This is a great club. Super easy going and tons of beautiful women. They have great bottle specials and amazing bartenders. Especially Becca who just kills it and is super gorgeous, smart witty and makes great drinks..that keeps me coming back..and back..thanks Becca and the rest of the Palazio team. This is by far the coolest Club in Austin. The ladies are eager as well very divine looking. The Bar service is way above par. The stage presence is remarkable as well as the Anthens Greek Godly feel to the party atmosphere.

This place is a joke. First off, all of the complaints about the overcharging, and lack of diversity is 100% true. Not only do they scam you, but if you’re simply fit but have a tad bit of thickness.. they won’t accept you. It’s 2020 and the thick girls are where it’s at!! Don’t waste your time, dead vibe (unless you like basic standards).

Have been thrice now and every time has bested the previous. The most recent venture involved a bachelorette getting the lap dance of her life! Staff can be friendly and the vibe is appropriate.

Bartender purposely made me wait both times I went to the bar, an I still tipped him both times, As a Black man in 2020 I really didnt feel welcomed, I guess my handsome face, an gorgeous body was too much, so I didnt get not one dance or tip at the stage, because the ladys seemed stuck up, not to mention IT WAS MY FIRST Time going, WOW,....

DO NOT GO TO... was sad, had a bachelor party and paid for bottle service $340, then the whole time there, girls wanted 1 dance for $40 and 3 for $100 or they don’t dance they only do champagne room or they wanted us to upgrade again to a Cabana for $700, constant sales bombardment, terrible! The girls are just ok, better at the Yellow Rose and Perfect 10. Left after 45 min, but will day the manager did refund the bottle... as it was really started, he said it should be $20 a dance and they shouldn’t be pushing for more so aggressively... don’t believe, they have a culture of Sales not service!!!!

Overall girls were great. The management needs some training in people skills. I left my jacket, scarf and clutch at my table with drinks for a lap dance. When I returned, two songs later my drinks, jacket, scarf and clutch were gone. I was extremely polite with management and they acted like I had orchestrated the whole thing. After 10 minutes my stuff miraculously appeared at the bartenders station, handed in by a good samaritan as they phrased it. The management then went on to say it was my fault and i should feel lucky it was given back to me. I understand i should not have left any of my stuff at the table. However,.i was told my things would be fine when i went.for the dance..Confusing? Yes. Just avoid. Go to any other club.

This club is one of the best one i’ve been to. The staff were friendly and attentive but most importantly the entertainers were beautiful.The food was amazing as well and the price was very reasonable for the portion you get here. I had the buffalo wings and the chicken sandwich and it was delicious! couldn’t get any better.All in all, Hands down it’s the best spot i’ve been to in town

Too bad they try to hide me as a driver even with my excellent record with customers in my excellent reviews and my high ratings with customers they still chose to try to give me only minimum-wage and expected me to work until 4 o’clock in the morning and hope that I get tips when they have no business coming in the door. I offered to help them but they chose arrogance instead.

I heard about this place from my Uber and am glad I stopped by. I would recommend this club if you want to have a good time with many different beautiful women. The girls are all insanely attractive, including the bartenders and servers. Although the prices were higher than expected, my waitress Maggie was very upfront about everything which I appreciated. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely go again.

We guys want a little fun from time to time. This place is an organized mafia that will over charge your credit card every step of the way. I been here several times with friends and they always do it. Take cash and never trust them with the accounting, they will robe you blind. There are other places in Austin with nicer girls and better service.

Very good place, professionally run, cheap cover, fair pricing and attractive women. Not a gangster club but a gentlemen’s club. We had a great time for a bachelor party and would recommend. Younger and better looking girls the negative was that 90% of the girls have zero pole skills and half never even touched the pole although a few could. Some bartenders behind the bar were very rude and somewhat lazy, others were awesome. All the girls working the floor were professional. They are touchy if you want to sit down so you gotta play that ridiculous “bottle game” but all clubs here seem that way )-: I had zero issue from the management however after the entire group started spending good money.

They give you a piece of paper and tell you that it make it easier when you have your card used to open a tab for drinks. My friend wanted to pay for the tab that I opened up and got it paid. The waitress said he paid for it, the next morning he had a charge on his card and a $70 and $80 charge from Benelux Corporation. Dont trust these company, they will do anything to take your money. I should of checked if there was anything in the back of that piece of paper. The rating should be -5 .

I had an amazing time there the staff were very polite and friendly, the performers were beautiful and diverse I saw women of all ethnicities. My waiter Sierra was amazing and took very good care of me and was just wonderfully sweet and kind. I dont know what the other 1 stars are complaining about but I saw just an absolutely great club and I will be coming back again. The ladies all were very polite and kind and actually listen to you not like other clubs where its all just an act they genuinely listen and convers with you. Again Miss Sierra was just awesome and took very good care of me and I suggest you ask for her as your waitress, now Im not saying the other waitresses are bad just that Miss Sierra was amazing ha ha ha. Best strip club I’ve been to in a while! San Antonio strippers would starve in Austin. I was there 4 hours and I didn’t get to see all the girls dance. The manager tells me that they have 100 strippers a night available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. They had pretty girls that new how to dance. San Antonio doesn’t come close to this club.

Girls are very unfriendly and rude. Drinks were very much watered down. As a female guest, I was inappropriately groped by male guests. Lap dance prices seemed to change throughout the night, even by the same dancer. Overall a very bad experience and I will encourage my friends to visit a different club.

We came here as a bachelor party, taking advantage of the $1,200 Platinum Package. Everything kicked off great. The limo driver was entertaining, and we were greeted at the door by the manager who was professional, at first, and our server was friendly and cool. Then the problems came. We had dancers coming up and pouring their own drinks out of our stash, and I mean heavy pouring too. At least our server had asked if she could take a shot with us when she poured a round. Then others were ripping off my friends. One got one of the guys for $100 for only two dances after originally asking for $120. THEN THE BIGGEST B.S. MOVE... I think they must have expected that I would be drunk by the time the bill came. When she brought it to me, it was for close to $1,500! I told her no, I got a $1,200 package, and she got the manager who said oh, shes new at this, me fix. Then come back with it just short of $1,300 and when I inquire, tells me because of tax. I let her know the tax was included in the $1,200 from their website, and in a snarky tone she says if you can show me where it says that, Ill honor it. YOU ARE A MANAGER SELLING SEVERAL OF THESE PACKAGES A NIGHT! YOU KNOW D**N WELL TAX IS INCLUDED! My advice to you is make sure whoever is paying the bill doesnt get obliterated. They will try to take advantage of you and hustle you out of more than what you agreed to.

Wife wanted to go to strip club for her birthday so I thought Id try this place and wasnt disappointed, had nice affectionate dancers and great variety, we usually get disappointed at a lot of strip clubs weve been too because we never get attention but it was different here, nice atmosphere and nice up to date decor, not all run down like other places and no sketchy characters, I gladly tipped just about every dancer waitress, cashier and bathroom attendant for a good time, wife had a blast

A regular at one of the north clubs I decided to venture south as I had heard good things about Palazio. I wasnt disappointed. This is by far the nicest looking club in town. Drink prices are in line with everybody else. The girls were hot! Damn, they have a lot of girls. And they have a VIP section that has private booths with curtains, it isnt cheap but you get what you pay for. I will come back.

A nice place. The girls are beautiful and friendly. The cocktail waitresses are nice too. But the only problem is that the drinks are super watered down. I mean you pay top dollar to drink at a place like this and get all these watered down drinks that barely have any alcohol. Between me and friend we had about 6 drinks and we still were as sober as a cat. I hope the management know about whats going on behind the bar. Otherwise the services were excellent.

If youre from California youll have a field day here, full blown REAL lap dances starting at $20. While most of the really hot ones ask for $30-40, its still well worth it.

I work in the service industry and I wanted to express what a great time I had over the weekend at this place. The club is very clean and the ambiance is awesome. Strip clubs arent all about the girls (yes I went there). It is about the overall experience, environment and levels of service you receive and the Palazio hits the mark on all 3 of these. The managers attended to the customers as well as made sure the dancers were taken care of (from what I can see). The waitstaff always asked if i needed a drink but wouldnt roll their eyes or give me a snide comment if I refused to order another. The girls (from my experience) werent giving me a bad attitude if I didnt want any dances or want to buy any drinks for them. I did not have one issue while I was there. I should also note I was in Austin from Wednesday until Sunday and only planned on going once but ended up going all the days I was visiting. Contribute positively to the environment and I guarantee you will have a great experience here.People that stood out over the weekendManager - David B.He really was great at running the floor and taking care of all the customers as well as his staff. Came in here after finishing the night out on 6th.Place was packed and the parking lot was full, but it was a huge lot so parking wasnt hard to find.I think my friend paid $20 for each of us to get in, which is pretty comparable to what Id pay when I go to the Mens Club in Houston. HOWEVER, at the Mens Club they provide free breakfast buffet. Not the case here.The girls are all about business. My friend bought me a lap dance froma dancer that lasted maybe a little over a minute. Why? Because she started halfway through a song and when the song was over, she was like would you like another dance? Like, serously?! My typical experience at gentlemens clubs is when they get with you halfway through a song is they would either talk/flirt with you until a new song starts or theyd do mini-dance until a new song starts. Not here, though. They just want to take your money and run.And oh, lets not forget that she asked for $30 for the dance, which was then lowered to $25. Whaaaat? Nah, just nah.Me and my friend spent the majority of our time just standing around because the place was super packed and there were plenty of people dancing around. I finally had to excuse myself and go to the car because I started to feel sick and didnt want to make a mess inside. I told my friend to take his time. About 20-30 minutes later he came out saying that none of the girls would even try and talk to him - a far different experience from most clubs in Houston, Vegas, and New Orleans.Will I be back? Probably not. Im not too familiar with the Austin scene, but the Palazio will definitely not be the place where Id be spending my money. I would not recommend my friends to come here either.

I was there 5-19-2015 on a layover through Austins airport and killed some time here. I am biased in that I spent most of my time in Miami at gentlemens clubs and well... Its hard to compete with Miami in these types of attractions. But, all in all, not a bad place at all. clean! I just had some beers and food- good food- but there is Something about them blond hair blue eyed TX girls ;) !!

We downloaded the free cover charge from their website and were all excited and dressed up nicely and had pockets full of cash. But when we got there (2/22/14) I was told by a pale freckled face slightly redheaded and sickly looking lady with no welcome smile and absolutely no customer service skills that that wont work tonight and the cover charge was $20.00. Why I asked. Because it was a fight night she said and thats just the way it is. No apology, no smile. I told her we werent interested in the fight, and besides the fight was halfway over. The unsmiling lady wouldnt budge. But my wife was excited that I was finally taking her to a strip club so I thought what the heck and reached for my wallet when she said $20.00, Each!. We turned around and left feeling humiliated. So I took my wife to Expose where there was no cover charge and the staff were friendly and we had a great time there. The Expose staff we talked to said that they often hear how rude and snobbish the Palazio is.

Girls here girls there from every corner of the globe. Ecuador/Puerto Rican girl? Check. 62 Brazilian girl?. Check. Country girl from Kansas? Check. College girl from UT? Check. Teen Mom girl from that reality show? Check Not a single girl in there that was not worthy of heading to the coast and being a Vegas dancer.And yes, girls were coming at us left and right.
