Austin Nites Party Bus company was so easy and friendly to work with. Robert was quick to answer my call/questions and verified everything through email. The driver Terrell was very friendly and professional. The group and I felt very comfortable the entire time from the the time we were picked up and enjoyed our service. The bus was very clean, smelled great and the stereo system was awesome! The price was very good, service was the best and would use them again next summer. We definitely felt appreciated . Booking with the company was the easiest thing I had to do and with everything going on Robert had the solution and recommendations for us.

Several of my best friends and I have December birthdays. We decided to get a big group together for a night out. Austin Nites Party bus had the best price for a party of 20+. I had researched several companies and chose them simply for their prompt and attentive customer service. Plus the bus compared to others I looked at was far the funnest looking. They did not disappoint! From the second Tyrell (our bus driver) showed up, til the very end of the night, it was a complete blast with no worries. We all (22 of us) highly recommend this company and service. They were extremely attentive, paid attention to detail, and made our night a most memorable one. I rented a party bus through this company a couple weeks ago. In the beginning, Robert was extremely accommodating and friendly. And our driver, Terrell, was great. We got dropped off at COTA for a show and had a great time!But where it turned south was at the end of the night. I texted our driver 30 minutes before we needed to be picked up (like he requested) and he said no problem. Then we left the concert and were walking to the pickup spot where I gave him a call. He said he got in an accident but would only be 20 minutes and I said thats fine. 20 minutes roll by and I gave him a call again, no answer, but texted and said it would be another 20 minutes. We ended up waiting in the cold for almost an hour and well after most people had left COTA. Multiple people in our party ended up just taking ubers because they didnt want to wait. The whole point of a bus is so you dont have to wait.The next day, I texted Robert saying we would like a refund for the extra hour we paid for waiting that we wouldnt have used if we had been picked up on time. He said he would call to discuss but never did. Ive now sent him multiple emails - mind you, being incredibly nice about it. All I asked for was an hour refunded back - not the whole thing, not even half. But still no response.The customer service level of this company is terrible should anything go wrong. So hire them at your own risk.

Austin Nites made my birthday an absolute success! Robert and Melissa are extremely professional, punctual & the service was beyond excellent. I wanted a safe, fun-filled night out with friends & they made sure that happened. Their bus was immaculate, music was ready to play when we boarded, easy storage for our ice & drinks & super convenient built in cup holders to enjoy the ride. If you are looking for a company that will go above and beyond for you, this is the company to call! And even better, they are locally owned and operated! Will be booking them again soon for sure!

Found this company on Google searching around for double decker pontoon boats and was fortunate to get in touch with Robert for scheduling our boat ride for a bachelor party this past weekend.Leading up to our trip, Robert was very courteous helping prepare us with things to do for our trip. He called us the week before when he had a bus cancellation offering discounted rates to fill his open time slot and prioritized our entertainment for the trip.Unfortunately the day of the bachelor party we got hit with heavy rain and lightning. Robert offered a few alternatives to ensure we had something to do and the storms didnt hold is back from making the most of our time in Austin including providing us with a party bus.My experience was limited to the planning stages but felt this group genuinely cared about making our trip as memorable as they could control. Hope to visit soon to use this company for an awesome boating experience!

Great bus!!! Melissa was such a wonderful host. It was pouring down rain and she made sure that we had a great spot in case we needed to come back early from the concert. Sound sysytem was top notch, none of the fuzz I have had on other buses (and we tested the limit). Thanks for a perfect night!!!!

We took their 16 passenger bus to a soccer game from Austin to San Antonio. Everything was 5 stars, starting with the price and their awesome customer service. They also provided ice, cups and a cooler for us so we didnt have to worry about taking our own. I would definitely recommend them, and will do business with them again. Thank you Robert for the awesome service and thank you Walker (our driver) for keeping up with my crazy friends and brining us home safe.

Fist off Im hyper paranoid about drinking and driving so I usually use Uber, Lyft etc to get around town when I wanna go out and when Im probably going to have a few drinks! But how is that supposed to work when you have a huge group? I called austin nites party rentals for a few reasons 1. I love puns and 2. Im am austinite and 3. My group was over ten people and we wanted to go out and have nothing to worry about. Great party bus, great personable driver, great experience definitely reccomend these guys!! DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!! Call someone you can trust call Austin Nites!!
