This place is great. Very very clean. The people running it were so nice and helpful. The kids had a blast!!!!! Wish I would have found place before COVID

This is such a great place! So nice to have a place to go in the cold or ugly Cleveland weather where kids can run around and use to some of their energy. Its very clean. They have a room to go easy and then come play some more! The pass covers the whole day so you can even leave and come back! Theres a variety of things to do as well. Will definitely come back.

Kids had a great time!!! Took my 1 y.o. and 3. Y.o. they loved it. You think its really really small from.outside but its a nice cozy size . Not too far where u have to look all around. Carpet every where!! GIANT PLUS(thank you from my littlest one)

This is such a great place to bring the kids to burn energy. So many toys, a jungle gym for climbing and different riding toys. They have a nice space up front for snacks and provide coffee and food if you so choose. I’ve been bringing my kids for 2 years. We love coming here!

Had my sons 5th birthday there today and it was wonderful!!! The staff were spectacular!! I never felt rushed and they did an excellent job with the decorations I brought in. It was my first time having a birthday at a location like this and I definitely recommend them!!!! The price and attentiveness of the workers plus having the whole venue to yourself is unbeatable!!!

A great place for toddlers. We took our 18 MO here yesterday and had a wonderful time. There’s a large ball pit and a castle for children to climb on, replete with slides. Light refreshments are available for purchase too. An engaging and fun activity.

We were welcomed with our tiny child to enjoy the many totally safe play areas without charge. We went there three times leading up to Thanksgiving when the cold stopped us playing outside. It was such a great find.

Nice facility. Good for little ones, I think, up to 5 yo. Indoor play so it is a good option in winter.

KidsPlay Indoor Fun was like our childrens second home for several years. It offers a safe and welcoming environment unlike any other place we found. The staff and facility are first-class and we couldnt recommend it more for your young ones. We had our sons birthday party there too, which also surpassed expectation. Well be back each time we visit again.

This is nice for young kids and it’s small enough you can see everywhere in the play area. Be aware it is a peanut free place, which we didn’t know so we ate outside before we left. I would say it is expensive for what you get, $10 is a lot. My son enjoyed it, and lots of different sections for toys. One problem is some of the parents tend to not watch there kids and sit on there phones, but watch your own child and you should be fine.

It’s such a great place in theory, but mom’s never watch their kids at all, kids constantly put toys in their mouths and have zero supervision. The claim they have a staff member clean things off at least one a half hr is a complete lie, been there for hours SO many times and the lady never gets up from her computer. Moms take their really sick kids there a lot and never look up from their phones. It sucks feeling stuck getting the flu or sitting at home all winter. If I worked there I’d keep it clean and tell people with obviously horribly sick kids they needed to leave and issue a refund, for public health reasons. Just some tips for better business policies.

I enjoy bringing the children i nanny here on occasions when they have excess energy or when im not feeling tip top and want to give them a fun day without too much strain on my part. They get to play with kids their age and enjoy the company. The only thing i dislike is that the front staff ALWAYS has an offputting demeanor. She may say hello and say polite things, but her undertone is always the opposite. I cant quite place it. Other than that, its great. :)

We love coming to Kids Play! Very comfy, clean and it has lots of things for the kids to play. The space is just the right size so its easy to keep an eye on your kids. I wish theyd change the play stations up every now and again but the kids dont seem to mind!

$10 for first child, $8 for any other kids for all day access. It is a bit small but my 2 year old still had a blast.

Great place. Love that parents can sit on the couches without dear of kids escaping. Perfect sized room to see everything.

Friendly staff, comfortable couch for parents, parents actually keep on eye on their children. Staff comes around puts toys away, cleans during play hours which is good they pay attention. Staff doesnt over pack it!!

Perfect place for our 3 year olds birthday party!

Do not reccomend this place. My 18 month old was attacked by an older child and no parent was to be found. The parents sit around on couches and let their kids do whatever they want. The place its self does not follow its own rules. When I approached the woman at the front desk she was very very rude, nasty, and no sympathy for my baby that was just hurt. All she could say is it wasnt my fault. On top of it she lied and said she didnt see anything but she was staring at me with a smug look the whole time. The boy that did it was finally taken out but parents still let him stay and after I left probably went back into play. Def. Not worth 18 dollars and will never return!

Employees are not the friendliest bunch, coffee IS NOT FREE! Play room has alot to offer but is on the small side.
