One of my best friends just bought a new home from here and she does nothing but talk about how happy she is living here. She says its so calm and peaceful and wasnt sure about the area after living in Mesquite for years but that the manager, Carla has done such a great job improving the place. She said she keeps things under control. I actually got a chance to meet the manager and she was nothing but kind and sweet. I enjoy getting to visit my friend here. I tell her myself how quiet it is. So happy for my friend! If yall are looking for a great, peaceful place to live, yall should check them out!

I just bought my first home through Happy..their property manager Carla Anderson was the best in walking us through us with buying our new home! She made the process so easy!! So great I referred a friend and they ended up buying a new home here too!! It’s so quiet and peaceful..thank you Carla! We are “happy” new home owners! You rock!

This is my 3rd year here , it is a very neat and peaceful community to live in. The manager Carla has done so much so far. She has impacted our community in a very positive way ever since she was moved to our location. She has improven our community for both us adults and our children, she has placed a playground for our children and is always aware of everything going on to make sure everyone is okay. I am really happy to see the changes that have been made to this community.

I have lived here almost 11 years. Very quiet oh, and the neighbors look out for each other. When my mother was in the ICU I was spending all of my time in the hospital with her. I came home one day, and a couple of my neighbors had mowed my yard for me knowing I didnt have the time or energy to do so myself. Whenever there is a problem, Carla bends over backwards to make things right. Great place to live

The manager is very friendly and helpful. She made us feel at home the moment we walked into the office. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.. its like having a big family.
