Always my favorite go-to movie theater. First run movies. Clean (including their restrooms). Good selection of snacks but like all theaters now days..expensive. Have recliner seats in a couple theater rooms. Price is great for all movies.

The price is right. The place is kept clean. I LOVED their pet friendly screening. Would do it again!

Amazing service and the movie quality is amazing. A place where you and your friends to hangout or even take ur girlfriend out on a date. I recommend this place and also thank the employees for their service and hard work in keeping our theater clean and well put.

Great theater, simple but affordable. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. So far Ive never had a bad experience. Theres tons to do nearby if you have to wait a bit for your movie to start. Be advised they appear to check purses and back packs. I suppose its to prevent people from bringing in their own snacks.

When at APU, would come here to see movies. Very close to campus. Would most often walk to come here and see a movie. Its been years.

Its always good to have a theater 10 min from your house. Good central location, friendly staff (though the snack bar always seems to be a bit on the slow side - could be me), and clean theaters. pretty much what Im looking for in a movie theater.

Sign up for their rewards card at the window and get great deals. Not far from many restaurants to enjoy a dinner and a movie date night. They also have luxury seating. Its Great!

The basic theaters are ok but if you pay for a movie with Luxury Seating then youre in for a treat. I only had one bad experience here recently and it was the theater manager using an orange cone to block parking spaces for his friends and his Mercedes-Benz and a complete douchebag for using a cone to block a Handicap parking space. I havent seen him for while so hopefully my complaint got him fired as people like that should never be in charge.

Still the cheapest place to go see a movie money-wise. Friendly staff though I cant stand that they check our bags like criminals. Also, no alcohol. Thus, minus two stars. Fix this guys. Youre lagging. Otherwise, clean, comfy and good pricing!

Very comfortable seating. Sadly, there were only five of us to see A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood.

Im not giving this place a 5 because the Matinee is still cheaper at AMC and Regal Cinemas, however its a solid theatre. They allow you to bring in water which is a huge plus. It allows me to use my pockets for candy rather than trying to hide everything.

Parking is a little limited right by the theater. Deluxe seating definitely worth it!

One word unbelievable I was amazed and happy how they remodeled it the seats were amazingly sooooo comfortable they reclined back wayyyyy back so nice compared to the traditional stadium seats going here more often !!!

Note this is NOT a REGAL THEATER though it shows up on a search for regal theaters. Doesnt matter except when you have passes/tickets for a REGAL theater.

The theater is small but has renovations over the years. recently added reserved luxury leather reclining) seats. Tickets are greet at $6.50 before 6PM.

I went with a friend to see a showing of Terminator dark fate at 10:45, arrived at 10:50 and was told by a very rude employee named Karina we couldnt get let in because they had shut down their systems. Their website states Theatre opens 15 minutes prior to first films start time and closes 15 minutes after the last films start time.

Love the place. The movies are 7 dollars and they show current films. The seats are okay and the food selections is what youd expect from any movie theater. If your looking for a feature film at a fair prices this is the spot for you

Great movies! Still overpriced movie food but not the theaters staffs fault!

Prices have slightly increased due to upgraded seating etc. Seats are very comfortable and recline hard not to fall asleep. Great movie experience. However 4/5 stars because of the awful old lady who checks tickets she is unbelievable unpleasant and rude! Why is she still there? Shes obviously not a people person. Rude to kids/adults maybe get someone else to check tickets.

This is my go to theater especially when a new movie just comes out becuase it rarely gets crowded. The staff is always nice the building is clean. They have luxury theater seating with the reclining seats and you can reserve your seats online which is a plus.

This used to be a great deal in terms of pricing until Edwards 18 changed their price. What I do love abut and feel this theater offers that is unique is the old fashioned set up as it still very much is remenicent of movie theaters back in the 80s or even further. It could use a face lift in the lobby with some new carpet and things like that but WITHOUT LOOSING ITS NOSTALGIC FEEL. If that happened and pricing stayed what it is this would be my favorite theater ever.

Friendly Staff, Cheap Movie Tickets, Concessions not as pricey as the other theaters (although still a bit pricey for only some items), not as comfy seats as the newer theaters but there is a little arcade. Lots of parking as well. I like coming here though. You basically get what you pay for.

Saw Avengers 3, only cost $7, theater was clean and employees were nice and friendly, clean bathroom. Will definitely return!!

Horrible spikers on right side in theater nr 3 movie Midway were not working. I told a manager but they didnt do anything.

We always go there because es less then other teathers, and is nice and clean.

This theater has not seen the updates like other theaters. It doesnt have a bar, the seats are not leather nor do they recline. However, the seats are comfy and the popcorn is fresh. The people who come here are here to watch the movie, not play on their phones or discuss each scene with their party. It also does not get overly crowded, except on opening weekends for big movies, and even then it isnt bad. I love it here.

Love it , its a great, not to expensive and very clean. Love to take my kids there.

The price for the ticket was okay but I spent 23 on a Sam frozen popcorn drink and candy smh whats the point of having assigned seating if people dont sit in the sign seats. Overall besides the price of the popcorn the seats smelled a little nasty but other than that it was fine

Regency Theater -- Prices still a break from the huge theater names AND now they work with Fandango with seat reservation. Plentiful parking.

On the cheaper side of cinemas, slightly dirty, and cheaper, but still a very nice place for the money. Make sure to be well hydrated, as a bottle of water is slightly under 5 dollars.

I loved it there the seats are comfortable and I been going there since I was five and every time I go I love every movie it comes out so, over all 5 stars while writing this i was on my way to watch a movie I hope how End Game is.

I love this theater. Been going here since I was a small child, but the computers feel really slow when paying for something. Needs fixing.

Clean environment and relaxing recliners good place for kids

This is my one and only spot to see movies. Great rewards program and the staff is great and remember you. Cost is low popcorn is fresh, and its in a shopping center with plenty of shops to distract you as you wait.

Fun new movies all the time

Really great prices on first run movies. Decent seats with armrests that fold back and have cupholders. Our screen seemed to cut the picture off along the edges, but the picture and sound quality was good. Surrounded by a variety of good restaurants.

Wouldn’t let me In after I’ve gone there so many times with my brothers to watch scary movies but then all of a sudden ID is needed for everyone when I’ve seen Deadpool with them and their 17

The short manager is a jerk, he was giving me and my bf issues about giving us free tickets for the next show cause there were some disturbances. Other than that, Its great place to see new movies for the low.

I never write reviews , however I had such a bad experience here . My husband and I purchased our tickets to see the movie megladon. The person at the entrance directed us to the wrong showing . When we realized that , we went back to the person whom we had purchased the tickets from . He tried his best for us to be able to come to another viewing or be able to get a refund . However , we made the mistake to throw away our tickets once we were inside the movie theatre . The manager on that shift was a woman , she was very rude she did not want to assist us and had major attitude . Never coming to this theatre again .

One of the least expensive movie theaters in the area, and I like it. Its on the older side but seats are still comfortable. I thought the sound in theatre 5 was great!! It wasnt crowded but Im thinking it was the holiday and college students were on vcay, so it was nice to be able to pick your own seat!!

Go here to save money. The low price is key. Basic, but good movie going experience. Concession stands are not creative at all, just traditional stuff. Parking is ok.

Nice movie theater

Popcorn sucks. It was old and flavorless. and Im not too big on salty food, but it was definitely lacking. I usually dont review either, but the popcorn alone pushed me to do it because it ruined my popcorn appetite lol.Aside from that. The theater is only ok. Seats are good from the middle obviously, but they were still a little farther than I would like. I wish the seats were a little more though, I was noticably uncomfortable with the headrests. Im 6ft so that may be why idk honestly.Overall its cheaper than the AMC, but you get what you pay for. The concession stand doesnt even compare to the AMC either. It feels limited, but thats just cuz the AMC is so much better with bigger selection and higher quality.

Movie tickets are cheaper than the big movie chains. The theaters and screens appear smaller and you can reserve your seats ahead of time.

Nice theatre and good prices compared to the chains. They will ransack purses to confiscate outside food.......so hide it well if you dare try. Bottled water is allowed.

Great theater but I didnt realize it was $9.00. its listed on the same site as all the other Regency Theaters that are only $2.00 or $2.50 matinee and $3.00 - $3.50 otherwise. But I had already travelled that far (last stop on the GoldLine in Azusa) and sprinted from the Metro Station 1.25mi to the theater because I was already 10 min late so I want about to turn around and go home. So I paid the $9.00 anyways.

I used to like this place a lot more when it was the cheap theater. Now Edwards does $6 movies all day and the Foothill Cinema Stadium 10 charges between $9-12 for a ticket. At least theres plenty of places to eat nearby like the Habit Burger, Panda Express and Chipotle. The seating is about as comfortable as youre used to.

They make you put your own butter on your popcorn, which means you cant effectively layer the butter and your popcorn experience is very uneven.

The staff is so kind and understanding. Had an issue with someone else in the audience and they handled it so calmly I dont think anyone else even noticed. They were sure to make us feel safe on their property.

Good price and a good variety of movies and food. The places nearby are other great options to eat before or after the movie.

This is a go to movie theater when you are on a budget. I spend about $40 here on date nights, about $65 at an amc . Like in any movie theater food will be expensive, but the entrance fee to watch a movie here is extremely cheap. What more do you want, dont expect bottle service if youre going to be cheap. Occasionally there will be accidents ,but remember to always keep you tickets /receipt with you. Over All good movie theater

No good. Arrived at the theater 20 minutes before showtime and the employee wouldnt let us in because they were cleaning the theater. Asked if I could purchase popcorn and a soda in the meantime and was told that I couldnt. Made me wait outside in 97 degree heat. Never going back. Its a dump.

This place is very nice. Clean and the staff are courteous and nice. The movies are second generation with some visual anomalies, but overall it is a great place, and reasonably priced place to see new movies. My only pet peeve is that they should have different types of foods. Not everyone lives off of greasy, massively buttery popcorn and sugary beyond belief sodas. And, high priced water.
