This is a great place to relax on your own and/or spend some great family time. The slides, lazy river and pools are all well maintained and dont have to scramble or make a line as other similar facilities. Staff is very attentive to your needs, never had to call them as they made sure to always be around. Sylvester was absolutely amazing, very helpful with food recommendations and a great host. We really appreciate how good the service here is, enjoyed our stay and will surely be back soon. Highly recommended!!!!

My children and I enjoyed ourselves. Professional staff on board and security. They deliver excellent service at the Tidal Cove waterpark. The food was on point! Everyone did an excellent job... giving us a great experience at the resort. I recommend this place if you havent gone yet. Thank you all for a wonderful time! We will return.

Hands down the best water park we have ever been too! Staff was so nice, park was very clean and the slides are amazing! Kids loved it. Only regret is we didn’t stay in their hotel, oh well next time because we will be back!

It a nice water park. Not too much to do. Lazy river some slides and a big lounge pool. Extremely expensive. Week days $65 and weekends $150. Thats just an outrageous price. You can enjoy 3 days in 3 different park in Orlando for the same price. This park worth maybe $40 top.

I took my daughter there for her 8th birthday. It was nice but a little expensive. I wouldnt recommend staying there because its expensive. The food is very pricey it was only so big. You can do it all in one day. We did the bowling and it was cute. I didnt try the little spa, but it was expensive. The buffet was ok but not worth the price.

As a twenty-something with no kids to bring to fairyland, this place has always eluded me. Last night, however, I FINALLY got the chance to explore fairyland at the Outlandish event. This place is really cute and is a great community place! I hope they have more events like last nights!

Good family water park has a kiddie area for the little ones lazy river for everyone the bigger attractions/slides are good unfortunately these are lacking staff to keep control. They dont allow food from the outside food is great quality but overpriced. The staff is very helpful

I have heard so many great things about this place, so when my daughters birthday came around the idea of visiting this place popped up. I live in Hollywood, but wanted to book the entire experience, and booked a stay at Tidal Cove Waterpark for 6 guests in the kid cabin. The stay comes with passes to the water park for the day you stay, through your visit, and for the day you check out.

I took only 2 packets of cake to please my children. At the entrance I had to open the bag to show that I just had cakes that they dont sell. The security approached me to intimidate me without respecting the social distancing simply telling me you are not entering the park! For 2 packets of cakes I think it is simply exaggerated behavior for a place called good for children. From the firing of people for 2 packages of cakes we are in excess. In order not to lose my tickets to buy I threw the 2 packages of cakes like at the airport with the water. The way the security mistook for the police did this to me really disgusted. I consumed on the spot because I did not intend to give my children simply cakes for the day pffff and to leave there a little more than $ 130 which I would have spent all the same by having these 2 packs of cakes. So yes there are rules but ways of doing things respected, do not play on intimidation and respect security distances, you are not an airport agent and not the police.

We had a private bungalow service was excellent, but this is def more for children and families. My friends and I felt a bit out of place. Still a nice place though.

Very disappointing. I got a headache from the overwhelming smell of propane. Additionally there is absolutely no enforcement of any rules here including distancing and masks. Kids eating sandwiches and dipping chicken nuggets in the hot tub right in front of a noneating sign. Lines at the slides are so cluttered that people were touching us. The only thing that is enforced completely is the outrageous entrance fees. Would gladly have paid with a smile if they cared one iota for the safety of their guests. Complete fail on the part of management.

What a great adventure. I was the winner of an Instagram contest and today was the day to enjoy the park. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with happy faces. We were escorted to the Cabana and quickly started planning what to do. The Cabana was filled with drinks and two fruit platter. We had wave lessons and laughed so much. We ordered lunch and then did the lazy river. The lunch was delicious. There are two places to eat a free style and a sit down area. You can also order from any pool chair or in our case the cabana... the Cabana was stocked with fruit platter and drinks which we loved! We also loved our host who kept checking and making sure we had everything we needed. Then we get to the rides... the slides are a lot of fun. There are single plunge, double and one where up to four... we did them all and loved it. After that we visited the kids area and enjoyed the kids for a little bit. We found ourselves back on the lazy river and taking a quick nap on our reserved loungers. It was a great day...not too crowded and a fun experience. Parking was not included...but should be in the future. I hear the best deal is to stay at the JW Marriott as it includes entrance to the park....

Great place for kids they have fun the water slide are well maintained and brand new .That’s why we came to make the kids kids happy .But I’m very curious to know what the maximum capacity with the COVID the park was FULL no more chairs at 11 am and people continued to arrived ! I paid 600$ 1 night + valet + food to be able to enter in the park . And it was so crowded it was scary. It s the first time that I feel unsecured . I know if I’m scared I can stay at home but I went to 3 hotels during the COVID and NOTHING was like that .Otherwise great park , ....

Very crowded in afternoons. Hard to get on rides or get a tube. Poolside service is quick and friendly. I would only go if I got a room at the Turnberry, which includes entry for a set number of guests during the stay.

The Best Staycation spot South Florida. There is plenty to do for the entire family. We also stayed the night there, at the JW Marriott, and had an amazing dinner at Bourbon Steak (their 1st Class lobby restaurant). When you go to Burbon Steak, ask to sit with Donnie. Hes my familys FAVORITE SERVER (2nd to none). #TheDonnieExperienceOverall, Great Experience... I cant wait to go back!

We are here this weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was a lot of fun! The water park might be smaller then others, but we don’t need to drive over 1 hour. They have Hotel stay along with the Tidal Cove Water Park. Kids love to stay at Hotel. Especially, this is a JW Marriott. We are not talking about Holiday Inn Express.It is great for weekend getaway. By the way, they have excellent customer service with friendly Smile. I definitely recommend others.P.S. The only comment I have is that they need to located more recycle ️ bin along with the garage stand inside the water park. People drinks and eats. There are many cans, and plastic bottles. Thank you!

My experience here was AMAZING! The pool, the slides, the lazy river and the wave pool all incredible. The food, delicious! The staff, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it so much that at times I would forget that I was in Aventura, just a few feet from the mall. Living up to its “Cove” name.Yes, prices are on the higher end of the spectrum but I did feel like this thrilling staycation was worth it.

Came here with the family (stayed at the hotel a couple days) ordered over $100 worth of drinks every day by the water park (with pleasure) but today a guy (Mitchel Meredith) came over with a major attitude telling us we can’t give our kids any snacks that weren’t purchased from tidal cove... I explained that we have kosher dietary restrictions and the guy was literally like “I don’t care, go eat it outside” sorry but an employee with such an attitude doesn’t belong working in a children’s water park...

Got there sunday and monday.The place is Clean and Fun. Kids love it.I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the service.Bar service is slow and most of the time is missing.Towels service missing too. You need to pick them up by your self.Moreover the lifegurads are pretty ridiculously and they dont follow a standard to help thr customers.On both days.Not what we expect from this $$$ level, but we will be back with the knowledge of getting the towls by ourself and by ordering directly at the resturant/bar.

My experience was amazing my husband took me there for our birthday . The water park gets a 5 star since I didn’t try allThe water rides . The hotel gets a 3 I will definitely go back to make sure I see the manager and resolve an incident that took place with one of their waitress staff. Besides all that I had fun and ate good food .

If you want the best experience possible at the water park and get more bang for your buck then STAY in the Hotel! We stayed in the hotel for $200 (one night) and got the tickets to the water park for free . We were able to go the day we checked out all day as well. We had 4 people in the room. All for $200 plus the parking was $30It’s a 4.5 Star Hotel, very nice and has two pools as well that open late.Tickets for 4 people for two days just for the water park is $800.It’s not worth it to just go to the water park. Stay and make it a nice escape.Hope this helps.

This is a good water park although its very small and a bit expensive. If you cant attend Universals Volcano Bay in Orlando (FAR SUPERIOR!!) than this is a good alternative.TIPS:- Park in the Aventura Mall parking lot (its very close) for free so you dont have to pay the $25 valet charge.- Purchase discounted tickets on Resortpass.com and use discount code 15PERCENTOFF- Bring your own water bottles. They do have water fountains.Positives:- The Waverider is really cool!- Pretty good slides- Relaxing Lazy River- Good sweet potato fries.Negatives:- The big pool/jacuzzi was closed the whole day for a private event.- Too much plastic in all the food service operations- Included service charge (18%) not mentioned by the server- Small, Cabanas look pretty cheap too. Probably not worth it. Negotiate for a cabana also.- Food is expensiveTIPS:Overall, Ill probably just stick with Volcano Bay but Im giving this 5 stars because I want it to survive!

It is a nice water park but I feel a little swindled because I took a day off to go to this place yesterday and we couldn’t enjoy the whole water park because 3 of the 6 sliders were closed. It is amazing that this park is new and is already in so bad conditions :-(. Staff is very friendly but sadly I think I can’t recommend this place :-(

This water park is way too expensive for any family that wants to take their kids out for a fun day.. you’re going to tell me that anyone can just drop $450 dollars for 1 day at this park when you can take your kids to Disney water parks with a lot of rides for half of the price? I’ve postponed going because of the 2.2 star rating, however , after reading the reviews I realized all the low start ratings are due to the price. I visited the park today with my 2 kids (5&3) and I felt I needed to leave a review because The park deserves a 5 STAR rating as it is amazing and the service is excellent as well!! I feel it is very well priced, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I’m a big water park fan and have been to all of them in the state and it’s about time we have one of this quality in Miami. I only got the day pass, however, it’s better if you just book a night at the hotel to include the entrance to the water park. From the moment you arrive at the hotel the service is excellent which translates into the water park as well. The kids have to be a min of 42” tall to ride the big slides but the kids play area has plenty of slides and activities of its own. I highly recommend it specially if you make it a weekend get away. My family and I will certainly be taking a lot more staycations here before the summer ends.

I was considering booking a couple of nights thinking the water park admission would be more affordable, based on the reviews Im going to take my family to Grapeland Water Park in the city of Miami where kids (2-13 yrs old) admission price is $7 and adults are $12 with Miami-Dade County residence.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Tidal Cove because otherwise I am not sure that I would just walk in and pay.Waterpark:The waterpark itself is great! There are about 6 slides (if I counted correctly). All of which I did not get on. I was ashamed to see little kids younger than 10 getting on some of these slides without a fear in the world! After slide threw me off of my raft at my second attempt on the slides, I gave up. Plus the others were too scary for me. Yes, yes I am a chicken!Food:OMG. The food! Everything that was brought to us were good for the most part. There were some mixing of flavors of certain dishes that I didnt care for but overall everything was great! There were so many options to choose from that it really left no one any room to complain.Staff:From the moment I got there, the staff was spectacular! They were very attentive and nice. Tidal Cove really pulled out the red carpet for Yelp!And lets not forget about our private pool area and cabanas that were reserved strictly for Yelp! Is this what it feels like to be a celebrity?Diandra - you surpassed so many expectations with this one! It is a great waterpark right in Aventura. It has a nice area for toddlers, and a lazy river. As well as more advenced slides for big kids of all ages. They have some food options, not great but better than most parks of this kind I guess. As expected the drinks and the food are over priced. On Saturday they had a live dj, which I thought was way too loud. Sunday was less crowded and less noisy. The drinks werent that strong but it could be expected in a family place. Overall it is a fun place and would recommend. The service is better than most parks as far as finding chairs and towels but I would prefer it if there was a place that you can just go pick up clean towels instead of asking and waiting for them to bring it to you.

The staff are very friendly and very good. The price of the park is ok if you stay in the hotel and get the park included. They have the worst flowrider probably in USA, I have been in many different places including 180 wave oz in Arroyo,PR and RCCL, Hollywood, Fl. Margarita Ville Resort. I will go back to Margarita Ville resort flowrider even if I have to paid 500.00 more for 3 days stay. I went there to compare to 7 days cruise vacation, i went there for the flowrider and the hotel to see if I want to do it again. if they dont fix the flowrider like the other flowrider in Florida and the cruise lines, I will never go back to Tidal Cove. Flowrider should be similarly to 98% of the other so people and families can enjoy and learn something new. I hope they fix, many people will ask me about it, and I have to be honest to them. I would accept an invitation after they fix it. I will be happy to pay for something that its worth it. I dont want anything for free, I dont want to end having a bad , because it was free.
