Mark Cook has been the most polite and professional manager we have come to meet. It has been such a great privilege meeting him and the friendly and courteous staff there. The park is nicely located in a quiet area. We are sorry to see Mark leave and he will be missed dearly. Safe journeys!!!

I am a travel nurse and I stayed here in my camper for four months. This place is safe, quiet, and clean. The camper/RV lots have so much room, you aren’t packed in there on top of each other. Management checks in with you and follows up on how your stay is going. I can not say enough good things about this place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

We stayed at Douglas Estates for 9 months and loved every minute of it. Mark takes excellent care of the neighborhood and makes the place feel like home. The grounds are manicured and well kept, including a pool and a park. Kid friendly, pet friendly, and plenty of room to maneuver larger cars/RVs. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Mark Cook is a great manager. I started renting an RV lot in March 2020. He is always available and willing to help. Mark is pleasant and keeps the park nice.I looked at other RV rental lots. Mark is one of the reasons I chose Douglas Estates.

I use to live here, and I was very upset to leave. (I moved states) The management is wonderful and very family oriented rent was cheap and the pool and park always stay clean! (Thanks to maintenance) basically if I ever move back to Georgia, I know exactly where Im calling

I have lived in this mobile home park for years now and Mark and his wife Kelly are great landlords. Rent is also cheap which is amazing. The neighborhood overall is fine.

Very nice place. The manager Mark is very helpful. Spaces are larger than usual and well kept. Will miss this place. I travel for work and this has been one of the best places that I have stayed.

My husband were at the park for nearly a year. Mark was always good to us and always friendly. Mark and the stuff are constantly working on the upkeep of the park and it shows. We were directly in front of the trash and they were constantly, on a daily basis doing their best to keep it clean. During the summer months they were good about keeping the grass cut and the grounds looking nice. We never had any problems while we were there. The place is pretty quiet even with such a large community. We always felt safe here and our stuff was always safe. My husband and I would definitely return here if we are in the area and would recommend it to anyone. It is a nice place.

Very well managed. Family oriented, nice pool and great staff. I moved here from California and intended to stay as a short term situation but have lived here over two years due to the nice community and excellent proximity to all highways. They have invested alot of money and continue to improve the facilities and park like grounds. Very kid friendly. Two thumbs up.

We stayed here 10 months in a motorhome. The park is being improved every day. With all the improvements the park is an up-and-coming place to stay. If the additional sites are at 8 itll be a great Improvement in the RV section. The manager, Mark Cook is a super guy. I would recommend this park is a great RV destination.

Were loving this place. Nice area, very clean and family oriented, my daughters having a great time with other kids. Great location close to all stores . The best thing though, its Mark the manager and his wife, theyre very professional and keep this park running smooth.

I have a position that allows me to travel this country and in doing so I have stayed at alot of RV parks. Some were great and some were so bad that you feared for your own life and the life of your pet hamster. I have been a resident at this facility for two months now and have loved every minute of it. Great location, people and environment. Mark Cook, the property manager, is exceptional in how he works this property. Him and his amazing wife go out of their way to make sure you have all that you need and that you are enjoying your stay. They have a pool on site that is a great place to escape the heat in that has a record braking score of 100 from the state. That to me is amazing in itself. Thank you cook family and Douglas Estates for making my stay one of the best in a long, long time.

I recently moved into Douglas Estates 2 months ago...ilI have truly enjoyed being there. Its the cleanest place ive lived.....the people are extremely nice and do the up most job in the neighborhood....i would highly recommend living here.....

Ive lived in Douglas Estates for just a short time, but I absolutely love it. The location is convenient to Atlanta, but has an out-in-the-country feel. The Park itself is filled with families and hardworking folks on the local construction projects. This means a nice, quiet place to live. The the park is impeccably maintained and the street lights throughout make it easy to get around in after dark. the trash area is conveniently located, well lit and also well maintained. I come and go at all hours and have never felt nervous or unsafe. Mark Cook and his wife, Kelly, who run the property, are as nice as they can be. This is a family-run, family-friendly place to live.

Mr. Mark is a very friendly person and a nice guy he tries his best to keep everything in order and is also open to help anybody with any problem, and the best part is that the pool is well maintained!

This is a mobile home community that has RV parking spaces as well. Its neat, well run, reasonably priced and an excellent choice if youre planning a longer stay in the area. It is conveniently located near enough to Atlanta to make commuting easy, but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of big city living. The property management team is highly responsive to tenants and shows a high level of concern for the community.

My Fiancé and I moved into the Douglas Estates community about 2 years ago. It was and continues to be the smartest and best move we ever made. This community is amazing! The grounds such as the pool, playground, pavilion and even just the overall landscape is kept up very nicely. Coming into the community you almost forget your entering a mobile home community because of how nice everything looks. The property manager Mark Cook, his family, and his entire crew would have to be the best part about living here. You can tell they truly care about the community and that alone makes all the difference. I am so happy and thankful to be apart of such a great community. Im extremely proud to call Douglas Estates my home.

This place is a hidden gem for RVers. Big, private spots set in a neighborhood setting. Actual addresses, not just lot numbers. You can get real cable, high speed internet or satellite, whatever you prefer. Its heaven for fulltime RVers! What really makes this a special place is the couple that runs it. They went above and beyond to get us into a spot. Helpful, knowledgable, and they care about the community theyve built here. If youre coming into Atlanta, get your name on the waiting list ASAP, its worth it!!
