Love this place. Clean. Well stocked.. Employees know where things are. And the prices are great

Online details dont match in store realities, everything from listed prices to listed hours are incongruous with the in store reality. Yeah, times are difficult for everyone right now, but thats not an excuse to outright lie about what you currently have in stock or what your hours are. Definitely not the store to go to if you like any kind of stitching/embroidery/cross stitch etc. as their selection is basically nonexistent. Go to the Michaels off Rosedale for better selection, or for even better selection order online.

It’s not the store I’d like to share information with you. It’s the Management. As I travel to Northern California I like to make a stop here and shop for yarn and use their bathroom. Well on Sunday, Nov 8, 2920 I was denied to use their bathroom. “Bathroom was closed to the public”. I feel this is not proper. I’ve been to many other Michael’s and none of them have such “policy” per Management is what I was told. What will Michael’s Corporate do?

Not too bad, but limited selection. Better off going to Hobby Lobby for anything other than Halloween stuff.

Love the new rewards program. Needed paint for my tiki guy.

If you are crafty, or do projects with the kiddies, this place has it all. Except store help! Asked cashier on my way in if there were employees on the floor to help (knowing I would have questions). Sure eough, never found a one and had to go back up front and ask that she request help in my aisle. The Help had no answers about reflective paint; only guesses. Not what I would expect from this type of craft store. Always get the same answer: Try Home Depot.

I love Michaels but I dont like having to purchase items off of the web site. They do not have everything on there and the shipping is ridiculous.

They are well stocked except the yarn department but the have 100 times more then Walmart.

I swear Im 40 years old but everytime I go into this store I feel like Im a little kid in a candy store all over again I get so excited about all the craft stuff they have all the things I can get to make things myself love it.

Always love this place. Although I asked a worker if they had any fairy garden stuff, he said no. I walked down the next isle and there was a bunch of fairy garden stuff. Um.... Ok

I went in to purchase frames and found out they had them buy one get one free which was really a great deal for the frames that I purchased it brought them down to a price that was affordable and those are frames that I use professionally with my business

It always has what I’m looking for!My daughter wanted Epic Coloring Pens and low and behold, they carry those pens!I was worried that the price would put a hole in my pocket but you can also ask for the coupon discounts at the register and they graciously apply any discounts available.Friendly staff, wide and large variety of items to make crafts for any season or occasion.Clean restrooms and close parking space available.We were happy campers!

I hate when stores racial profile, just because my husband and i have art work on us (tattoos) and were hispanic we get followed around the store. My husband wasnt feeling well and was irritated by them following us around that he went to the car and I went up to the front with my basket full to ask on a price of a wreath and the girl couldnt even walk away from the door as if i were going to run out. I was so bothered and wanted to just leave everything there but i promised my daughter her bday gift so i stayed.

I love Michaels with the exception of them not having electric carts for handicapped. If they want me to keep spending hours in their stores, which means spending hundreds of $$$ as opposed to under $100, then they need to start providing this service. Otherwise I love shopping here. Much better experience than their website.

Found what I needed and online there was an 50% off coupon, always check the Micheals web site for coupons. They also except Hobby Lobby coupons.

Had an exchange which was handled with no issues. Found what we needed to complete our projects at a reasonable price.

Used to love this store before I was introduced toHobby Lobby. Now it is my second stop if I cant find a certain item at Hobby Lobby. Michaels has higher prices and not many discounts/coupons available. They also do not seasonal discount higher than 75% (which is nothing when regular price is so high) and create grab bags. Whereas Hobby Lobby discounts as high as 90%. Store is clean and staff are helpful which warrants a 3 star instead of 2.

I love the location right across from the Valley Plaza. Very busy store but staff remain friendly and very helpful. Lots of sales and bargains. I found everything I was looking for with the help of staff on floor. Cashier was very friendly and help me with my coupons so I could save even more, thank you Jessica.
