Went to pick up item at their warehouse, was in a rush to get to my next destination.Stacy Gray basically told her employee to not pick the item out of the warehouse until they verified it was actually paid for. Did she think I was going to grab the heavy inflatable and run away?After waiting approximately 15-20 minutes because I guess my time wasnt valuable she had some one verify in the computer system.She changed her tune and started being friendly. Her attitude at the initial interaction was very negative. I dont know how people will even do business with some one that treats you like a theif. Sorry i2k, I spend 5 figures on Inflatables every year and Ill never spend another penny with you guys.

We hired i2k Inflatables to build a large logo shaped entry portal for a major university & our largest client. It was to be used for 6 Pac12 football games last season. The sales person was sent to so many installs across the country during the fabrication period, he was not able to track the timing on our portal & it was delivered too late for the 1st game. He also didnt realize that it was made much larger than the size we ordered. When we finally received it & tested it, it took 2 hours to inflate with the provided fans, not the less than an hour that we were told. It worked for the next 2 games, then on the 3rd attempt to inflate it, the internal tubes that provide the structure broke apart & the round tunnel looked more like the letter M & was unusable. Of the 6 games, our client was only able to use it 2 times. Steve, the owner of i2k has never responded to a single call or email about resolving this issue. The sales person offered to send us a smaller replacement, but they didnt in time for the rest of the season. Once we had seen the lack of quality, project management & customer service, we dont trust that a replacement will perform any better. We have been asking to return the broken inflatable since last fall with zero response & zero acknowledgement from Steve Gray, the owner that they want to make things right. I see that this is a common problem for this company.Ironically, one of their ex-sales people called me now that he went to work for a competitor & was hoping they could help us make things right for my client, but the client does not want to throw any more money away on inflatables. Unfortunately, i2k have caused me to lose credibility with one of my biggest clients, so I wont be suggesting inflatables to any other clients in the future, but if I did, it would probably be EZ Inflatables, since they are willing to fix these guys mistakes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND i2K.

We have purchased many units from i2K but have to say - I am beyond frustrated with the service received when we need replacement items for our inflatables. I would warn anyone working with this company to be aware that this may happen.Jan 28 - asked for a quotef/u Feb 04 - orderedf/u Feb 20 to ask for shipping - Reply getting done today and ready for shippingf/u March now going to be late April deliveryf/u April 11 - no answerf/u April 19 - still late Aprilf/u May 16 - no answerf/u May 21 - told all Items shippingf/u June 3 -f/u June 9 -NOW its June 23 - I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET SOMETHING Ive PAID FORHow can you make a customer wait six months for a product they need in order to RUN an inflatable we bought from the company?

Terrible customer service. We received low quality products and had issues the first time we used them. After numbers phone calls where we were passed from person to person and put on hold for up to 45 minutes and emails that were ignored for months, we were told the products were under warranty and could be replaced. When we responded that we just wanted to return the items, we were ignored again. A year and a half later, we still have the bad products and no response from the company.
