I felt it necessary to go on here and give a great review. I found this company a few months ago and placed a small order. Shipped quick, and products were as expected. Since then I’ve spent over 1,000 more dollars with them and they are fantastic. If they are out of something, they always call. They offer options. They will also let you know when a back order is coming. Great customer service.

I really like 4 aces! They have a nice selection that I have trouble finding other places. They are very attentive and get back asap with problems. Very quick to make the customer happy. That I am! They have items I cant get ANYWHERE!! Just wish I was closer so shipping was a little cheaper but so it goes.....

Ordered twice so far. Everything arrived as expected, was in good order, and very well packaged. They respond quickly with any issues and are very professional. Will continue to keep them in the rotation of wholesalers our store orders from.

I placed my order, I was given a detailed receipt online, then a UPS confirmation email as well. My order showed up on the date promised and my order arrived in perfect shape. My son has been ordering from them for years. He referred them to me because they have the best prices for kratom. Im skeptical about the bad reviews.

I ordered some Sea Pods for my Juul and received them next day basically. Service was fast and ordering online was so easy! Prices were very good also! I highly recommend this place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES the same water pipe I use at my 3 head shops here in town PRICE $44 -$54. From ACE $18.00 wow with shipping but I paid the EXTRA to get mine faster BOUGHT 3 this time GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Paid the same price as my order for 2 day shipping to get the products in by Tuesday. Now Im being told Sundays dont count towards that, regardless of how much they charged for shipping. If they had made it clear, I couldve saved some money! Not good business at all. Sometimes its worth it just to pay a little extra, if it means getting deliveries on time and good customer service.

I made a few purchases from them as I own a small business here in Massachusetts. After my 3rd purchase, I realized this place is run by amateurs. With only one job to do, they cant even do it! Every shipment I received have either been broken into pieces, wrong colored or the merchandise I ordered was NOT what I ordered. I call them & their excuse was the item you wanted was out of stock. They did not give me an update nor informed me of what they was doing with my money. I will never buy from them again!

Great company! Ive always had good service. If a product is out of stock they will call to let you know. If I have questions they are friendly and helpful. (Grace you rock!) Payment processed once order is confirmed. Several shipping options. Ive never had any of the issues written above

This place is great! When I received my package it was damaged and the bottle was broken. I contacted them and I received a return label and a notice that my new package was being sent out with a 3 day shipping! Great job!!!

Have had many issues with juul compatible pods and they don’t resolve any of my issues. Will likely call my cc to get a refund

Had sent an e-mail asking a few questions about the Bumble Bee Kratom and they never responded. Tried to call but the phone kept on ringing. They must be too busy to worry about obtaining new customers...

Started ordering from these folks about a year ago. Their prices are fair and competitive. For the most part, they have what Im looking for in stock, and product ships to me next business day. Never a bad experience, no returns, and customer service is friendly and easy to deal with! I most def refer them to friends looking for similar products!

Product is ok but not worth the 3-5 days it takes to charge the card and then another 3-5 days to process the order. these guys are way slow, had this issue a couple times now. i have suppliers in Houston texas that get my orders to me in 3-4 days and i am here in Cali with 4 aces!!. makes me think why should i order here when i can order somewhere else and receive my products 6 days sooner. if i was ok to wait that long for an order i would just order from china for way cheaper. get faster please and i would love to change the review. until than...

I bought few things from this website, some items were broken and rotten and missing and has no respond. Stay away from this web site. Bad luck I didnt read other Google reviews .

Never order from these guys! Terrible customer service, slow processing, and their shipping rates re ridiculous! I was charged $178 for ups ground for two boxes that weighed around 50lbs combined. Went to ups to see what they would charge me to send the boxes and was told around $35...Do not waste your time or money on these clowns.

Lowest price I can find online for hemp wraps. Fed-Ex lost 1st shipment, they had replacement to me 2 days later!

Called here and the customer service was terrible.
