I was beyond pleased with this business. They were professional from beginning to end. They were so accommodating to the needs of me and my grandmother due to the unforeseen weather that we had experience for our party. The staff was very professional and on point with corresponding and communication. Even Daniel who delivered and set up our moonbounce was prompt, attentive, and professional. Overall, I was completely satisfier with this company conducts business as a whole. I definitely look forward to doing more business with them for future parties and events. We used Mr Moonbounce back in July 2019 for a birthday party. After calling several different party rental companies we decided to do business with Mr Moonbounce and I’m so happy we did. From my first call asking for a quote to my subsequent follow up call to book and then my confirmation call everyone was very helpful and friendly. They arrived on the day as promised and set everything up with plenty of time to spare! The returned to pick up the bounce house (I think the next day) and took everything we had rented back with them. I’m so glad that after all the calls and pricing I decided on Mr Moonbounce. I’m going to definitely use them in the future!

I had the easiest time setting this up. I rented a chair for my bridal shower and it was a hit! I was able to come look at which one would fit my decor best which I really appreciated. They delivered and picked up on time and the process was super easy. And the chair is just beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great service. We ordered a Paw Patrol bounce house for my sons 3rd birthday in Oct. They showed up early and set everything up and cleaned everything up at pick up. The bounce house was clean and in great shape. Will definitely recommend this company.

I strongly recommend Mr. Moonbounce LLC and will use them in the future! My only suggestion would be to communicate via email, text, or phone call when drop off and set up for an event will take place. This aspect of the transaction was non existent on the part of the Mr. Moonbounce and although I was very pleased with the service, I was initially a little worried about the set up time.

Friendly staff. The person delivering was GREAT! The reason I’m giving three stars is because I had to contact the company back multiple times to get the information- after they told me they would send it. Also, I specifically asked them about a certain moon bounce, had the text saved with me asking and them telling me it’s available and where to find it- I submitted that info, but the contract was wrong (someone other than the person i dealt with on the phone did the contract) and they wound up renting the moon bounce I wanted to someone else. All I got was “should’ve been caught in the contract phase” (that was from the person I dealt with on the phone and through text). There was a little more to the scenario but it’s hard to explain in a review.Otherwise, my son and his friends had fun and the person setting it up and breaking it down was great!

This is my second time using this company and I will absolutely be using them in the future. So easy to pick/schedule what you are looking for, customer service is great, delivery/pick up always great as well.

Mr. Moonbounce could not have been better for our party. Hours of entertainment for the children, and even more for the adults who did not have to push their children on the swings. The Moonbounce was bigger than expected, had a slide and basketball hoop that had provided even more entertainment. The personnel were very professional and wore face masks during the entirety of the outdoor setup. Will be using again for our next party.

First in for most I paid over $550 for party supplies with a schedule timing for drop off and pick up items were not retrieved off the property until 12 hours after the scheduled pick up time at that point I have reached out several times through email phone and texts with no response once I got a whole Of someone on the phone he went by the name of David at first he allowed me to know he didn’t know what went wrong and that he would give me a call back I never received a call someone showed up in the driveway with a truck who claim to be David and told me that a gentleman name Mark would give me a call I asked if he could give him a call prior to picking up the items so I could clarify what went wrong he allowed me to know he didn’t have a phone at that point in time my mother had showed up And she try to gain information from him from a owner or a manager that we could contact with no response at that point my mother chose to talk and say she would like if he did not leave the property with the items until we spoke to somebody he called the police I have still yet to get a call I’ve still yet to receive any emails and there was no excuse apology or reasoning on why I have to be responsible 12 hours for their property after my schedule time and I’m not due to be Compensated but if I dare kept their items past my schedule time I would’ve been charged and the last problem that I should’ve had is Communication

I would recommend any and everyone. they came 4 hours early than the time I gave and picked up the bounce on time . Great Customer service and communication definitely will buy again soon .

My experience was fine. Ordered two throne chairs but didn’t realized the cost was per chair. So Mr. Moonbounce was nice enough to offer something was that was within my budget.His delivery guys were extremely pleasant and professional. They were kind and well mannered. I called Mr Moonbounce on the same day as my event because I was in need of a throne chair. I had some problems getting it from another company. He came all the way thru. I called at 730am he called right back sent the contract and delivered as promised. Awesome experience!!!!

We rented a dunk tank & it was the highlight of this summer for our entire family. The delivery was ahead of schedule & they allowed us to keep the item until the following day. Highest marks for this company. We will definitely rent from them again. Id give them 6 stars if possible !

Overall a pretty good experience. Reasonably priced and dropoff and pickup were smooth. The communication leading up to the drop off was not great - I was told that I would receive a call or email notifying me of the time of drop off - that never happened. I had to call to ask about drop off the morning of. They showed up during the promised time and the install was great and smooth - the guy who installed it was very friendly and professional. We did need to clean the moonbounce it had dirt and leftover candy inside. They came later in the evening after the party was over and quickly picked it up. All in all - great experience and would use again.

So unprofessional they left the bounce house to snowball machine the tables the chairs that they were supposed to pick up by 9:00 p.m. we had to have somebody watch everything overnight they didnt come until 11:00 a.m. the next morning and will not return phone calls will not offer a refund will not do anything its absolutely ridiculous we now have to have take them to court civilly.... Do not deal with them your peace of mind is not worth it. They are completely ridiculous and unprofessional The manager would not give the owners information Mark will not work with anybody there after getting the monies

The Slip and slide made our event so much more fun especially in the extreme heat. The slide is about 30ft. with water sprinkling down the entire length from the ceiling (your hose is required). The end is barred with cushion and mesh. The exit is off to the right. After an hour of sliding the water had pooled on the grass outside the exit area and was destroying the lawn where a pile of mud was forming. Fortunately we had a tarp to lay there. No more muddy feet. Our contract was from 1p-7p. The company was late to our event and the slide was not ready to go until 4p. The service man also admitted the slide had not been sanitized after its last use and assured us hed do it before our guests went on, but I didnt see him with any cleaning agent (?). We were not offered any apology or compensation for the late arrival just excuses. Hence the three stars. So many other reviewers had a smoother experience. I guess its a hit or miss but for our group of ages 10-60 everyone had a blast. Not 100% confident to use Mr. Moonbounce again.

Mr. Moonbounce was a pleasure to work with! Timely set up and breakdown, clean equipment, even provided a super clean tarp to be placed at the foot of the Moonbounce so kids wouldn’t get grassy and muddy. The kids had an awesome time on the helix water slide, looking forward to renting with them again!

He showed up at the time that he said he would and pick up time was made doable because be the time they did arrive to pick all of the air was completely gone out of the moon bounce which did take some time. Wow!!! The face painter was amazing, she was quick and painted faces with so much detail. She painted every child and there was a lot of kids at the party. She did a lot of different faces with such detail and was super sweet. Also the magician was awesome the kids and even the adults loved him. He had a lot of crowd participation and was so friendly and patient with the kids. Enjoyed the entertainment and would book for every party moving forward.

The delivery drivers were polite and helped set up the moonbounce. They even gave us extra time for my sons birthday by dropping off 30 minutes early and picking up an hour late. Definitely will be a return customer for my sons next birthday party!

Horrible experience. Owner did not show up on the day of the event after I paid for the event weeks in advance. Owner also hesitated to provide refund. Horrible service I was truly disappointed. I had friends and family from out of state visiting and it totally ruined our event and did not leave us any time for a backup.

The company I work with requested a dunk tank for a fundraiser and Mr. Moonbounce was very professional and helpful! They arrived extra early to make sure everything was ready for the event and were efficient in setting it up. Leading up to the event, I had many questions which I would call them about and they were very responsive and even would call me back if they saw they had a missed call from me. Great customer service and everything went smoothly!

David is the best as all ways. The team of guys are awesome! The only complaint that I have is the face painters. They never come fully equipped to work. The always need tables, chairs, and a tent. I know that they are contracted out but they still are hired under Mr Moonbounce. I feel that all contractors should come fully equipped with what they need. Other than that, I have no other complaints. David keeps me coming back!

Showed up earlier than expected, it was set up quickly. Were unsure of when they came to get it but our extension cord was rolled up nicely and set on our patio for us. The gentleman who set it up was nice and worked with us even though we were indecisive of where we wanted the bouncy house. Overall, the kids loved it for their party which made us really happy. The cost was affordable as well, who doesnt love that? 10/10 would rent again!

Over all very satisfied with renting from here.The guy was a little later for pickup but it’s okay the kids were able to have a few more minutes to jump around. Very friendly and very helpful. The party was a blast. And the Paw Patrol moonbounce was great!

This was a great event for our school. The DJ was fantastic. She went above and beyond look at the demographics of our school and tried to incorporate several different genres to appeal to each student group. Service was prompt and they were extremely flexible!! Will definitely use them again

I would not recommend this company for many reasons. Their communication, once they have your deposit and rental agreement was nonexistent. They did not have the requested number of picnic tables and substituted tables and chairs instead. They planned to drop of the tables, chairs and bounce house 30 minutes before 165 people were arriving and they would not set up the tables and chairs. I was expected to do so. The bounce house was not set up properly so it deflated on the children inside, with the potential for serious injury. They were over an hour late for picking up the equipment. Since this was a venue, not a residence, it required someone to sit around for hours waiting for them. It was a totally stress filled experience and I would not want anyone else to have to encounter this. The excuse was they were busy with other commitments. Then limit your rentals to the number you can reasonably and professionally handle.

I had to find somewhere at the last minute. Their customer service was great. They dropped off within the hour i spoke to then and came back in a great amount of time for pick up. Thank you again true life savers.
