This place was fun and full of friendly staff...but they are too hard on their rules for parkour and flipping

This is a great place to let the little ones burn off some energy at a relatively low cost. There is an abundance of bouncy and climable space that you can either partake in or sit comfortably in viewing range of. Overall it seemed clean and entertaining, but the employees seemed more interested in their own personal conversations than actually paying attention to the kids. Thats probably the only area needing improvement.

I went to this place every single year for 4 years for me and my brother’s birthday, and it never fails to amaze me. There are many things you can do while you are here, not to talk about how much energy gets drained while you are having loads of fun . There is dodgeball, a whole bunch of trampolines, parkour, and many other things. This place is one of the best places to go with friends and family.

My boys love this place. Always have a blast. Its huge with plenty of jumping activities including basketball and dodgeball. I do recommend you register online if possible to save time and dont forget to save socks for future jumps. The staff are always nice and attentive. The pricing is reasonable and great place for birthday parties.

I had so much fun at RUSH AIR SPORTS with my parents and 2 sisters. You can buy snacks or bring drinks. You do have a time limit though. You can also rent a locker so you will have no stolen items. I really hope this reveiw persuaded you to go to RUSH AIR SPORTS. Have a nice day (or night whatever time it is where you are at)! ️

I took my nephews there on a Friday and we loved it! Their staff was very welcoming and friendly! as long as youre following the rules youll have a great time. We will definitely be coming back

This is a really fun spot for both kids an adults. In fact, though we usually take my niece and nephew, my wife and I would definitely come here on our own. Its definitely not just a kids spot. What is amazing is how good of a workout this is. Five minutes of bouncing is seriously exhausting. There are lots of activities beyond just the trampolines too. I think 1.5 is the sweet spot. 2 hours would probably feel like a bit much.

This place us amazing! The staff is wonderful, always very friendly. We always receive great customer service. My children always enjoy their time spent here.

It’s a little overpriced now that it changed from rush. But it’s always fun to bring the kids. Staff it’s not that involved with keeping the safety of the kids so make sure you always keeping an eye on them.

What kind of place refuses to let A 22 YEAR OLD FATHER take his 6 YEAR OLD brother because he doesnt claim his as a dependent on his taxes like seriously what kind of question is that. Obviously hes going to take care of his brother and be responsible.

I took my son to rush air sports to hang out with his cousin. We have been the multiple times and have had mostly positive experiences over the years. When things do arise such as long wait times the staff there has been accommodating. The prices are reasonable, the facilities are clean and well taken care of, and the staff have always been helpful. My son loves going to rush air sports and we will definitely continue going.

Visited this establishment last weekend. Long story short my husband dropped his phone in the foam pit. They realized he had a cast on his wrist. And would not let him back into the foam pit to look. Was only told that they would call us if it was found. Was able to track the phone there. But we have no way of recovering it

Horribly rude employees and bad experience. This place was better when Rush owned it. Please fix the customer service.

Great place and a good exercise for your legs.

Took my boys to toddler time, thinking that they would be able to play in all of their areas without other big kids around. Then 2 bus loads of kids ages from 8-9 years old pull up, and they totally took over the place. Open jump starts at 10, why risk the little ones getting hurt because these big kids that are not supposed to be at toddler time showed up? Basically my kids didnt get to play in the areas they wanted, they got pushed out of the way a few times and kicked out of the basketball area. Then 10am comes around and theyre quick to kick us out. Thanks for taking our toddlers into consideration, they couldve gotten hurt with all of those big kids. Their response oh we didnt know that there was a field trip today. Not the workers fault obviously, but get it together people.

Great place for kids! It’s never crowded and the customer service there is pretty good! A lot of activities to do there. If you’re 60’ or taller remember to bring shoes because there’s a course you can only go through if you have shoes on (it’s challenging but fun!)

We went as guests for a birthday party. It was fun. I have two little ones and they had a ton of fun bouncing on the trampoline. Daddy, grandma and I appreciated the comfortable seats to watch the children. They have different sections with different activities for the older kids. I think they dont allow outside food or drink, except cake and water. Overall clean and nice.

Love bringing my little here for toddler time in the morning. Best 10th bucks ever spent and we both enjoy ourselves! She makes little friends I usually make mom friends and all the littles just run around jumping to their little hearts desire!

Im sad to say our experience here today was terrible. The workers seemed like they absolutely hate their jobs and are annoyed by the little ones. I dont normally like to leave negative reviews but for as much you pay for a 2 year old (full price) you would think they would be able to use the toddler play area. What a joke!

Jumping is something that should never get old. Its really fun for kids and for parents if you are not afraid to sweat. Eat first, theres not real food and bring something to drink. Cold water rocks. But this place is so much fun. I have a 12 year old son and jumping, playing with him in Rush is so much fun.

Great place for kids to have fun and clean too. My only issue is the staff at the front desk. I had a big group of jumpers (12) but had everyone complete the waivers ahead of time and check-in still took 30 mins because the employee didn’t know what he was doing.

The place itself is very nice and kids have a lot of fun, BUT They are changing the name and have a new system and only one of the employees was able to work on it. I waited a loooong time just to go through the process (including a new waiver that everyone must fill put as of jan 7, 2019). Be ready to stand in line for a while and waste some precious jumping time until they figure out the system and hire more personnel. FILL OUT WAIVER ONLINE PRIOR TO GETTING THERE!

Nice place very good for kids.

Reasonably nice spot. Even when quite busy its large enough to handle it without being too crowded. Staff seemed friendly and helpful to kids. Knocking star off for the little add on junk like socks (and not wanting to let you wear the same socks from other similar places).

Expensive but worth it. Fun for all ages! Employees are nice and doing their job as proficient as they can. Atmosphere depends on what time you go. Late night = fun in the dark.

Having a birthday party at rush was the best idea. No clean up or set up they do everything for you to serving and cleaning. Host were helping the entire time. Will definitely have another party there.

Didnt like how we were rushed out of the party room because the next group was standing outside waiting for the same room when there was 2 empty rooms on the other side.

This place was great when it first opened. Now they charge for everything, nickel and dining every penny they can from loyal customers. Elsa has the worst customer service of any manager that I have ever encountered. There have been several instances where she has never taken a look from a kids standpoint. They charge for adults now since they clearly realize how much money they are losing. Y letting adults jump free with any child who is under the age of 1. This was my last time every bringing my family to this place. If your smart you will stay always from RUSH air sports. They found a way to make a child unhappy by trying to charge for a infants crawling around and playing in the kids zone. Congratulations to the owner who is clearly not aware of who he has working for them and the unsatisfactory customer service they have given over the last 2 years. They will try and hide my review or ask me to take it down but this is the last straw.

I truly wish I could give this place zero stars, but google reviews wont allow it. This place was a complete mess. The staff is both classist and racist. Had no problem in telling the Mexican family where they could or couldnt jump. However, they rarely ever disrupted the jumping experience of the white families. The websites calender was completely misleading as well. It stated that the kids flight jump was available from 9-11am, and when i got there that was simply not the case. The staff member tried to tell me that I probably was looking at the wrong location and even asked me if she could take a look at my phone so she could see for herself. She scrolled up and down and it clearly said Bakersfield, Ca. Then she had nothing to say and proceeded to tell me it was most likely a typo. She still charged the refular $15 dollars (standard open jump) price for my toddlers (youngest is one year old the oldest is two years old). Then after we paid we were constantly followed through the place and closely watched. My daughters were limited to a tiny jump area. Such a waste of money. I wish the lady who sold us the tickets would have clarified this at the beggining. Please if youre looking for something fun to do with your toddlers do not go here. A complete waste of money. It is a much better idea and use of your time to take your children to a park instead.Edit: In addition to the owners response, just because you employ different ethnicities doesnt mean youre not racist. a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race hence, why the Mexican family was followed around your center and for the most part, the white families were not bothered. Also, you failed to acknowledge my biggest complaint which was that your staff failed to tell us upon our arrival that our littlest one would be having a very limited jumping experience. Your staff had no problem in charging the barbaric price of $15 dollar for one hour of open jump for two toddlers but made it their top priority to limit my childrens jump experience. I can honestly say that I would have not been this upset if your staff would have explained this to us since the beggining, because we were paying the standard jump price for two toddlers. However, your staff failed to do this. Your main manager, or who ever that was who went to go notify me that I had to take my daughter out of the only place in your center that had a slide (which toddlers love) didnt seem to care at all about what I had to say. It was then that my husband urged us to leave. These were clear mistakes that your staff did. The misinformation in your website. The targeting of a young Mexican family. & failure to apologizing after it was clear that we were upset and our experience was horrible. Your staff didnt seem to care about one less Mexican family. So why should we consider your center again?! Like I said before. Flight N Fun is a complete waste of money if you have very young children. The staff is racist and classist. Furthermore. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

My sons leg broke here yesterday I was standing there when one of the employees where right In front of the accident occurred a bigger girl bigger then my 5 year old she might have been 14 she crashed in to him and broke his leg employees should not let people run crazy and crash it was right in front of her face when it happened

My family loves Rush. We have been several times. I like the set up. Even when it gets busy you can still normally find a calm spot. The staff was always professional and nice. We will deffinatly be back.

Terrible experience! The staff is negligent. There is a reason you sign a waiver. My daughter fell face first out of the hamster ball while the host was busy talking to a coworker. I literally ran in there to help her. I’ll definitely be seeking who I can talk to about this. And before that incident my older daughter had no help when climbing, I’m assuming someone should be holding onto the rope so when she slips you can pull her away from hitting her head on the corner of something, again no one! I’m so pissed!

Looks like fun. Dropped the kid off for a birthday party. She had lots of fun. I doubt I would ever voluntarily go on a Saturday afternoon, though. It is a zoo!!!

My husband jumped with our 4 year old and 6 year old, while our toddler and I watched. All of the staff seemed vigilant in watching their areas and ensuring safety, and everyone was polite. It was so much fun! They have these replay tv screens up that you can look at to see the cool stuff that you or your kid just did, in case you missed it or just want to show off. :) They are constantly running and play about 20 seconds maybe after real time.I would love to see a more affordable price for toddlers, and perhaps something like a family season pass. We really loved it, and would like to go more, but it is too expensive for us to go regularly as a family.

This place was amazing. When I first walked up the lady was very polite and helped me. The workers helped my friend and I. They need to keep plan eye on the little one though( mostly the parents). Besides that I LOVED it will always go back!

$15 admission fee even for a 1 year old. Was promised there was a toddler zone for him. The staff refused to let parents accompany babies into half the toddler zone, but they let in big kids. It just isnt safe to let a one year old do any of it alone, so we were stuck in just the one small area where parents are permitted to stand on the blue parts. Then a staff member came over and harrassed me for supervising my son there too. I said I wanted to talk to the manager and get my money back cuz Im not paying $15 for him to not be allowed to play on anything basically. He eventually left us alone after harassing us for a few minutes then admitting he was new didnt really know the rules. He had a very condescending attitude, even though he admittedly didnt have a clue what he was doing. We spent about $50 there for one hour of being bothered.I recommend McDonalds playland. The staff at Mc Donalds is welcoming and friendly and there is no admission fee or people bothering you for supervising your baby.

My grandson had his 7th birthday party at RUSH. It was a first class operation from check-In to assisting with the private party. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of kids celebration. The staff was remarkable. Thanks, RUSH for a great time.

Cost a lot but the kids had fun

A huge place for kids or teens to exert their energy and have a blast without driving you insane and breaking everything in the house. Prices are fair and the place is very well kept and comfortable with abundant air conditioning.

My kids had lots of fun, it was a little pricey but hey if you want your kids to have a really fun hour save up and take them to rush, seeing my kids so happy makes it worth...but I still wish it was a little cheaper so I can actually treat them more often because it is expensive when youre taking a family of 7...still give them 5stars tho because my kids really enjoyed their 1hr of super fun....

This is a follow up to a birthday party gone wrong . I wrote a review expressing how disappointed I was with my childs birthday party. But this review is to express how impressed I was with the way the GM handled the situation. Katie the GM went out of her way to make it right and recovery me as a customer . My kids love this place and I was happy to see her reaction and offer the opportunity to make it right. Thank you Katie! I look forward to returning to Rush for some family fun as a long time customer.

So much fun! Very few things to do with rambunctious toddlers in this town. We appreciate Rush being here.

Rush air sports is a really fun place to play and do cool things like jump on trampolines play dodge ball and do rock climbing.

I liked it but then I did the pillar climbing thing and my arm got caught under the rope and it hurt. Maybe Ill give better review and come more if they can make it a bit safer

Fantastic place for kids, youth and young teenagers to get some exercise while testing their skills at some very challenging “American ninja” athletics.

Horribe service. Waited 40 minutes just to start jumping. Had to pay for new 3 new socks (had the rush socks). Complained and the manager said a few enployees called out of work.

So this was my first time here my company had a Employee Appreciation Day took the family for pizza and drinks and all the fun things to do here !!!!!!

Girl at counter was nice and polite. Guy with blue hair and ref shirt was rude. He needs a lesson in customer service. I feel like if the owners knew how rude he was and acted like he was so misserable working there they would fire him. Supposed to be a fun place for kids and family but this guy is not worth going back. Also a red head girl on the floor yelled at my son after he waited in line to play fight with the sticks and as he was finally there and in the center to play fight she screams across the area at him to get out and go away because his band was green and it was 1:32, just off from 1:30, AFTER HE WAITED in the line. She acted like a heartless miserable person too. Get some happy employees in this place or youll continue to lose customers. And just so I am clear, mothers who I do not know were also appalled at how my quiet, nice son was screamed at and thrown out. Just terrible attitudes, terrible personalities, horrible experience especially at a place for kids.

Rush is an amazing place for everyone! Impressed with how clean and organized it was. Cleanest bathrooms around! (Being a Mom, that means ALOT) The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Check in process was easy. There are so many things to do! We didn’t want to leave!! Ninja warrior courses, climbing walls, trampolines, Dodgeball, a special place just for the little ones! LOVE this place! Cannot wait to go again and again!

Super fun! We go with friends all the time. Depending on the time it can be crowded. I highly suggest doing your waivers and paying before you arrive to expedite the process.

Great place to keep the kids entertained although it is a little pricey for the allotted time they spend. If they lowered the price a little or gave the children a little more time then it would be absolutely perfect.

I went on a weekday and had a great time. The place was moderately busy and we were able to do whichever activity we wanted (Dodgeball, jousting, volleyball, obstacle course, rock climbing, etc.) without any wait time. Filling out the waiver online ahead of time saved a good ten minutes and the safety introduction only took about 5 minutes. A great workout for people of any age.

We decided to come here for my daughters birthday on a slow Wednesday and WOW how RUDE can your employees be? Even the manager Elsa was the worst! We pay our money to jump and 15 minutes in they start hounding me because Im wearing a hat! Just a plain old baseball cap. Then I get a little tired so I sit down on one of the recliners they have and one of the employees Comes and asks me to get up because they are massage chairs and Im supposed to pay to sit there....mind you theres NOBODY else sitting in the chairs and theres also ZERO SIGNS POSTED so I say whatever and then move to another spot and then my daughter starts to get a little separation anxiety and started to panic and cry in the jungle gym and when I go to rescue her they run over and tell me I cant go in there to get her!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and worst customer service Ive experienced in a so called family friendly environment. Youre better off just going to a park with your kids.And when we were there half of the place was closed because they were fixing roof panels that were coming down, why even open and take peoples money? We politely asked for a refund for SOME of our money and got shut down and then was accused by an employee for taking my socks of that the manager actually tried to look at the camera to see that i was telling the truth and still denied our money back.So Sorry to whom actually runs and cares about this place because the rest are just tainting the name because we will never be back nor will our friends and family because we tried to correct the problem before it ruined our day but your staff made that impossible.

Enjoyed emensley me and my four teens went and not only was it fun it was healthy adventurous and full of laughs. They want to go back. Secretly my second favorite aspect of Rush Sports is they quietness once we got home great excercise leads to awesome rest..thanks

Its a weekly event in our family. My son weirdly hates being outside, so this place is amazing for him. He wont stop for hours.
