Its dirty and creepy. My lovely 27 yr old daughter bought a trailer home there paid $6,000 for it and it needed a lot. The first night she stayed there she found out that the place was infested with bed bugs. Now shes having to replace all of the dry wall and pretty much rebuild it from scrap
Its a ok trailer park, its next to a middle school. Close to a Conoco gas station, Wendys, the field where they have the highschool football games is at the school so its within easy walking distance. I would say that it is a low-income trailer park most of the trailers are decent but not the nicest ones ever however Ive known a lot of people to live there and to say the least its a healthy mix of different people.Being that I dont live there I can only go off by what Ive been told and my own experiences from visiting but the people have always been friendly, nice, I dont feel like it is a place that should be looked down upon just because it might not look the nicest from the outside.Ive heard the management of the property is a good guy hes easy to work with and helps out a lot.Couple things on the actual property;Scenery; There are some trees but spread out. Doesnt have the best look-appealRoads; its solid all throughout the trailer park but its like a mud-like gravel. Not actual straight mud but not graveled either.Perimeter; chain link fence around property, public roads surround it.Easy to find?; YesPotential positives &/or negatives depending on what your looking for;Its close to a middle school. Kids cant leave campus for lunch but as I mentioned it is the area used for high school sports games. This tends to mean lots of traffic through certain times of year along with the consistency of kids walking home being noisy etc.Its towards edge of Aztec, not quite the literal edge but getting to Farmington about 10-12mins.3mins from high school. Within walking distance to high school. Is right across street from riverside park.Thats about everything I can think of.
It was nice!!!!!
Well Lets juat say its not paved so youre driVing in the gravel. Neighbors are a bit low class and they seem to take the homes that were built before the ninetys. Kids all over and lil gangstas. Oh and middle school is right door.
Nice place to live, never had problems with landlord.
Seems to be relaxed and laid back atmosphere, while the trailer park itself was full of friendly people, with moderate in and out traffic. Its centrally located, close to the schools, and held fair amount of trees and grass.
No it realy sux over here.. Because people always break in peoples places. And they get robbed and accused of being a bad person when they are rsaly not.. They are good people..
This place is horrible! Full of crime, drugs and who knows what else! Only lived here for a month and its of the hook crazy.dont move here for God sake dont do it!!!!!!
This mobile home park seems to be accessible buy a wide variety in condition of trailer homes. They desperately need to pave the streets.
