The park president deserves a ZERO. 5 stars to the coaches.

I signed my son up for Spring football on March 8th per a flyer received from one of the people that work with the organization. Once I signed him up online I received an email confirmation and it said someone would reach out to me. Well after some research I noticed the first game would be March 14th and that time was getting closer and I heard from no one. So I called their line for registration and I let her know I signed my child up and hadnt heard anything else about it. She apologized and said she would have a coach reach out to me. No one ever did, so after calling again, replying to the confirmation email and Still no response. I went to the facebook page and posted and wrote them on messenger. Finally a gentleman helped me and said I could apply the money towards fall season or my son could start late. Mind you at this point the season already started first games have already happened. I told him no, Im not interested and I would like my money back. He agreed they dropped the ball and he apologized that no one ever contacted me. He then stated he would have Edward Turner reach out to me the president of the organization. This man was very RUDE, never replied in a timely fashion and treated me as if I was having to beg for my money back. He told me a specific date and time that I could go meet him at the park to get my money I get there and he is not there. I called he sent a text and said something came up with his family. I understood, so more time goes on and I say please let me know when I can come. He tells me that its spring break and it will be after that.. Well that particular day he said go ahead and come, but as life happens my Grandmother passed the same day so I did not make it that day. So I wrote him a few days later and apologized I couldnt make it that day and when is another time. He said maam our season is over I gave you multiple times to come get the money and you failed to come get it. He then said he will have someone from their treasure to contact me. At this point Im very upset. He never apologized for all the inconvenience, then made me feel as if I was begging for MY money that I paid for services I NEVER received due to this organizations lack of communication. So for him to say I FAILED to do anything is offensive. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank as they kept giving me the run around. Edward Turner is a HORRIBLE representation of the Milford organization run by Cobb Parks. Rude, has NO communication/ follow up skills has no Idea how to talk to a paying parent for services.
