The people will not do anything to fix the trailers. Complete slum lords . The trailer I have been in has mold and they refuse to fix the issue . The roads need to be repaved , most of the trailers here are not liveable. I will never recommend this park to anyone , EVER.

The dont do anything to fix things up its just not liveable in majority of the trailers and the hot water dont last long and water pressure sucks.

Looks like it went way down hill since I lived there, back when everyone owned their mobile home.

If you have a camper, RV, trailer..... This place is a quite paradise. People keep to themselves. Their is no ridiculous rules as in campground parks! And you have enough space as to not be squished in like sardines. Now did I mention its super affordable!! Now for that price I can look the other way on the neighboring decaying trailers. Which BTW are not all of them, their is some descent folks who take care of their home. But hey, as long as my home is secure, and in one piece. Im not one to be picky. Its a diamond in the ruff, just needs a little cleaning.

My husband was on drugs at the time, I went to pick him up and obviously this trailer park if full of drugs, its worse than a lot that Ive seen. I really hope I have the right one because I havent been through a lot of mobile home parks but if this one is in Paulding County then this is the right one. I mean its a mobile home park, there are definitely nicer ones out there but people were just all in the street, they dont want to move for you. I did not feel safe in this complex especially having our son with us but he was going to go with me to try to cash two checks in his name because all we had was his prison identification so the only way to even try this was to go pick him up and take him to the store with me. Otherwise, I never would have been in an environment like this or put my son around even his own father at this time. I really need the money, he was already out of the picture and not giving me any money for child support so I knew his license was suspended and he did not so I made my mind up that if he at least tried to help me, I would tell him that his license was suspended because he had no idea. He had been checking the website that tells you if its suspended or not and he said he checked it the day before and it said it was fine and my dad told me that he got something in the mail stating that his license had gotten suspended so I said, you might want to check again and he checked it and sure enough, it said it was suspended because there was a part of a super speeder ticket but he did not pay. Thats a long story, it was broken up into a $400 payment and then a $200 payment from a ticket on the way back from Florida, the funeral for his dad and we thought the $200 was the super speeder portion of the fine but it was not. So, it did not get paid and his license was suspended and I wanted him to go to jail at this point even though I dont wish jail on my worst enemy because he was either going to end up dead or he was going to end up with really bad charges so I was praying he would just go for suspended license. I hate to give so much personal information but I dont want anyone thinking that I just take my child into environments like that, I dont even speak to his father anymore. He got arrested and was locked up for 2 years and got out April 4th of this year and got his first paycheck and after 1.5 weeks, he was right back on drugs and he even did the rsat program which is a rehab program in prison! So Im done. I gave it nine years and I gave it my all and I dont have anymore to give, not to him anyway. Its about my son now and my son only!

This place is a rip off I have mildew holes in my trailer where something get in and tore up my stuff my floor feels like its going to collapse any day my porch is wet daily I think my porch is going to collapse too I trying to find out where can you get help out here for slum lords like this needs to be fine

Old wore out trailers that need to be comdemed, fire hazard City, no handicap bathrooms, people have made homemade rooms on 14,x60 trailers would be great park if hauled off trailers and redo whole parks wiring ,lighting, repave mud holes tear down business office ,owner owns koa campground which is old but its structure is ruined mildew mole , swimming pool been empty 40 years still there with broken fence rates ,$160 weekly power included, $15 nightly weekly tent $105 water and electricity, Ive lived there in koa trailer park should have dozens of code violations Travis Latham austell ga. I was visiting a friend and saw that the place was nice and quiet

I would not tell anyone one about this mobile home park. The Management of this parks doesent do anything to fix anything at all. they want there rent money but the mobile homes are falling apart. roofs leaking. they dont repair ac units you must buy window units to stay cool if your ac unit goes out an they do not take if off your rent. they let people let there dogs run loose. There are cats roaming the neighborhood. they have known my hall floor an bedroom floor was falling thur for over over a year. At this time they still have not fixed either floor.The floors are getting weaker by the day. The maintenance man sits in the office with the man that runs the park. i have been here 3 years an when i first moved in they promised to replace the broken windows in the trailer i live in and it still hasnt been fixed..Mr. Cecil lawrence only comes to the park to pick up rent money. He does not care if anything gets done as long as everyone pays there rent. well i have had enough an i am going to start doing something about it . Please do your self a favor an do not rent from Lawrence Mobile Home Park unless you want to live like pigs .I am out of here as soon as i can get some money to move . Just saying think twice before you plan to rent from them .Thanks for reading an have a great day

This is one of worst places to live. Mobile homes are so old and full of roaches and no maintenance management always trying to keep you late on everything. You have to pay for water and they have no way to see how much water you used.

This place is disgusting, dozens of empty trailers that look like they have been abandoned for YEARS!!

Good quiet place to stay

I let my dog out, and a couple days later I found out she had parvo. Bad place, the trailer homes are infested with roaches, they dont change their carpet for new residence and theres dog and cats everywhere.

Moble homes are all run down. Street is very holey. Not a good place to live.
