Such a hidden gem. We love coming to the park. Plenty to do and it is well maintained.

It is a beautiful park and a great place to bring your children. Many activities in one place.

I play the disc golf course here. Its a fantastic little technical course and not really as populated as most others so its quiet and relaxing. But overall the whole park is maintained and just generally what you expect out of park. Ive been coming here for years and it is definitely an underrated park for all that it offers and it is right behind the Baton Rouge Zoo so you can make a day out of just one area. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Beautiful park I really enjoy the nature trail although disappointed to see the trash around the lake in spite of plenty of bins available around. They have something for everyone, Splash pad, playground, dog park, fishing, nature trail

Great park clean has disc golf !!

Always great to visit this nice zoo. They do need to add in an elephant and zebra exhibit again but I guess that will come in time.

The store smelled horrible and I didnt find what I was looking for. The shelves were empty so they definitely needed to restock. I dont really shop at Dollar general . I prefer family Dollar

Great place with alot of amenities for a family. You can fish, golf, take a nature hike, go canoeing or kayaking and end it all at the splash bad and playground. It really is a great place to go. Very clean and bathrooms where very clean.

Beautiful park! We brought our canoe and launched off the dock. They have a really nice picnic area, playground for the kids, and a hiking trail that circles the lake. We saw lots of people fishing as well.

I have been going to this park for years its a great place to have a party for family or just for a childs birthday I like the idea of being able to canoe on the lake for a very cheap price of I think maybe a dollar to $5 I think that it is a nice spot and it brings something extra to the town of Baker its always kind of packed so just go at the right time also you have to rent the gazebos or the covered areas for parties

My favorite BREC park. Well kept landscaping and facilities, beautiful natural scenery, and area to bike and kayak. Good playground for kids and disc golf course also.

This is one of the nice parks in the Baker area... not far from the zoo and it also has a golf course near by... if you looking to have a party of some sort or even a family get together and live in the Area this is definitely a spot to consider looking into... they have plenty of play area for the kids and also rent paddle boats that you can take out on the lake and its real cheap to rent.. they have the areas that are covered that you can also rent.

I love this park. The only cons I have are that the open benches seem to always face the sun, and I worry about who may be lurking in the hiking path. But I have always had a great time when I have gone and it is a beautiful park.

Great frisbee golf course. Looks like improvements are underway for the waterfront, cant wait to see what is in store for this great park in Baker.

This park was great! The school that I teach at went here to eat lunch after going to the zoo. The large pavilion by the lake was an awesome spot to feel the breeze while eating. The students were also well entertained by the playground. It had a lot of different types of whirly gigs, swings and other interesting types of exercise bars and nets. The boardwalk around the lake looked nice although I didnt go on it. It was well tended and was very enjoyable to be at.

It was a nice serene park. I like that it sits in the middle of a quiet residential area with beautiful homes and the traffic of people exploring, kids playing, exercising and just being active is so attractive to me. It is a true community park.

Once again,the course is in excellent shape.. they even cut alot of the high grass on some holes. Especially on 17....:)

This is a pretty huge and expensive facility. They have a golf course, kayak and canoe rental, updated playground as of August 2019, lots of cover places to eat, but I will say that the pond is full of turtles and might not be the best for fishing.

Best park in Baton Where you can go with your friends and families. Nice place to barbeque and have fun. You have a kids play area too, and a small lake where u can go boating.
