for the party food and drinks that came with the party that my hostess was suppose to bring..smdh I damn sure got a video of her sitting on her ass not doing absolutely nothing but Ive been trying to upload it so you can see how the staff is beyond unprofessional! She sat down on her phone when it was time to clean up and go for a total of 17 mins..17 GOT DAMN MINS ON THE CLOCK SUPPOSE TO BE HOSTING A PARTY! oh and let me put the icing on the cake the games dont work they are set to take your money and when you complain the give you tokens to a game THAT DOESNT EVEN TAKE THEM even tho the machine clearly says money!. Oh and the temperature in there was like a oven! no air circulating whatsoever!!!.. when we were leaving my 8 yr old son found a used open condom right in the middle of the parking lot.. PLAN AS DAY! And the party I booked was from 3-6 so I can only imagine what happens in there at night..SMH just trifling..clearly no one cleans up the grounds around the building and the skates smelled horrible..no once did I see them spray the skates the guy just kept giving them out and whoever returned and needed a pair he just gave them to them..I was shocked! They didnt spray the moon bounce or do any cleaning..remember when we got there nothing was blown up so we literally watched them blow the machines up and 12 mins before the parties were over they started to deflate the moon bouncers and thats when I noticed they never cleaned them so that goes to show how many other tines have you done that.. Im just baffled at how the experience was! listen it is not worth a party! .you better off going when they have $10 night because that all its worth to me and Im being completely honest. Terrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Most of the staff didnt care, one was sleeping behind the skate rental, bumper cars are not what is shown very small and half of them didnt work. Laser tag was good

OMG so much fun!!! Had my son 6th birthday party and we just ran wild lol.

A little over priced for dark atmosphere.

First time visit. Was recommended! Ghetto. Was not clean at all. Had to wait for the bumper cars which is a small area very small and cars constantly cut off. Never got the chance to play miniature golf no was around to let you. Paid $40 for me and my son, as the girl said it was for all the attractions. Lol where at!!! A lot of video games, really I dont thinks so and overly priced( rip off here as well). Very cold and dark in there as well. Not well lighted. Oh they ran out of pizza after an hour and a half. The cashier told my wife that the shipment had not came in lol really!!! Its 7:30pm and yall open at 6 pm after serving one or two pizzas a total of 12-16 slices. Wasnt crowded at all. Wont be going back ever ever not even if Im invited to a birthday party. Not worth time. I a fun dad and often look for the most fun I can make out of any experience for my son. Not here of coarse, to my surprise I couldnt even get my son to play the video games. To their benefit its your choice for your child, but Chucky cheese is way better way way better even without the bumper cars. I would say more but people need jobs and it could be that I raised the bar a little to high based on what I was expecting. Oh, my saw in my face that they wouldnt be getting my business no more.FYI , because if it was hit, I tend to bring my nephews and nieces inference of my son and we have a bowl. In visit on the regular. Not here as I stated. Sorry, disappointed Father/dad️️
