Awesome. One of the employees. Tried to help teach my mom to use the motorized cart. But she was nervous. He went beyond what a normal associate would do to help her. He also checked me out. Super friendly and loved his energy!!! This is why I shop at this location!

I have been extremely careful during this lock-down time. I am 70 years old and have asthma. I have not shopped in stores. I have done lots of on-line shopping and picked up my orders curbside. This past Sunday I decided I would make my first shopping trip to Michaels. It will be my last. Lack of masks by shoppers and employees improperly wearing theirs--below nose or below chin. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

One of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had. Drove 20 minutes passed our local Michael because they were out of stock of the Cricut Maker - called the Avon location to see if they had any in stock. The person who answered the phone informs us that they have plenty. Great! Get to the store - grab the sales card to purchase, grab the other items that we needed - head to the check out counter. Sorry, we only have the Explore 2... I say we just called, please check. She goes to check, again, nothing. Manager was in ear shot and watched the whole exchange and never once offered an apology or any assistance in finding one elsewhere. We left with over $500 worth of merchandise just sitting on the register. Will NEVER shop at this location again, and will encourage others to do the same.

The staff was not very friendly. They had a good sale. All I had was cash and I was told I had to pay in exact change or use a card. If I did not have exact change or a card they could not sell it to me apparently there is a worldwide shortage of change.

Love their custom framing! Not happy that my 60% off + 25% off custom framing coupon was not valid on Aaron Brothers Frames and only a couple other frames came in the depth I needed but none were the right color.

Only go here to get artwork framed. Very helpful and patient staff. Framing is a bit pricey, but the results are always great.

Very good craft store. You can get everything here that probably have to do with crafts or something. This is definitely a place to go if you want to make something or get something.

I likedid the markers the best. They got lotsa marker pens and also ink pens...

I love looking for small, easy crafts to add to birthday gifts. Little paintable ornaments and keychains start at $1.50, and are great for all ages! The employees are knowledgeable and look like they love working there!

I liked it, if I celebrated Halloween the props would be good, but I dont. Other than that its good

But a few things here the other day and let me tell you it was easy to find what I was looking for but difficult to check out as they only had one person working the register there were about eight people behind me and about three people in front of me. All in all it wasnt a bad experience its just I think they need to hire more people.

Do you want to pay double or even triple the price of Pat Catans canvases and have less selections? Want a membership that sends you junk emails twice a day with coupons which never apply?If so, Id also suggest visiting their meager yarn selection and knitting yourself a noose, because it doesnt get much worse than this.

I love this Michaels. Its a great location and always a good selection. I got a few pads of cardstock for an incredible price. Not only was there a sale going on but I also got 20% off with a coupon i had, including sale items. There are a lot of Shoppers at this location so the lines can get a little long but the sales associates at the registers are usually pretty quick so it doesnt take as long as you would think.

I tried buying frames for movie posters everywhere. Some places have very limited selection and most were absurdly expensive. Michaels had great deals especially with coupons and the quality of the frames was great. Ill always think of Michaels when I need picture or poster frames.

I stopped in here for macrame supplies. I asked a girl abiut where I would find them and she not only was kinda rude, she had no idea what macrame was.... Oh well. Guess you dont need to know about arts and crafts to work here.

Very pricey compared to good ol Patcatans and stuff is split up all over the store. Youll find paints in 3 different parts of the store. Why cant they just put them on 1 side of the store?

Went to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History with some friends earlier in the day and bought arrowheads at the gift shop. Came here for string to turn them into necklaces when we couldnt find them anywhere else. Not disappointed.

They have a great selection of craft materials and always have a coupon available online or in the paper!

Has a lot of great crafts. Promotes kids crafts coupons. Spend $40 save $10. Many exculsions apply. I bought all kids crafts. Making foam spiders for Halloween for kindergarten class. Total was $41.00. Discount did not apply because foam balls are not considered as a kid craft

Thi is a great Michaels store, very much like most other Michaels stores. Easy parking, close to the freeway, nicely laid-out interior.At present, there are numerous holiday decorations on sale for at least 50% off.

Went looking for picture frames. Always a good price and large selection. My frames were on sale buy 1 get 2 free. Then the cashier gave me another 20% off. Will always go there first.

Michaels is a crafters dream store. In particular, the yarn, sewing, silk flower and scrapbooking supplies are abundant and well-stocked. I especially appreciate the diverse selection of items they have in the handcrafting section (sew/crochet/knit supplies).

Horrible service in the framing department from the department manager Darren. When I expressed my disappointment to the store manager Lisa I got the brush off of sorry and walked away and no eye contact was given either.Very sad that both members of management gave below par customer service. I will NOT be shopping at the AVON location again

I enjoy visiting here, but I often spend more than I planned to. Their prices are a bit higher than some local competitors but lower than others. They carry supplies for a number of crafts.

The sales girl helped me find exactly what I wanted and even gave me a few suggestions on how to create my project with ease, and add some pizzaz! With her suggestions it turned out beautifully! Plus I snagged a few more things that were on sale! The checkout process was fast with a happy energetic girl who went above and beyond even helping me find my coupon on my phone!

Not bad for crafts and ideas, and other things but the prices are a bit outrageous. I seen things in the store that I told my wife we can get cheaper at Lowes or home Depot. Same exact products, 5-10 dollars cheaper. We opted to drive 2 min down the road to save some money. They are Just like any other store that Jacks up Prices bc of their name. Times have changed so much over the years. Unfortunately stores dont change with the time and our economy.

If you are into crafts of almost any sort, this is your go to place.

Needle arts selection is shrinking with limited selection poor quality products. Store asiles are full of stock and pop up displays making it hard to navigate. The store would not accommodate a wheelchair bound shopper.
