Me and my husband apply to purchase a home. Filled out two sets of paperwork. When we called back to check on our application. She never even turn it in! Okay, waited a little longer. called..... forgot to turn in a paper. 3WEEKS she NEVER turn in our application to be approved by the lender. They said they never gotten anything. Our names wasnt even in there system.Went somewhere else to apply for a homeWas approved in less than a week. It not that hard. The manager need to learn how to do there jobs. Or stop try to save home for people they prefer. Dont want to be nowhere me and family not wanted. Some people are try to provide a roof over my children head. And these ppl playing around.

Went to look at 3 places here with my mother. She is relocating to the area and from the website the places look nice and livable. Looks like a safe family oriented area. Far from what the website shows!! I wouldnt even let my dog live here! The places they showed were not finished and had roaches coming out of the refrigerator. The porches are rotting and broken windows. On top of all that they left, turned the lights off and the doors were locked! So my mother had to go find someone to turn the keys in to. Extremely disappointed! Why would you let anyone look or move into this! Oh and fyi its not a gated community they leave the gate open because they said people run into the gate.

I think the area is nice, but the staff is just lazy people and unprofessional. On the website says the hours of office, but dont said that is temporary close. I did drive 35 minutes yesterday on Monday to request a tour (as well I am interested to buy a house), but I found out that the office is close. Then I called to make an appointment for the next day at 9 am, and the girl on the phone confirmed my appointment. So, I drove 35 minutes again this morning and I found out that no one was there to give me the tour. I called again and the same person just pretending that she dont hear me well, even I was hearing her pretty good. So, this is disappointed. It should be a great place to live, but, unfortunately the owner needs a real and professional people working for this community. I am very upset wasting my time for nothing.

Went to visit the family its always a good

I’ve been trying to reach them for two months now and no answer they have other people taking “messages” but they never call back. They charge me for maintenance but i didn’t receive any service . I’ve called for an explanation as to why and they do not answer !! They’re very unprofessional!! I do not recommend living here because lately the roads are horrible they have pot holes everywhere they have cats everywhere ! I signed a contract when I first moved here that there was supposed to be no animals outside and now there cats everywhere and it’s dirty from the animals and they just simply have no control over anything!!!

They really need to get better at returning calls, why even have an answering service. I put in an app weeks ago and only wanted to know if I was approved or denied and still nothing. Good luck with getting anyone on the phone. I just think its unprofessional and no way to run a business. Might just be a sign to stay away from this place.

I lived here 6 years it is ok to live here...an over the 6 years I have seen mangers come go .With each passing year .I can truly say that each year here the mangers only seem to get much better.

Ive been trying to contact this place even left a message because were interested in buying the mobile homes. Preferably by the end of the month...are they at full capacity? Is there another number we should call?

Went to this place a minimum of 4 times. Every single time the will be back sign was posted. Waited never came back. Today I got there at 2 office closed at 3 no one EVER opened the door and there were cars in the parking lot...smh terrible

Place is not for everyone. The maintenance supervisor does his best to keep clean, but no real team work. The employees lowballing the person in charge. It would be great if everyone do their part. IJS

This place use to be decent, one of the best mobile home neighborhoods around, however, its becoming difficult to live here. They dont care about you here trust and believe that! Phone calls left unanswered, making up rules as they go. Dont be more than 3 days late on your rent! They file for eviction immediately, no questions asked. They say 7, but nope, 3. Theyre quick to stick warnings on your door about petty stuff, but when it comes to fixing things will procrastinate or either act like they forgot. Theyre going up on rent, a 3 bedroom home use to be around 750 only about 5 or 6 years ago, now its around 1,000, and most of these homes are not worth that price. You cant keep up with everybody if you dont have the quality to match it. Only one maintenance guy there who actually seems to care, Saddiqq. Sounds like Im exaggerating? Well go ahead, see for yourself. Re-staff your office with more caring people and not people whos abusing their position.

I love living here honestly. The worst part about living here is they do not answer the phone and seem to rarely be in the office. Not to mention, they tend to pass out the rent ledger, most of the time, a day or two before its due. Luckily, your rent doesnt change much through out the month (the only change month to month is water and sewer) so you can pretty much guesstimate your amount. Having an online account could alleviate the stress of possibly paying late (especially those of us that work). Another issue is people drive quickly in the neighborhood despite the speed bumps However, as mentioned I love it here. When I put in requests for maintenance, they come within 5 days. In the area I am in, its no issues and we all get along well as neighbors.To me the neighbors make the neighborhood, not the office staff.

Saadiq is awesome! He used his lunch break to fix my bathroom, fix the holes in my wall and other minor issues i had in my home. He is a dedicated worker and cares. No matter who you are he makes time to always help others. Thank you for all you do!!

They were not what I expected. I thought it would be tough and unkept and it was the total opposite. The area was quiet and welcoming

Mr. Saadiq was very helpful during our move in. He answered every question and he also fixed what he could. He made our crazy move in much smoother. He also took the time out to fix our dryer which was not part of his job description. We really appreciate his great customer service.

Don’t waste your time calling! They NEVER answer AND the Sales lady is NEVER there either! Its better to raise hell yourself in person! How on earth could we ever lease if no one can help we have done EVERYTHING they’ve asked and no reply, no call back. The call center said they’ve put in a request to call us back, but THEY NEVER called us, this is urgent and they really don’t seem to care. Worst customer service ever! 3 weeks we have put in our application, 3weeks!

I love the neighborhood everybody have nice yards it has a full playground no swings missing it has a pool open open up soon and it has a basketball court which I think is awesome and it even has people in the basketball parking lots selling different things like ice cream snow cones and stuff to sell ra I think this is the best place for you if you have a child who actually wants to go outside and play

I definitely dont know anything about this place but I wasnt mad driver and I drove around a lots of people so I went and visit a lots of places thats the reason why I cant really tell you every detail but I just know I visit this place

Management is unresponsive to calls and requests, than they loose your paperwork. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The neighborhood is pretty decent, but theres a specific maintenance man that has been here to fix any problems, and completed my work orders in a timely manner. Saadiq has been wonderful and his work is professional and neat!! Thanks Village for having such a great team player..

Went in to get information about purchasing a home and Alisia was incredibly professional and was very knowledgeable!

Saadiq has been amazing! I remember when my daughter came home from school stating she had a favorite maintenance man. I can see now why she said that. He did an outstanding job repairing the bathroom in our home. He is highly professional and an absolute delight to be around. He was never late and his word is his bond. My bathroom floor was falling in and he graciously took his time and did all the proper steps to ensure that the job was done properly! I am absolutely pleased with his work and professionalism! I highly recommend Saadiq when it comes to any repairs here at the complex! The difference between him and others is that he takes pride in what he does! I like the village. Its a really nice community to live in. The village has a big basketball court with four basketball goals, a pretty big playground, and a swimming pool. There are speed bumps all over the community to help avoid speeding and everyone seems to be nice.

Maintenance worker Saadiq Muhammad is a very dependable worker. He is a wonderful person and cares about our concerns. He takes his time to make sure the work required is accurately done. He has a great attitude. If he could come back to do some work in my home, I would love for him to be that person. Saadiq, thanks for all you do!

I just moved here! Ive had an awesome experience! Jessica went above and beyond to help me get my place. Saadiq and Jakim did a great job with the renovations to make sure the place was ready for me to move in. Its a nice, quiet, decent community. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I would like to tremendously thank my coworkers for helping me out with the colossal work order that should be completed today or tomorrow! The living room, bedroom 1, hallway and guest bathroom floors were all caving in!However, Jakim really helped me out yesterday with the plumbing and cleaning etc. In addition, Mr. Miguel really help out by removing all of the loads of debris that came from this massive job. Certainly I would have been to Exhausted to pick up anything after being on my knees for over 8 hours.Lastly, I could have not completed this work order if I didn’t have the right materials. Wow¡ Saadiq did a splendid Job on my home! My floors were caving in in the bedroom, living room and kitchen. The bathroom floor had already caved in and he replaced all! Saadiq always puts in hard work. He puts all his effort into getting work done the right way. My thoughts were to move put, cause who could live in a home that is falling apart and roach infested? No one! I now live happier, and thanks to Saadiq. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs work done to their home.

My kitchen floors have been caving in for over a year!! The office Manager finally sent someone to repair them. WELL, I’m happy that she sent Saadiq over to complete the work order. He arrived every day on time, addressed me as ma’am and was very professional in completing the job in a timely matter. I didn’t know if he was going to be able to do the Colossal job all by himself, but he did and I’m very very pleased. I’m really considering buying this home as a result of Saadiq’s work!! Job well done Saadiq!!!

Saadiq was amazing! I have had mold issues for months with no repairs. He came out and within days did all the repairs and painted.. I was to the point i was considering moving because of the stress and issues with no repairs. But Saadiq fixed everything and im more then happy with his work!

Have lived here for a year now and I must say, for a MH park, its very quiet. Its a bit expensive but close to Atlanta, right off of 285 & 20. They keep things neat and clean. Just had the roads resurfaced and it looks nice. If youre going to live in one, I recommend this one. Jessica at the office is super sweet too.

So my car has been broken into 3 times. My trailer has water leaking from everywhere under the bottom ..the stFf is rude .An im soo tired of callinv ..im at work an she telling me. She cant put the work ordee in until i fill out a form. Im at work. And i leave before they open .Im sooo. Mad about the treatment i got today .She tried to play nice. With Jessica on the phone i felt like i was being on display. Not once did jessica tdy an help. I asked to speak with her .Then they put me on speaker like this is a game .i.pay to much. To not have things fixed

I live in the Village at Six Flags. I thank Mike that is part of the maintenance team. He did a great job cutting down the trees that had grown up over the house and all the scrubs that had taken over my backyard.

Saadiqs service was professional, and he stayed until the job was finished. The job was also done well and correct on the repairs needed.

The mobile home park isnt that bad; however, the people in the office act like they dont want to go things if something goes wrong in the home. You can be renting the place and thats it and you still have to pay for the things to be fixed and its not in the agreement for renting... other than that there are some nice mobile homes in the park.

The staff in the office are all cool. Jessica is the manager. Eureka is who helps you get in. They have never given me attitude. There always friendly. the district manager came out and looked to see if I had a tree issue. Which I dont. We bought a saw and trimmed them ourselves.Its usually quiet although there are a lot of kids out here. I like seeing the kids. I just wish the roads were safer and they controlled the dogs more. I think they need some type of security on the premises. I think that would help with the break ins.They have broken into our car 4x. EVERY TIME we leave our car unlocked, they ram sack it looking for valuables. We have since then added security cameras and we NEVER leave our car unlocked.Our neighbor who has lived here for over 15 years HATES IT! However ive been here for over a year. I like it. Its not a bad place to live. It has its ups and downs like every area, but overall, I like living here. I dont have small kids. I dont think I would live here if I had school age kids.There are still deep holes in the street. They fixed the one that was causing us to drive through the grass to get out.If a pipe burst in your yard, you have to fix it. Although it was a pre-existing condition. This pipe had been repaired 5x. We move in and one month later, it breaks again. We fixed it 3x and decided to remove the entire pipe and install with the proper materials. .People walk through your yard. Dogs poop all over your yard. They allow dogs to run freely. Just drive through, youll see dogs running around.I hear it was a really nice place to live a few years ago. But now, I wouldnt recommend it, if you have school age kids. Theres just too many ways for them to get hurt or even bit by a loose dog.

Inexpensive yet beautiful mobile homes ️

Not such a great place . They claimIn the page to be a beautiful place to live and stuff and show you that no such thing as Robery or dangerous neighborhood . But it is .. so much has happen here. Wouldn’t recommended it . I’m stuck here for now but if I could I wouldn’t move in. So many thief’s around this area. Not somewhere you would want to be if you have kids or are expecting kids .

Close to six flags and the park is nice

Saadiq Muhammad is the most wonderful maintenence man! He comes in our home and actually cares about our concerns. Weird right, in this day and age. When NO ONE else could find the leak under our sink he found it immediately. Turns out it was not only ruining our floor, which he replaced so wonderfully, but it was under the house also. He calls you by Miss XXX each and every time he talks to you. He arrives each day when he said he would and had a great attitude to boot. He was so respectful to myself, my grandma and my children. He fixes the problem like it is his own home. He ALWAYS cleaned up his mess, which most did not. He didnt even leave a nail or screw laying around because he knew it would hurt our 3 children who all are under 3 years old. He worked hard the entire time he was here. What was a 3 day job turned into 5 days because he wanted it done right the first time. if he could be the one to fix all our needs while renting our home, we would be in heaven because,, as I said, he truly cares about his work, his craft and the tenant. THANK YOU SO MUCH SAADIQ. ( will soon be writing a reiew on management )

Very quiet place to live. Except when they party , it come live and it is great. When you smell the Food and hear music its great.

I live here now and its a disgrace to live in poor conditions. The office staff is rude and they dont care about the people they rent to, I live around drug dealers they dont care if something happens to the tenants. I hate it here please run fast away from this place

Im a firm believer of when someone says they will do something that it will get done when they made the promise.. that being said I moved into a mobile home 3 months ago.. The power wasnt on for the first 3 days so I had no hot water, they applied a 2 hundred dollar credit for the inconvenience, I understood I slap asked if I could get a trash bin with a top due to its a lot of flies in the area she said yes as of today still hasnt happened, another issue Im having is anytime eater runs it backs up into the tub and underneath the home and the maintenance man tells me something isnt right about the place because when they moved the home in it twisted, hence the cracks in the doors and ceilings, at the point of today I paid the rent via check and rounded it off to a zero because the paper bill was wet and I couldnt make it out so after calling and getting no answer I dropped it in the drop box, come to find out they altered my check am out not much 69 cent but still you dont wright on someones else check and not tell them what you are doing.... so as I asked about it she preceded to get a attitude with me saying next time we will just charge a late fee or just bring in a money order... so I urge you dont move here... so to continue my rant as of 12/06/2018 my toilet still runs after being flushed causing a rise in my water bill. I still do not have a trash bin with a top so the random cats and dogs knock it over so Im constantly picking up trash out of the yard

The place is nicer and cleaner, compared to other trailer parks. They are trying to get rid of old homes and bring in new ones. The homes that theyve renovated are overpriced and its hard to get in touch with someone from the office by phone. The rent is too high in my opinion, for it being in Austell and not a very safe area. Its hidden and not really close to other stores besides a walmart, some restaurants, and dealerships. Would definitely on my consider as last resort. It is close to i20 so I guess thats a plus if you use that highway often
